Everything worked well.The one AC unit didn't quite cool the whole condo so it got a bit warm. A little sparsely equipped with amenities. Sleeps 6, but there are only 3 wine glasses. The coffee pot requires filters, but the filters in the condo were too small to use. No place to put dishes after you wash them so the counter was always cluttered and wet.

Whales seen from deck this time of year. Unit 501 is a little dated, but clean and had ample cooking equipment.

We had a wonderful time in Maui and the property was exactly what we were looking for.

This condo has an amazing view of the ocean. The double lanai was so nice for my family and I to enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean and a daily sunset. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The only suggestion that I have is that it needs a second window ac unit. The front two bedrooms get very warm and stuffy in the afternoons. Other than that, it’s a beautiful condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Tha a/c unit was dripping condensation on the lanai and a pot need to be kept under it to catch the water. The unit needs to be replaced . The sheets on the twin beds were flannel and should have been cotton as the sheets were very warm to sleep in. Location was perfect. Grounds were well kept I would recommend this property to a friend but not this unit. The ceiling fans were filthy and needed to be cleaned by housekeeping Overall the location is accessible to most restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The sunsets were perfect without having to walk down to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and the roof top grill. The kitchen was well equipped and we used it a lot. A couple of things to note:The AC unit is in the living room. The 2 bedrooms in the back of the unit didn't get much cooling. Opening the windows at night helped them out, until the Roosters start up.The beach gear is great. We used it a lot. You can tell that others had as well. Don't be surprised if items are a little rough. Parking is a little tight. Not just at this condo, but everywhere in Maui. Keep that in mind when you rent a vehicle. A smaller vehicle is preferred.Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. Make sure you try Maui Gelato for the ice cream and shaved ice. Snorkel bobs is right across the street for snorkel gear, boogie boards, or SUPs. The ABC store at the Gas station is convenient for overpriced food, and reasonably priced souvenirs. The beach across the road (KAM 1) is awesome. We saw turtles, fish, and even a stingray and a shark when snorkeling (south end of beach). Don't feel like you need to seek out another beach for snorkeling. This is the second time we've rented with Rentals Maui and won't be the last. They've been great to work with. Professional, reasonably priced, and with well maintained units.

Our family of six enjoyed our stay here. Despite the unit being “air conditioned “ we were still pretty warm at nighttime due to their only being one a/c unit in the living room. Parking spaces where quite small and tight for parking our suv. The unit Having six beach chairs and towels was very accommodating to our family for beach activities. Overall we were pleased with the condo, amenities, location and easy check in.

Condo was as exactly how it was described. Very clean, roomy and comfortable. So close to the beach and close to restaurants. Amazing views and sunsets every night. Would definitely recommend this property to families.

More than 5 people can comfortable fit in this 3 bedroom 2 restroom place. Anything and everything you would need is in the kitchen and we cooked and ate in the condo. The beach amenities were amazing to have! Thank you! We can not wait to visit again. The home is not fancy and new, but we were happy and content. Some things could be updated, but everything was working and that was just fine with us. The only AC was a window unit off the balcony and it did have a hard time trying to cool the two back bedrooms and bathroom, but we survived. Location was absolutely amazing! Perfect!

This was a great location. Place felt like home. They only issue was the front bedroom was a bit hot to sleep in. But other then that we loved staying there and will be back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is much to like about this unit but we won't be returning. It's spacious and well located. But it's not in the condition that would be considered "standard" for the typical rental. The linens were washed in with some horrible smelling detergent. Something I've never smelled before like honey mustard. There were literally dozens of flies and I had to kill each one for the first three days we were there. The dishes are a hodgepodge of items from goodwill. The linens not up to today's rental home standards. Etc.

Excellent central location, amazing view! If that was all there was to the unit it would be a 5 star unit. The condo is tired and in need of some TLC. Some repair is required with ceiling fans and doors. The pictures show amenities that are not guaranteed. So you expect boogie boards and enough chairs for 6 and find broken boards and chairs and umbrellas. Kitchen cooking utensils like pots and pans need replacing as the Teflon is completely peeling off. Other than those inconveniences we did enjoy our stay. But people should be aware the condo itself is just 3.5 stars.

Great location - easy access to beach and having a pool is nice. Space worked well for a group of friends - though note that Wi-Fi does not reach all bedrooms. Also, we had to use one of the fans to get the AC to reach the back bedrooms. Only 1 car parking but street parking nearby. Great beach supplies and kitchen very well appointed. Washer, dryer and AC unit are all loud so plan accordingly. Overall we had a great stay!

The property was spacious and clean as advertised. We loved how close it was to the beach, shopping, and amazing restaurants. We could walk to practically everything!
