Very nice home and location! Will definitely look to book again!

No toilet paper, paper towels. Missing light bulbs in bedrooms, trash on the side of the house, laundry washer knob was broken. Ants were in the kitchen coming from crack in the ceiling. Other than that the house had a great backyard and pool and hang out area.

Booked location for Miami Formula 1 Grand Prix. Great location to get away from the crowds. Close to the parking lots for the race, near grocery stores, and restaurants. Pool was amazing and great outdoor space.

Arianna, you were an amazing host! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with me and my friends. It was 3 couples all in our mid forties getting together to celebrate my husband’s 46th birthday. Your home smelled fresh and was very clean. We spent the most time in the kitchen gathering and cooking then we headed out back to enjoy the heated pool while the fellas played on the pool table. Thank you for sharing your pool towels with us. From the entry of your neighborhood to the entrance of your home we felt safe and comfortable. It was very inviting. Your backyard was immaculate to say the least and it was as described, it was a mini oasis. It had plenty of space with privacy. It’s just a short walk to the lake which we enjoyed. Thank you for being an awesome host! We definitely would stay again!

Property seriously neglected. Linens found soaked in dryer upon arrival. Kitchen badly unequipped far from luxury. Now on its 3rd fridge from the pics shown as our first indifferent fridge was broken and had to be replaced, oven still broken, and so much more. Broken shower tap, washer only quick washes, crazily stained pool table with a broken leg and no tips or broken cues. All beds the whole family with myself agreed need replaced. All sunk to the middle. No yard maintenance after our 17 day stay and disgustingly dirty. Everyone's feet black after walking on patio. Dog stains, etc and debris throughout the yard. Pool and pool guy was great though. Yard had big pile of unsafe for our dog and young grandkids with construction debris. Owner removed after requested. Owner excused all our problems with her recent new baby arrival and many problems were not just recent but long neglect. We booked over 4 months before our arrival date. We were are baffled by all the previous good reviews. Felt tricked and very frustrated.

We stayed for a weekend trip and the property was amazing. The central air is great, all the lighting and decor is great. The patio was my favorite part! The neighborhood is quiet. The property manager was great and checked in from time to time, overall great house

This place was perfect for our company trip. host was so good about communicating with us making sure everything was perfect . cant wait to come back with my family . Outdoor patio area was a special treat .

We really enjoyed our stay, great area, wonderful property, nice pool, communication with home owner was excellent. Washer/dryer was a plus. Only downside was the oven wasn’t working.

The house is outstanding. Just as it is in the pictures. The location is very safe and the neighborhood quiet and relaxing. The heated pool was great, and the kids loved it. The host was very helpful and very friendly and helped with any questions I had at any time of the day/night. My family enjoyed this house very much, it is truly one of the best homes I have stayed in. My family and I will definitely be coming back to this spot. La casa es excepcional. This house is exactly what the pictures show you! The property is beautiful where is the location that is very very very convenient. It was me my two friends and our kids and the ages range from 2 to 14. And everyone enjoyed their self absolutely with the house. We went to Hollywood Beach and South Beach and it was it more than 30 minutes. Also having a washer and dryer in the home is excellent as well. You won't be unhappy at all !!! I would definitely come back again !

The property was great well-kept the pool was amazing the kids spent most of their time in there as did I! The heater makes all the difference in the world :) The owner was amazing she was easy to get a hold of and help me figure out anything I needed about the property the pool filter needed to be cleaned and she had a pool guy at the house within the hour we will definitely stay at this house again my kids still can’t stop talking about it

Quiet neighbourhood. Good place to stay if you are picking up people from both airports. Management is quick to get back with any requests.

Great home with a clean and entertaining vibe. The only recommendation is to get better pillows and mattresses. The owner was responsive and sent a plumber right away (within the hour) to fix the clogged shower drain. I would keep this listing in my favorites for return trips.

