Probably our 5th time staying in this home. The property manager has always been very easy to communicate with, helps get groceries delivered, helps very fast with an issues. Fun house for the keys

This is nominally a house rental but it lacked even basic necessities for a family to stay in. For example, it did not have soap and shampoo for more than 1-2 days. The kitchen was woefully under equipped. It lacked salt and pepper. The coffee filters were the wrong size. We were there for a week and ran to the grocery store at least four times. The house is in a convenient location, however. And it is nicely built, it is new in condition. The host did respond to questions quickly, which we appreciated.

This house was perfect for us! It was impeccably clean and spacious. It is as luxurious as it looks in the photos. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions and provided assistance right away when needed. There were 6 adults in our group and we were all very comfortable in the 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs bedrooms, 2 bedrooms on main level - all with comfortable beds and ample closet space). The extra bathroom is in the pool house and is great for days spent outside while enjoying the pool/hot tub and the outdoor kitchen area. We loved being able to grill fresh seafood on the gas grill instead of going out to dinner. We would definitely return to this house! It was a wonderful experience!

We just got home from our vacation. Perla Blanca is absolutely amazing! It is spacious, spotless, professionally decorated, well stocked, high tech and the outside pool with outdoor kitchen is just as beautiful. Best place we have ever stayed. The real thing far exceeds the pictures. We had a family of 8.

The home has beautiful and spacious rooms with modern amenities. It was really nice to have two master bedrooms in the home. The outdoor space is wonderful and what makes this house so great. There is several different areas to hang out and relax. We enjoyed the pool which is a great size. The kids loved the basketball hoop by the pool. The hot tub was also really nice with great jets. The outdoor bar was enjoyed by all. Loved the tv out there, ice maker, and stocked utensils. The outdoor bathroom is also fantastic to have so kids are not running wet in and out of the house. The pier was great to watch the wildlife and fish from. We did not have any luck with fishing but we did see Manatees! We really enjoyed the kayaks available. The house is located near the airport. This did not bother us and was actually fun to watch. The air traffic is during the day and the weekends were busier with air traffic so we did not find it intrusive.

The home was beautiful. The pool was wonderful also. However, the airport, across from the lagoon had many military helicopters coming and going 24 hours each day. The noise was horrible. We couldn't even sit by the pool and hear each other talk. This was during the day and each night, waking us up.

We had a great stay! The home was beautiful, just as listed. We spent most of our time on the patio. The outdoor bathroom was a huge bonus to keep everyone outside. The house was very large, spacious so we all had plenty of space. We had some issues with the pool/jacuzzi heater and pump, etc. but communication was good and it didn’t hinder us from using the pool, but did did the jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay and home to come back again some day!

Photos online are gorgeous, however the home was even more stunning in person. We had 8 adults and everyone had their own space, we never felt on top of each other. The outdoor space is where we spent the majority of our time. Monica was great to work with and if we had a question, she was quick to respond. Highly recommend.

We stay on Marathon at least once a year and this property ranks right at the top! This property is clean, spacious, and well stocked. The host Monica is excellent and anticipates every need. The bar and pool area is perfect and the pictures are absolutely accurate and current. There is a lot of space to be together or to enjoy some separate spaces with the main living area, pool and outdoor kitchen/bar, upper deck, upper living space and large bedrooms. The home is in a great location on Marathon close to bars, restaurants, Walgreens, etc. My multi-generation family enjoyed our visit and we will return. 10 stars.

This was the first time over the years of using VRBO when the actual property exceeded the photos! There was nothing that we needed ,with the exception of groceries that we had to provide. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen area, it became our gathering place.

Wonderful and spacious accommodations

Monica was great to work with and very accommodating. She answered my texts and assisted with our questions/needs promptly. The house itself was beautiful. The pool and dock were even better then pictured. Also, the pool is shaded in the afternoon, so after a long day on the boat a nice shaded pool was the perfect place to be! And they have big umbrellas everywhere. And the ice machine outside was a Huge win as well, and the freezer for bait on the dock. I also recommend the jacuzzi! It popped on every day right when we wanted it, and they even increased the temperature upon request. I definitely recommend this home and would stay here again.

Perla Blanca was everything myself and my family hoped for. Home is amazing and the pool area with outdoor kitchen and bathroom was perfect for our needs. Airport noise is a minor issue when outside; but it actually was kind of fun watching all the different kind of aircraft come and go. Very close to some excellent snorkeling on the gulf side. Would definitely stay again!

