This was a terrible experience. I called the front Dess and the young lady did not greet over the phone. She was talking on the phone with someone else when she answered my call, she did not tell me to hold and this was on August 13, 2023. In the early afternoon, I find it to be very unprofessional, I also called up for room service for the rooms to get clean. I was out all day and no one came to clean the room nor change the towels. I had to go to the front Desk when they change shifts to get assistant. The young lady apologize and pass me to towels.

Only had a continental breakfast and it was not lots to choose from most mornings. It was clean and not crowed but a little disappointed with the selection.

Hoping to have a waffle machine and more fruit to choose from in the morning.

Looked like a small apartment with an actual kitchen. Nice and cozy.

AC didn’t work properly and the water from the shower wouldn’t get hot.

It smelled, the hallway smelled like marijuana l. The bedding smelled like misty or humid. The breakfast area was super small, with little options. And if you wanted something other what they have you have to pay extra. Like for example, my son wanted an ice cream and a single bar of Ice cream was almost 5 dollars which was ridiculous. The place was out dated and very old.

Location was excellent. Staff were great. Felt secured. The room amenities were great especially with having a baby along with us.

Breakfast was not good. There were days when there was not enough food left to select from. Also, 9am end time is too short. I'm on vacation, should be until atleast 11am. Also, charges were made to my account I wasn't aware of. Hopefully the clerk reverse all as discussed

Overall pretty decent spot, we didn't quite make the full breakfast (but that was our fault) but they did let us carry on with a bit of the continentals even after hours had finished which was appreciated.

Fold out bed was a bit older (which we had booked for) and not much room left at all in the lounge area when it was open. Some of the pillows could do with renewal.

Miami hade a cold spell and the heat didn't work the didn't do anything about it but offer me a blanket and extra points, the breakfast is Awful

The breakfast selection and quality were fine.

This hotel should not carry the Marriott label. They need to fix many many things starting with the appearance of the hallways. We filled out a form at the lobby during check in requesting daily room cleaning. During our 3 nights stay it never happened. Only once was it cleaned and it was because we asked the lady why we had been missed. She stated that she had not received orders to clean our room. This was reported to the office daily and never acted upon. We had two room booked for 3 and 2 nights. Booking.om should be leery of recommending this location!

i did not like the person at the desk. she was not very helpful nor was the manager. not very caring of trying to make the most positive experiences for guests.

EVERYTHING! If you don't mind sharing your accommodations with roaches and ants, also smelly moldy rooms then by all means. The amount of money that I paid to stay at a Marriott chain, felt like I was staying in a Knights Inn, along with its rude guests slamming doors at all hours of the night. I will never stay at this location ever again. And I might not ever stay at another Towneplace Suites. The fact that this location has a 3.5 star rating is a complete and utter lie. The ONLY thing good about the location was the staff.
