Casa Sea Breeze was a wonderful spot in Cabo San Lucas. The home is well equipped for everything you need. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities are spot on. The gas for the hot tub ran out before our stay was up so there is a limit to how much you can heat it and use it. If we ever get to visit Cabo again, we will see if Casa Sea Breeze is available. Highly recommend it!

It was even better than the description! This is an amazing house with gorgeous Arch views in a private gated community with a 24-hour manned entrance. The ground floor includes 3 private bedrooms and baths and another large room with additional beds/living area with a separate bath. Upstairs there is a large living room, kitchen, and huge wrap-around porch with gorgeous views of the marina, arch, and ocean. We walked the short 5-10 minutes downhill through the neighborhood to the beach every day. At the house, we spent time in the pool/hot tub, played putt-putt, cards, chess, ping pong, and more than a few competitive rounds of pickleball. Although we could have enjoyed our entire time at this house, we did have a rental car and it was easy to drive the short distance to Walmart, restaurants, the marina/medano beach, and Chileno Beach. They even provided an umbrella to take to the beach which was much appreciated! This house felt like a private resort where there was something for everyone. We would 100% stay here again and bring friends and family.

Nice house needs to be better cleaned and some things updated
Pool did not work which was the best part of house. For a person who had kidney transplant.and couldn’t swim in the ocean yet.

My family of 6 adults and 5 children (16-7 years) stayed at Casa Sea Breeze to celebrate my parents 70th birthday and Christmas. It was fantastic! The location was amazing and so were the views. It was easy to walk down to the beach and we spent lots of time in the pool. Shirley, the property manager, was extremely helpful and responsive. We can't wait to come back!

Shirley the property manager is terrific, goes above and beyond duty to help guests. The location is fantastic (15 minute Uber to downtown) the house is very spacious with so many activities, and the view is unreal, directly looking at El Arco and the Pacific Ocean. What a special experience and we very much enjoyed our time at Sea Breeze.

I give it a three because we didn’t have water for a whole day. They got it fixed but a day staying there without water was a problem! We had 5 kids and Six adults. No flushing stools for a day wasn’t pleasant. Then the master bedrooms air didn’t work for three days. I was hoping they offered some refund for these huge issues but so far they haven’t. If they do I will up date this review and let you know.

First of all Shirley was an amazing host. Communication with her from the very start was always quick and easy. She took care of us and even one night when we had trouble with the hot tub, it was user error, she came in just a few minute and even brought us a bag of ice for drinks. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous and the view was breathtaking. The pictures do not do this property justice.

Tons of space. Plenty to do with pickle ball , cornhole , putting , and of course pool hot tub . Views were perfect of arch and surrounding areas . Beach is close walk downhill then back uphill . Lots of bathrooms. Noise during the day due to construction. Plenty of kitchen stuff . Card table is nice . Gated community. Hard to beat

This property was perfect for our group! There were 8 of us and we could have easily had a few more with all of the space. The views are INCREDIBLE! The property is very large and there were lots of things to keep our 4 teens busy including the pool and hot tub, mini golf, ping pong and an easy walk to the beach. The location is great, close to grocery stores and all the fun that Cabo San Lucas has to offer! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely come back!

A handful of coworkers and I stayed at Cabo Bello for 3 nights and it was an amazing experience. While there was only 3 bedrooms, there was plenty of beds for all 11 of us to sleep comfortably (a couple of us slept in the same bed). The pool and hot tub was well maintained and we had no issues there! Check in and out was a smooth process - our host even offered to pick up our groceries so they’d be there ready for us upon arrival (with an additional fee but that’s expected). Overall, I would most definitely recommend Cabo Bello to others and would also stay here again. Thank you!

My friends and I spent the weekend in Cabo at Sea Breeze as a birthday trip, and overall it was a great experience. The host was extremely accommodating and gave detailed info about the property. It had everything that we would need, ample space for sleeping, a fun game room to hang out in, beautiful pool/jacuzzi, and amazing rooftop views. I will say, the pool had a lot of bugs and they did mention that someone would come to clean it (but never did), but I guess that’s what you get for vacationing in the tropics! Overall, would stay here again - had an amazing time :)

Amazing
What a beautiful location, neighborhood, and property! We absolutely loved the pool and jacuzzi. The pool was much larger than we expected, and had gorgeous views of the ocean and arch. My teenage kids loved the putting green and ping pong table. It was a wonderful stay and a perfect layout for our family of 8. The host was attentive and walked us through the home upon arrival. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had the best experience at Sea Breeze. Shirly was so attentive & great to work with our stay. She always answers promptly and took care of anything we needed! The house is absolutely perfect for family time, quiet time, enjoying the pool and close proximity to so many fun things in Cabo! We will definitely book again!

Great house for a family vacation
We had a great time at Casa Sea Breeze! There was plenty of room for our family of 11. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The views from the patio and pool were beautiful. Shirley is a great host and quickly responded to questions and inquiries. Thank you Shirley!! The beach in the neighborhood is very private, relaxing and great for snorkeling!

Amazing home in Cabo!
We had a wonderful time staying at Cabo Bello. The place was as described and perfect for our group of 9 (adults + teens). The property manager was easily accessible and super responsive in answering all of our questions before and during our stay. The only minor call out is that the dishwasher was not working during our stay. Apparently “dishwasher” was not included on the list of amenities at the time of our stay. We obviously missed that it was not included and would have preferred a specific callout in the description which stated that the dishwasher was broken (which was definitely an inconvenience with such a large group). But other than that, we would highly recommend Cabo Bello and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect 30th Celebration
My group and I had the best time staying at Cabo Bello. It had a spectacular view, and the hot tub and pool were big pluses. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The property manager was very helpful and helped me organize airport transportation and a private catamaran to celebrate a 30th birthday. I highly recommend Cabo Bello for your stay!

We had a great time at the house. The views were awesome and the house is spacious in a safe gated community that's not far from downtown cabo. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful
Our family all met up here, it was amazing. The view is wonderful. It's a short walk to a calm beach and not far from down town and beaches with waves. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook and Shirley was even willing to get a few groceries so when we flew in late we didn't have to worry about anything. They also have a putting green and are putting in pickle ball

Family together
We had an opportunity to have family from various areas in North America come together to meet for the very first time (due to govt lockdowns, etc) and needed space for at least 9 people.
Having vacationed at this fine property once before, we were happy it was available. Lots of room for everyone, great pool area, plenty of space for alone-time, and the views, both during the day and at night are second to none.
Should also mention that the security at the Cabo Bello neighborhood is great if you're traveling to Cabo and concerned about whether areas are secure.
Finally, access to the local beach is great, just a couple minutes walk!
Look forward to going back to this great property.
