I've been a vrbo user for over 15 years and this has been one of the best properties I've rented. Upon arrival, we found the home exceptionally clean and very welcoming. The home layout was perfect for our family with our adult children having the upstairs to themselves while the parents stayed downstairs. Having a garage to park in to keep our car cool and our gear secure was a bonus. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you'd need for preparing a meal. And speaking of stocked, the home had thoughtfully placed extras--facial tissue, bathroom spray, personal hygiene products, etc. which is rare to find with other hosts. We also enjoyed the back patio for our dinners and breakfasts and just hanging out. Liz was a great communicator and terrific to work with. The property is in an ideal location with super easy walk to the beach or pubs. I highly recommend this property.

This was our first visit to Couer D’Alene and it was amazing! We were so fortunate to find Liz’s house. She was so helpful and informative. She put a great deal of effort into finding hikes for us and we appreciated that very much. My questions were answered very quickly. The house is beautiful and modern with so many thoughtful touches. I did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked for our needs. The house was spotless and the beds were comfortable. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room. The location was also wonderful in a quiet charming neighborhood-within walking distance to town and lake. We would love to come back and stay at Liz’s home again! It was a perfect family vacation!

This was the perfect place for our family reunion with a group of teens u to 85 year-olds.
Great location, an easy walk both to the lake and to downtown.
The home had everything we needed including ample kitchen equipment, lots of seating and a great fenced backyard for the dog.
Would definitely come again.

Our stay in Coeur D'Alene at this lovely VRBO was perfect. The cleanliness, space, layout, amenities were top notch We stay in many VRBO's and this ranks as one, if not THE one, of the best. The neighborhood was so quiet and beautiful. We were conveniently located to the park and lake, both of which were ideal for my daughter to race in Iron Man CDA. Highly recommend and wish we could have stayed so much longer

This is a wonderful home. Very comfortable and accommodating. Four bedrooms and, four bathrooms were great for all the adults and kids with plenty of room to stretch out. Very private backyard to barbecue in and quiet neighborhood. It was a short walk to downtown, a lake front beach, and the great park playground for the grand kids. The Host Liz was a joy to work with and making sure you were having a good time.
By the end of our stay, it felt like I was messaging an old friend. We will stay there again, and suggest you do the same. :-)

I love this property. It has eveeything needed for a great family vacation. Plenty of room and a nice area to BBQ and be outside. The beach was right there to enjoy the lake. Very clean and the owners were great to us. I would highly recommend this property.

The property was very clean and well laid out for 8 adults. The kitchen included all the amenities we needed to make and enjoy meals on the patio. The property is very conveniently located, the lake, downtown and eateries are all walkable. It is a quick drive from many destinations like the Hiawatha bike trail and Silver Mt. Overall a fabulous property!

The house was the perfect size and location for six adults and two 9 year old kids. Liz was very responsive, accommodating, and went out of her way to make sure we (and our dogs) were taken care of. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for an awesome family home base to explore and experience all Couer D’Alene has to offer.

This was a great house in an awesome location. We had 7 adults and there was lots of room. The patio was a great place to hide from the heat in the afternoon with some nice shade. The owners were easy to get a hold of. We had a hard time starting the BBQ and they responded very quickly. Great place and we would definitely stay again!

This is the first time I’ve ever stayed in a rental home, and I can’t imagine any place outdoing this one. Liz thought of everything—we wanted for nothing—and the place was clean and welcoming. Great location too!

This home was perfect for our group of six adults and two young children. It was comfortable, clean, and much more spacious than expected - an easy place to immediately feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, and the location is a very short walk to Sanders Beach and all of the downtown area shops, restaurants, Tubb Hill, and McEuen Park.
Liz was also an excellent host. She was kind, thoughtful and responsive. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer!

If you’re looking for a great place to stay in CDA, run (not walk) to book this place. It’s beautiful, comfortable and the owners are outstanding to work with. Walking distance to town, lake, park, in a friendly neighborhood, and VERY clean. We LOVED IT! We will stay here again!!

Liz was a very responsive host, with a couple of arrival questions and suggestions, and overall interest in our being happy and able to fully full enjoy her home.
Nice location is in a very clean, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, very convenient to downtown amenities. The kitchen exceptionally well equipped and supplied with all the basics you’ll need.

Only thing to note about the property, the details mention the bikes in the garage that are for guest use. The women's bike needs a new front tire. It was flat when someone went to use it and could not hold air even after taking it to the air filling station nearby. And the front door tends to stick, especially after the sun has been shining on it all day.

We loved sitting on the front porch for coffee in the mornings and out on the back patio with a glass of wine in the evenings. The location was convenient to everything. We would definitely rent this property again!