My family has been renting Villas and Vacation Properties for the past 25 years. So often they do not live up to our expectations. So when I say "It Doesn't Get Any Better Than This" I know what I am talking about. This house is set up like a luxury resort with everything you need for a perfect family vacation... Especially if you are a boater. The property owners and manager have thought of everything, from comfortable bedding, to an ample amount of towels, high end appliances, multiple coffee pots, blenders and slow cookers (with a cookbook), ice machine, pool toys, multiple garbage cans with liners, etc... etc... etc... This house is set up to entertain. With two master suites, it would be perfect for multiple couples. Honestly there is not a bad bedroom or bathroom in the house. Everyone loved the rain showers with great pressure and even with all of us showering at the same time, we never ran out of hot water. The entire house was spotless. Upon arrival we found a basket with wine, snacks, a toiletry kit for incase you forgot anything and a guest book with details on the house and recommendations for dinning and local activities. One of the best parts of the experience was Sandy the property manager. Several times I texted with questions and she responded immediately, including when my son broke a tooth and she helped suggest a few local dentists to call. The location was great close to everything, including the airport which some may not appreciate due to the noise at times, but we kind of thought it was cool watching the private planes come and go. My only complaint is we had to leave. If you are reading this review because you are looking for a place to rent in Marathon Key... you can stop looking and start booking.

We decided to come to the Keys for a girl’s trip/50th Birthday celebration. Monica was awesome to work with! She was quick to respond to all of my questions prior to our arrival and even during our stay. When she found out we were celebrating a birthday, she offered to decorate and it was very nice! The house was perfect. Just as described! We enjoyed our stay!

House was gorgeous and had everything we needed and wanted. Kitchen was full of any appliance needed. Pool and outside area was great & landscaped to make it a private oasis, pool temp in early May was perfect without the heat, we spent all of our time outside. Communication with property manager Was great, Monica responded quickly. Property is right behind airport which was busier than anticipated, but plane noise last briefly each time. Definitely a place we’ll look to visit again!

Beautiful, modern, and well appointed with all the gear you need, this house was ideal for our family spring break that brought together three generations. The pool and outdoor bar/kitchen were incredible and added greatly to the fun our week. Monica made things super easy and was very responsive to questions we had during our stay. We added pool heating to our stay which I highly recommend--even when the outdoor temps were in the 80s, it made the pool warm by day and the hot tub perfect at night. Thanks for a lovey place for our FL vacation!

The house was all it was advertised to be. Very happy with the pool and patio area and our family spent lots of time in the pool which was what drew us to the house to begin with. A couple small items popped up but Monica was very responsive and took care of quickly. Great house and would definitely rent again.

We had two families of 4 with 4 boys. The property was great in accommodating our entire group and a 30ft boat. On the windy days we were still entertained with the outdoor space and local restaurants. Monica was great to work with and super helpful when we needed to have a special package during the stay.

The house was amazing and perfect for 4 couples. Everything was clean and modern. Really appreciated that the pool and whirlpool was able to be heated. Spent most our time outside, so the outdoor kitchen and outdoor full bathroom was an awesome addition. Any communication with the owner was responded to immediately.

Can’t take away the fact that the house is very nice but we rented the house knowing it had pool heat because we wanted to hang by the pool each day after we went fishing. Well no pool heat it was broken they told us and no one could use the pool. They refunded the extra 300 for heat but the manager said she has no control didn’t even offer to speak with the owners. When we were leaving they had someone fixing the heater. Guess our 8k for the week wasn’t enough to get the heat working. It’s too bad because our group goes monthly and that would have been a great house each month.

We all enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had all of the nice features you like on a vacation, like the pool, hot tub, and an outside bar area with full kitchen. I must have read the home description wrong because I was thinking each room had an attached bath. Three rooms did, but the pool side room downstairs had one just outside the room. That room was also a bit warmer than the others for some reason. Hey, its a big house and it has tall ceilings, so maybe its harder to cool that downstairs room perfectly. We made it work. Monica, our host, was very attentive to anything we needed. She even got us a fan for that room. Overall, our experience was very positive and I would recommend this house to anyone visiting Marathon Fl. The canal was perfect for access to anywhere on the water you would want to go. We had a 38 foot boat that easily tied to the very clean pier. Thanks Monica for helping make this a week to remember. BILL H

Overall, we had a great trip and stay at this property. The house is very clean and modern and had basically everything you need. All we had to do was bring our clothes, basic needs, and food. The manager was also great with quick responses to my questions. We had a cold day and asked for the pool and spa heater schedule to be switched so we could hang out in the hot tub for the afternoon and they made that change happen. The house was decorated beautifully but with two young boys with us, we had to keep eyes on them :)
