induction hob failure and the facility's approach to the whole matter!!! The main reason for choosing an apartment with a kitchen was the fact that I love preparing long breakfasts with my 6-year-old son. The induction hob broke down on the second day, I reported it to the facility's representatives. I got feedback that there was no one in the area who could check and fix it, I got instructions via text message on how to fix it myself 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 shame! I'll check, I reported it several times but no one took care of it. I talked about this problem with my Norwegian friend who said directly "David, if you were of Norwegian origin, you would have the cooker fixed the same day or the next day" it is very sad and unfair. The price for the apartment was equal to hotels with meals, but because we like to make breakfast ourselves I chose the apartment. I was disappointed, very disappointed. apart from the nice cleaning service I am not satisfied with my stay in the apartment. I am waiting for financial compensation adequate to the commitment of the owners of the facility. A nice interior is not as important as the safety of the guests who stay in it. I would like to ask a question to the people who will read this. Who of you would undertake to check/repair the induction hob based on the instructions sent by SMS? Best regards 🫡

The location and accommodation were excellent and the price was appropriate
In the middle of the night the fire alarm went off, all guests had to evacuate. No response whatsoever by both emergency services, nor by anyone of Frogner House. Not even after I wrote an extensive message to Frogner, mentioning what had happened. As we've had an awesome vacation and Stavanger left us with many fond memories I don't like to say anything negative, but Frogner's security situation is definitely not okay and their customer service is really way below par.

Very well equiped apartment with complete kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and bedrooms. Situated next to the center/harbor.
The adres pedersgata 7 is not the entrance, its around the corner. There are some code panels however it is not quite sure which one you have to call to get the door opened. Onces you are in the check in terminal is easy to use where you get your keycard. Parking is not very ease because of limited parking times around the apartment.

It’s clean and there is a washer
Entire building smelled like curry and fried food/fried oil. Ruined our stay. Opening a window was the only thing we could do which led to no sleep because of street noise until 5 AM

Great apartment in a central location. This property had a washing machine but no dryer which was a bit unusual. We enjoyed our stay here and enjoyed walking around the town. There was also a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher.
A clothes dryer would have been a benefit.

nice location close to the center with lots of restaurants closeby
the air circulation was very bad, so we had to sleep with the windows opened and there was noise outside.. furthermore every morning there was a nasty smell on the hallway

Excellent apartment, spacious and very well equipt. A true kitchen where u can make a full dinner. A dishwasher and a washing machine. The even provide for soap for both of them. Remarkable!
Great location, 5 minutes walk from the harbour and city center. WIFI was fast and stable.
There is no stuff on site but you can communicate with them over email and chat. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Make sure to communicate with them before you arrive for checking details.
Paid parking is 5 minutes walks in a parking garage near by
No option to store luggage after checkout

This is a great 2 bedroom property located within an easy walk of the town centre. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes directly opposite and a supermarket about 500m away. The rooms are small but it has a lovely living area. The kitchen is modern and has all the appliances and kitchen utensils you need for a comfortable trip. Having a washing machine is always a bonus when on a long trip. Parking is on the street and costs but if you go a little further up the hill the parking is free.
It was quite warm in the rooms so a fan to move the air around would have been nice.

It was clean and light with a good location. We enjoyed the rooftop patio and easy walk ability to things in Stavanger. However, as it was warm and there’s no air-conditioning, we had the windows open and there was a lot of street noise.

Location was super, the apartment is spacious, stylish, comfortable and clean. We spend the new year's eve here and the window in the living room gave us the best views of the fireworks. The bathroom was large and warm, and the shower was extremely comfortable.
The room by the outside hallway had the stupidest curtain which leaves a 3cm gap between the window and itself. During night, the light in the public hallway turns on randomly and made the room bright as noon. We woke up several times because of this and could not get back to sleep. The second night we moved the mattress to the living room and had some peaceful sleep.