First off. Thank you for the great communication. Nothing was to much trouble! Location was easy to find , only about 25 minutes from MIA Airport. Good location to go in either direction. Make sure you get a toll pass beforehand and check if it can be used with the hire car company. Some don't let you. Though places can be reached without ever touching toll roads. The house was lovely. Its was clean and there was plenty of space. The pool was awesome clean and warm. Kids loved it and it was big enough for a pool session. The outside has loads of space and partly covered for shade with ample seating area. Neighbourhood is quiet and feels safe . You should know that English is not the first language around here but all shops are close by and we had all we needed. If there is any criticism to be found it would be the kitchen area. It could do with a couple more bits of crockery and cutlery but again. Dishwasher is provided and we just cleaned the plates as we went along. Washer and dryer were supplied so that's good. The oven was out of order but the owner supplied a small grill oven to get us by. Big fridge freezer to store to your hearts content. The pool table was my fav past time whilst relaxing. Not the straightest bit of kit but much fun nevertheless. All in all this is a great retreat and place away from the hustle and bustle and we are all happy to recommend to anyone to prove this review wrong. Thank you again Arianna x

Very clean, very updated house. Great host with quick responses! Heated pool was nice and a lot of patio seating for group gatherings. Very nice washer and dryer and many towels were provided. Great location and neighborhood with close access to anything.

I have spent a wonderful stay in this house. I experienced a wonderful energy all the time, in the mornings I used to loved going out to the pool ( THE HEATED IS PERFECT and works super fast ) I had my breakfast with the singing of the birds, it really was a very relaxing experience, then I used to adjusted the temperature of the pool, very warm , and enjoyed getting relax for hours an hours and swimming as a part of my workout routing, This area of the house offer a lot of privacy, comfort and quietly, truly a true paradise. I want to thank the owner, who was always available to help me, she also was very kind and she helped me to find the bests restaurants and places to visit during my stay, and even received me with a gift (a bottle of wine), thank you also for that nice gesture. Also the house was impeccable with cleanliness, everything in order and clean. I was able to use all the amenities without any inconvenience. The beds were very comfortable, we love the master room , I even slept better than I do in my own house. The room number two is perfec for families with kids because it has a door access to the other bathroom and is very convenient. The bathrooms are more than nice.. The kitchen is big and the appliances are in perfect condition. The internet was extremity fast, work at the desk with the relaxing pool view was prefect for me. We enjoyed the pool table too. The property has a lake on the corner that I enjoyed walking in the mornings and at night too, the neighborhood is more than safe and the people who live near are very helpful and nice . I will return to Florida soon, and without hesitation I want to stay in this house again. In fact it has been the best of the properties in which I have been. The home was really nice. The manager was very accessible. We didn’t really get the enjoy the pool because the filtration system was not working. The water and ice filter on the refrigerator needed to be replaced, and the mattress in the master bedroom was bad. The upgrades in the home were well received. The best part were the showers.

Out of all the vacation homes I’ve stayed in, Arianna’s home was the best. The home was beyond beautiful, spacious, comfortable, just peaceful Serene experience. Arianna very welcoming and great host, she made sure everything was perfect and was always available. She really took care of me and my family. We enjoyed every moment from am watching movies in the comfy living to resort style backyard pool/ lounge, With a pool table! The neighborhood was quiet and nice. This was a great vacation, Arianna as host made it that much more better, she was a great host and I will definitely book with her again and refer others!

This property was exactly how it was listed. It was a super nice stay for our family. We had arrived later than expected and we were so happy to arrive to a nice clean house to sleep in that night. Our stay was even better when our host was so responsive to any of our needs. She was very kind and we look forward to another stay in the future. We enjoyed every part of this home! Our children loved the convenience of a pool and the opportunity to just stay in for breakfast with all the necessary amenities!

As soon as we arrived to Arianna’s House, we checked in without any inconvenience and we even found that we had a welcome gift, along with a greeting card. The property was absolutely well equipped, comfortable, spotlessly clean,stylish and spacious . It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures. The rooms are very comfortable, with very cosy beds, all perfect for our family of 5. Lovely hot shower and shampoo and conditioner if needed. A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean . A neat and nice climatized pool. The neighborhood was excellent, very nice and quiet, along with a very relaxing lake at the corner. I have had a wonderful stay in this house, the hostess was always aware that everything was fine during my stay, in fact communication with her was always very easy. she is very friendly and she is always available and ready to give you recommendations of good places to visit. This place is very close to all kinds of delicious food restaurants. These have been one of the best vacations of my life, I will return to this house again and it is highly recommended.
