I was very impressed with how well organized everything was with this rental. It felt like the management had thought of everything that we might need.

Our stay at this property was wonderful. Very modern and clean. It is located right next to the downtown area which is easily accessible on foot. The lake is right there too! The property is spotless and new (still some construction going on in the area, but not a big issue)—fully equipped kitchen with silverware, plates, cups, mugs, etc. There were also pickleball courts right next door! Elevators inside for easy access to upper floors with luggage. The only issue is the traffic noise from outside. Granted, we were there during the Cherry Festival, and there was probably more traffic than usual, but it is very noticeable at night. The owner provides earplugs and white noise machines (we didn't notice these until the last day of our stay) in the bedrooms. Also, the stairwells are very warm. I would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly loved our stay in Slabtown, which is close to everything, but gave us a bit of breathing space from the downtown crowds. We were close to the bike trails of traverse city, the Leelanau peninsula, and sleeping bear dunes. Great neighborhood, close to the lakefront, and a shiny clean place to relax at the end of the day. We had everything we needed and the location and floor plan of the condo was perfect. Also, great communication with management.

Overall, a great location. The entire process was straightforward and easy. I would recommend staying there for anyone looking for Traverse City accommodations.

Great location, beautifully appointed condo and located in a nice location. Noise from the street wasn't as bad as we anticipated, and the condo was very comfortable. The space is light and bright and has everything you need.

The place was fresh & clean! The decor was updated & beautiful. The kitchen had a great selection of glassware, plates, silverware etc. The beds were very comfy too! Overall, an outstanding stay!

This was the perfect spot for my sister-in-law for a weekend away. Very clean and great location.

Great location Crisp and clean

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with my wife! Katy was very responsive to our questions and the location is great.

This VRBO was very clean and modern. Great for a little short weekend getaway. The furniture could be a little more cozy but the only time we were really sitting on it was when we were having our morning coffee. I was hoping this was a little closer to downtown as far as being able to walk to shops and restaurants. They do have Sledders right across the street which are known for their burgers. So nice to be able to walk across the street to have dinner and drinks without worrying about having to drive. The traffic was a little loud at night. Our 2nd night we got out the fan that was provided and turned that on and that helped to drown out the noise. Katy was excellent as far as communication. The beds were very comfortable, I loved ours!! It’s a nice VRBO if you’re looking for something low key. I’d rather stay closer to the action so that we could just walk around but it was still super easy to get around by driving.

Great condo. Such a cute space with anything you will need. Road noise could be the only downfall.

Nice, new, well-equipped condo in West Traverse City. Easy and pleasant walk into town, excellent coffee places and restaurants along the way. Smart TV means bring your own services, if that matters to you. Some construction on property.

The condo was new and clean. Beds were comfortable and linens were nice. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Communication was excellent. Short walk/drive to downtown. The bakery 2 blocks away was amazing! Will stay again.

Really enjoyed the space. Great for 2 couples. Noise is as they warned but we slept well. Loved walking across the street to Sleder’s!

This property was in perfect proximity to downtown Traverse City. Walking distance to downtown with great shops and eateries. A great location for touring various vacation areas in northern Michigan and close to many wineries. Michigan

This condo is brand new and super clean. The decor is lovely, very modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and how easy it was to get everywhere, lots by walking. Great and easy communication too. We felt safe. The other reviews which mention the noise from road behind bedroom windows are true, but we found it to be no problem at all. Bed was perfectly comfy, just wear yourself out with fun activities and then use the earplugs provided on bedside tables (what a thoughtful touch). Seriously got the best sleep there! I would stay again.

Beautiful, well appointed condo that was exactly as pictured in the listing. Easy communication with the owner. Good location for walking or short drives to our destinations. Our only complaint is the traffic noise in the early mornings was bothersome to us.

We had an excellent long weekend stay. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. You are within walking distance to the Beach and Farmers Market. The condo was well stocked with everything you could need. The only complaint I have is that it is on a very noisy street, and we had loud neighbors every night.

The condo is new and has wonderful amenities. Because of the ongoing construction, it is a bit noisy. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Every detail was thought through to make our stay seamless. Easy code entry so no need to pick up keys. Welcomed with a bottle of wine. Local soaps in the bathroom. Management checked in with us to make sure all was well and even surprised us with free dessert when they happened to find out we stopped at a local restaurant to eat before we checked in. Location was an easy walk to downtown.

The property was new and nice. Still construction going on. My friend and I didn’t notice the construction to much besides seeing them working during the day. However, even with earplugs provided, this particular units bedrooms face a busy street. So needless to say the earplugs where no match for this or the birds building nest in the outside exhaust vents at 6am. You also have to run the dishwasher and throw your towels in the washing machine before you leave. I wish I could say I would stay here again, but I probably would not.
