Perfect position, beautiful décor, very clean, comfy beds, lovely biscuits and prosecco on arrival.
Nothing could have been better, the house, location etc is perfect.

Good location, just 5-10 mins walk to the harbour, the town, the Camel Trail etc.
Well appointed kitchen.
Always plenty of hot water, and good shower.

Expected higher quality fittings and finish to the property for the premium price.
Road-side parking is what it is, a lottery. We always found parking, and as the location is so central, we didn't drive much during the week, but it was a scramble to try and grab a space if one came up outside the house.
The house is attached to both the side and rear, which feels quite enclosed with little outdoor space.
The absence of any grass outside for the dogs, makes late night/early morning walks essential.
Bedroom door to the small bunk-bed room didn't shut properly and needs attention.

This is our second time staying at this property, it’s big enough for 5 of us and dogs, great location. It’s like home from home.
Pillows are a bit hard, otherwise nothing.

Great location. We were able to park 3 cars on the road, outside of the house. Beautiful decoration, very well supplied with items.
It was very dark in the upper staircase at night. - dangerous going down to the bathroom. A plug- in light which lights up on a sensor would have been a good idea for the staircase,

beautiful house with views of the sea, short walk into Padstow. The house is really well set up with every comfort that you might need. The house is nicely decorated and very comfortable.
