Loved it, but figure out parking situation first.

This property was perfect for a girls trip. Sleeps 4 comfortable. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and just down the street from the pier. Home was clean and had all kitchen utensils needed if you wanna cook instead of eating out. Owner provided heaters and fans, so you are prepared for any weather. Felt save and secure. Owner checked in often to ensure we was enjoying our visit. This is a top 10 host and we will be booking again. Thanks Ada.

Overall, we really enjoyed this VRBO.
For the positives, you cannot beat the location - a short one block walk to the fun Venice Beach area! The unit was also very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. We also appreciated the beach towels and mountain bikes that were provided! Finally, the communication with the owner was fantastic.
For the negatives, the shower water pressure was really poor. I barely have any hair and it was difficult to wash and rinse. The neighborhood parking situation is pretty rough too. Two of the nights, I literally drove around for over 20 minutes trying to find a spot.
If you can deal with these negatives, I would recommend staying here.

The location can't be questioned, fabulously close to the beach, but also just far enough away to be quiet and away from the chaos that is Venice Beach. Communication was fab, no worries or concerns as check in day approached and everything went smoothly and perfectly. Upon entry, the property lacks some TLC, but is spacious and clean. The use of 2 bikes was a great bonus as their are some wonderful bike trails up and down the beach. And if people watching is your thing, then this area will deliver by the bucket load. Enjoy 😉 x

The house is a perfect distance from the beach. Close enough you can be there in minutes, but far enough away to not hear the noise later in the evening. We were worried the traffic might be too loud, but after 9PM it gets pretty quiet. If you enjoy being able to walk for everything you need and just relax, this is the place to stay!

Nice idea but execution isn’t the best. Upon arrive the smell of urine is pretty overpowering. We brought it up and it was recommended we use the candles provided. There’s no AC and all the windows were closed, no fans were on. It was far too hot and combined with the urine smell it was too overwhelming.
Marnie was nice but if you want to be unbothered during your stay not the place.
Location was great. Couldn’t get closer to the beach.
Ultimately, we felt it was best to eat the cost and go stay in a hotel. Wouldn’t recommend

Well it is a very old property and is kept up pretty well. Noisy street, we had ear plugs. The rate is good for the place but more than 2 people there is extra guest charge we did not realize initially.

My daughter and I stayed in this charming and centrally located apartment. Our host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We were a block from Venice beach and a short walk to really excellent restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved the property. It was literally a 2 minute walk to the Venice boardwalk, and a 5 minute drive to Santa Monica Pier. The property was clean and had everything one might need. The beds were comfortable. The best part was the location. We spent most of our time on the beach. Marnie was a great host who made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, clean place to stay in walking distance to Venice.

The property is great! Very clean. Parking is a hassle but that seems to be the normal for every property there. Could use a few more fans for the warmer days. Dog park few blocks down on left was perfect. Easy walk to almost everything. Perfectly located. Very cute and well maintained property. Will stay here again.

Very cute space and great location
Had a great time! Location is within walking distance from beach, restaurant, bars, coffee shops, and retail. It is on a busy street so if light sleeper this may be a problem. Parking was a bit of a chore however was able to find a parking garage within walking right by the boardwalk, at the end of the block. Definitely exceeded my expectations!! Will definitely look forward if available to stay here again. Thanks!

Perfect location
Marnie made check in extremely easy with detailed descriptions of how to access the house. It couldn’t be a better location for exploring, nestled in between Abbot-Kinney and Venice beach. Also a short walk to the Venice sign and the restaurants over there. Definitely recommend!

Quaint Property
Nice stay for two people visiting the area for leisure. The location was right on the beach and a 20-30 minute drive to all the places we visited in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. Nice places for food and coffee within walking distance. The property is right on the street and there is not a good seal on the front door (could see light shining in around the edges) so you can very clearly hear music and noise from cars passing by as well as conversations from pedestrians. There were nice toiletries available in the bathroom and coffee/tea and condiments in the kitchen. Fairly priced for what you receive. Marnie had excellent, prompt communication throughout the stay.

Location, location, location!
You really can’t beat this location! The property is as expected at this rental price range for the area, with the added bonus of a full kitchen in the cottage/bungalow so we could save $ by cooking some meals at home during the stay. The property does show some age/wear, but was clean and tidy for our arrival. Marine was very responsive to our needs throughout the stay & the check in/out process was very easy with clear instructions.

Fabulous location one block from Beach and boardwalk with all the shops!
My Teenage son and I came for our spring break and had a great time. The property is literally one block from the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The mountain bikes that the host provided are fantastic. We used them every day and probably Road 40 to 50 miles on the bikes alone. We did not have a car so they were fabulous. The Uber and Lyft was super easy and fast all throughout LA. The host was in contact with us daily and gave us fantastic directions for check in and check out and it was super easy. The kitchen had all supplies even coffee and creamer. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay there again!

Hidden Walking Distance Gem
We very much enjoyed our stay here in Venice. We walked down to Venice Solei for the BEST massage ever and to Nighthawk breakfast bar for unlimited mimosas and pancakes. Unfortunately the mimosas called for a nap instead of our planned bike ride to Santa Monica BUT maybe you can survive the post brunch nap!
Parking here isn’t easy. You can’t park on the street from 8am -10am or 3pm - 7pm. We got up early and parked our car in the paid parking around the block for $10 and picked it up at 7pm to park back on the street.
Host was communicative and our check in/check out was super easy!
