My family and I had a great time, the property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The decor was adorable. Host checked in to see how everything was. Overall, an excellent experience would highly recommend.

As much money as we paid for the place, we were disappointed. It’s nice and in a good location; however, we came across spiders and spider webs throughout the house. Almost in every corner. We didn’t notice until night time when they started coming out. We killed quite a few. The kids were afraid and crying which made the night time unpleasant. As many times as we’ve been to Ruidoso, we’ve usually encountered spiders outside of the cabins, not inside!

The house was really nice and clean, we had a small water problem in one bathroom , Texted Property host and he got back with us really fast, we explained the problem and he already knew about it and was gonna try to fix it. other than that the property was fantastic, would stay there again!!😁

Really cute decorations, fit the area and the house. Really comfortable living room seating-reclining couches. Only suggestion would be the addition of a handrail to help us older folks climb stairs to deck and house.

Such a. Great stay for the price!!! Location is good and over all the larger deck outside was great for late night fires. The inside open and plan was a plus. Enough room for all 8 of us. Will be coming back!
