Beautiful House! We enjoyed our stay! The house was not as clean as we expected, but I reached out to the property management and they are going to check into it. What was dirty was easily cleaned and taken care of. We will definitely rent again.

The house was beautiful and exactly what we needed! It was clean with up-to-date appliances and lots of space for meetings, cooking, and entertaining. The property owners were great with communication and answered all our questions leading up to and during our stay. The house is conveniently walking distance to multiple beach entrances and a it is a quick drive to town.
The house does not come with cleaning supplies or extra trash bags/ toilet paper, so make sure to add those to your shopping list. Other than that, we had great feedback from our guests and thoroughly enjoyed our week!

Stayed 6/15/24-/6/22/24. This property is absolutely amazing! It is close to everything. 5min walk to beach. 5-10 minute drive to restaurants and grocery stores. We had 24 people ages 5-83 and it accommodated all of us. Never once felt crowded, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The bedrooms are spacious and every bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. There is a coffee maker and a Keurig. There are 2 full size refrigerators and a separate ice maker. If you rent the entire house there are 2 washer and dryers. Lots of stairs, so you will definitely get your steps in. Property management was quick to respond to some minor issues we had. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

It was clean, easy to find, not too far from grocery stores. One of the bed mattresses was broken down. Door hinge on one of the kitchen cabinets was broken. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We brought a group of 24 people and this house was big enough to accommodate everyone very comfortably. The property managers were very communicative and answered all of our questions very quickly. Overall, this is a great property for a beach vacation!

We thought the house was very nice and clean. It was very useful for our team stay and was close to fields, beach and restraunts. We would stay there again. The property managers were very helpful when we needed there assistance on things regarding the house.

We had a party of 20 family members, ranging in age from 5 to 80, plus one small dog. This was a fantastic location for a group that size. We especially appreciated the large common area that allowed us to gather for conversation, games, home movies, and meals. Having a dedicated bathroom for each room was ideal. The property manager was exceptionally responsive to advance questions. I expect we will return.

The property was just as described. Excellent location off the strip with great amenities. Only a few quirks and skuffs here and there from past guest but no dealbreakers. Only wish check-ins were a little earlier and ice machine worked. Big shout out to cleaning service doing an exceptional job, felt like we were at a plaza hotel. Beach access less than a 1/4 mile down strip. Left our beach gear out in driveway and never grew concerned of it walking off. Lots of privacy and respect from other guests around us!!!

Large and spacious. Can easily hold over 20 people with room. Ton of bathrooms and rooms are large. Beach across the street and not a long walk to it.

Really enjoyed this house. Pictures don’t do it justice, so much nicer in person. We loved it!! Very happy with the property. Communication with property manager was very easy, they were very responsive. Only thing I would mention is that you have to bring cleaning supplies, kitchen essentials and what I thought was a hot tub was not. There was no place to make it hot, but still had a great time. Beach was like 3 min walk; loved it!!!! Book it

This property is beautiful. Excellent layout for large gatherings. We had about 14 family members together for a week. We shared cooking duties and there was plenty of refrigerators (2); two stoves and a charcoal grill. Plenty of kitchen supplies. The beds were plentiful and comfortable. If you are staying on the top floor, make sure you don’t forget anything since it’s about 32 steps from the kitchen. We actually felt in better shape by the end of the week. We were about 4-5 minutes from beach access and the beach was clean and the white sands were beautiful.

We had a very large group of friends with their kids come on this trip with us. The house was plenty big enough and the pool kept the kids occupied pretty much the entire time. I didn’t look closely enough to notice that we were a little ways from the beach access. About a 5-6 min walk either way to one of the public access’ which was a little annoying with all the kids and their stuff. But not bad if you have a wagon and bigger kids. And that is nothing against this property. Just something to note. Overall we were all extremely please with the house and would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Absolutely Beachy. We had a large group (20 people- adults & teens) and used the whole house- plenty of room for everyone! The location was great and close to the beach, and walking distance to a restaurant and biking distance to other shops/restaurants. We loved it. The only suggestion I have is that another coffee pot is needed, one is not enough for a house that size! ;)

Plenty of shared space & private areas for all. Property managers were very responsive to our requests & kept everything well maintained.
Some reviews mention a lack of kitchen items, we brought foil pans, a griddle & extra crock pot & did fine cooking for 22. Plenty of dishes, bowls, mugs, & cups. Cookware is not nonstick but they clean-up fine. Baking pans are nonstick but no 9x13 pan. You may want to bring an insulated carafe if you plan to brew pots of decaf & regular coffee.
Dryers take a long time to dry but that may be simply due to humidity (timed cycle dries fastest:)

We had a group of 20 adults, and it was AMAZING! Having all those king bedrooms and each having our own bathroom was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone, two refridges, dishwashers and ovens made it easy to accommodate the needs for that many people. Plenty of space to spread out. Would stay there again!

27 girls had a great time at this property. I was the house mom. Which was great because so many other houses didn’t have someone 25 older staying with them and they got kicked out . Like everyone else has said about this house it needs better cook wear . We had a great time. Great place for a week with family or just friends.

Our non-profit Board of Directors held our annual retreat at Absolutely Beachy in the off-season. There were 13 of us total and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. We had plenty of room to all meet together in the living room; our tech connected seamlessly with the TV to display slides. Ample seating for meals together in the dining room and a bed for every single one of us. We had a fun and productive time together here.

Awesome stay. Pool was very cold but hot tub was good. It was not clean on arrival but the owner got it cleaned soon. Very spacious. Enjoyed the stay.
Recommendations: following addition would be helpful-
non stick pans
basic amenities to get started like welcome coffee pods, etc
a shaving mirror in bathrooms would go a long way!!
Walk to the beach takes 5-10 minutes. Wish there was an agreement with opposite neighbor to cross their parking and reach the beach, but that may be wishing too much.
Overall a great stay, We would stay again.

We stayed over Labor Day weekend with a bunch of friends and everyone LOVED the house! It feels very beachy, and having the common area on the first floor with the kitchen/living room was perfect. Having a private pool was also a hit. Not worth knocking off a star because they warn you about it, but the house had barely any essentials (dish soap, scrubber/sponge, salt, pepper, etc .) so we did have to buy a lot of extra stuff we wouldn't normally on a trip (again, just an FYI). Overall it was a great stay and working with the property management company was a breeze.

It was our 60th birthday celebration of our high school classmates. Every loved the place the pool the hot tub the room great space and the beach location. Beautiful place !!!! We will rent again.

Great Gulf Shores Stay
This property was perfect. It had amazing views of the water from all 3 levels. Having the convenience of a spacious pool and hot tub was perfect everyone. It's beautifully decorated and every room with an en-suite that was so convenient for our guests. Another great feature were the double refrigerators and a seperate ice machine.
The property management was quick to respond and they went ABOVE and beyond customer service when an item was left in the home.
Great stay and will absolutely recommend this property and Prickett Properties.

Retirement Celebration
We had a blast. Beach is across the street with multiple access points. Lots of room for all of us to get together, or, to get away from each other. House was clean. Beds were amazing.
