Everything about our stay was excellent. Th location, the house and the host were great. We had 8 adults stay at the house which was perfect for our stay. Very clean, comfortable an great location in Cherry Creek. Highly recommend.

terrific property for large groups. Our family of. seven adults and a baby had tons of space. There’s also a really nice outdoor area to sit. And the owners are very gracious. Plus the neighborhood is fabulous for walking.

Great place for our stay with family. It was to be only 10 adults but ended up having 4 children stay, also. The basement served them and their mother well ,with enough bed space, a bathroom and kid stuff. The rest of the adults all enjoyed their own clean spaces, excellent kitchen and we all enjoyed spending time on the outdoor space. Nice quiet neighborhood ,also. Highly recommend it .

We had a wonderful time! The neighborhood was awesome! Everyone was out walking their dogs or with their kids. Very active neighborhood which was nice to see. The home was comfortable and cute. So many rooms that could sleep many comfortably. We were able to check in a little early and got the run down of everything this property offered from controlling the thermostats to sports equipment for Basketball or pickleball. I would recommend this home and will keep it in mind for our next trip to Denver.

There was 9 of us at the house and we had plenty of room. The house has a lot of wonderful spaces. My favorite thing was no tv's to distract from the spent with family and friends. The house was well stocked and the location was perfect. Excellent communication and lovely extra touches

We were impressed with the property. From my first contact with the host clear through our stay, Maria was so helpful and thoughtful. The property fit our needs perfectly. We were in town to honor/memorialize our son that passed away in January. We were a large group and the house was perfect for us to be able to gather together and have our alone time. We had everything we needed for serving meals. The beds were comfortable and the space was clean. You can tell they love family and love sharing their home with other families.

Possibly the best VRBO stay we've ever had. The house was a home. Not a sterilized condo but an actual home...among other things, family pictures on the walls, kitchen supplies available to us, even a notebook outlining how to best use the house and enjoy our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The photos dint do it justice. 17 of our family stayed here from 2 to older adult and all had place to sleep, retreat to when wanted and a place to all gather together. We had an issue getting in when first arriving but response was immediate and the problem was resolved. We recommend staying here with no hestitation.

What a great location & perfect house for our family gathering. Grocery stores were super close, easy access to Downtown & a beautiful neighborhood. Comfy space to watch the marathon football games & the kitchen was perfect for several people to make food. My Mom loved parking herself next to the fireplace in the sitting room off the kitchen. The is lovely & we really enjoyed our stay.

once you get comfortable being in someone’s actual house, this place is great. it was a little unnerving at first with their food in the fridge and their clothes in the drawers and closets. we did a little research and found that denver has an actual law that requires short term rentals to be primary homes…which explained a lot!

This was a great gathering place in a wonderful neighborhood for our multigenerational family in Denver for a wedding. Maria was very accommodating and wonderful to deal with. We really enjoyed the shaded outdoor patio, too.

Maria and her family are the sweetest hosts! Their home was beautiful and spacious, and so cozy! We had visited to tour Denver and go hiking with a large group of friends to celebrate a birthday, and their home had everything we needed to get settled in Denver. Maria's communication was excellent, I never had trouble reaching out to her even though she was on vacation! Absolutely would come back and stay with her again. Thank you Maria!

1st time in Colorado
After getting over the initial shock that this was their primary home, we had an awesome stay. This takes a level of trust, to allow strangers to stay in your home while you’re away, that none of believed we would have.
That being said, the house is huge! Very comfortable, very clean and the new kitchen is beautiful. The patio was our favorite place to hang out. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. Walking distance to many great eats.
We went to Colorado to see 2 concerts that were in Boulder. Our only issue is the distance to Boulder each day.
Maria even left balloons and birthday beer and coffee for my son who turned 25 while we were there. Great hosts, response to questions was always quick.
I definitely would rent again!

Beautiful Home!
This beautiful home was a perfect getaway for me and out-of-town friends that came in for nights on the town and golf. Maria is a wonderful host, the home was clean, in great shape, and she even left a gift basket for us! I will recommend using this home as a place to stay for my friends in the near future!

Amazing
Lovley home, photos didn’t do justice! Rooms were all wonderful, as was the hostess Maria. Immensely exceeded all of our expectations, the home offered many outlets that allowed our family to closely bond in a plethora of activities that includes everyone of all ages and shape, such as basketball, bike riding, playing board games, socializing, and plenty of space for all! Would definitely rent again and recommend to friends.
