Here for a wedding and had the ability to walk everywhere and drive 10 minutes to Vail

The apartment is newly renovated and has a big and well-equipped kitchen. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 separate full bathrooms is very convenient. It is close to skiing, hiking and walking distance to restaurants. We very much enjoyed our time there.

Way overpriced. Location is not good. Online description is misleading. Balcony is not private. Not a good neighborhood. Apartment is not cozy

We enjoyed the condo. We were there for a baseball tournament and it was way better than staying in a hotel. Our only downside was no AC, but I guess that is standard for Colorado. Overall great and easy place to book.

The house was great with the exception that there is not an air conditioner in the house. That is probably not an issue most of the time in this area but it got over 85 degrees in the house every day we were there. And the lake that is pictured is a walk a couple of blocks away. The picture makes it look as if it is next to the property.

It is a nicely finished renovation condo we stayed. The unit is clean and the floorings are done nicely. It is an easy drive to Vail to ski and nice walking distance to coffee shop, restaurants and grocery store.

This property was wonderful. The condo was very nice and had all of the amenities we needed. It was very comfy and spacious, and was walking distance to the gondola to get to Beaver Creek and restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, close to shuttle and everything we needed. We enjoyed our time. The only think it was missing was a jacuzzi. Other than that perfect. Thank you

The owners have done a beautiful job remodeling this condo. Everything was well stocked and loved having laundry on site. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and right by the bus station if you want to grab the bus to go ski/snowboard.

Nice place to stay near Vail and Beaver Creek ski resorts. Beds super comfortable.

Our stay at the Greenbrier condo was amazing and we had the best time. When we arrived the condo was clean and organized and there were plenty of amenities. They had bought snacks and had soaps and towels set up in all the bathrooms. The whole trip was so much fun and I would definitely book again.

This place is exactly how the picture show. Recently renovated and beautiful. The house is very well stocked in every way, and beds and pillows are very comfortable. Condo is a 3 min drive to Beaver Creek, and easy 10 min to Vail. We will definitely come back!

We wanted to stay in Avon, this is an accessible area to ski Beaver Creek and Vail and also on nice driving days went to Breckenridge and Glenwood Springs. So obviously we were out an about so not at the property a ton over the 6 nights. My only complaint, and it is kind of major, is that there was NOT enough hot water for 5 people to shower. Period. No I don't need excuses from the property management company that you can drain the hot water tank in a 15 minute shower. That is an issue. Maybe the new shower heads are not good for this property. Well how, pray tell, will 8 people shower here???????? We were even having two people shower at night spaced out. Oh and one bathroom shower out of the three we could not get any hot water out of for days and they said by phone yes there is a part waiting to come in. Well we weren't warned of that and my son's friend took a cold shower after skiing and didn't tell me! He mentioned it when were wondering what happened our first full day when the second shower that morning went cold in 2 minutes. It was a real stressor-it is a basic absolute necessity when we are just staying there to sleep and shower on repeat to have enough hot water. iTrip sent someone and we came back to the place with a note that said hot water was verified at all locations. Sadly the problem persistent our whole stay and I didn't bother with them again. Place is very cute, nicely updated, near conveniences like Walgreens. Ate dinner at Northside Kitchen and bought a to-go bake and take meal there for another night which is a real value. The ski closet is clutch so you can hide your stuff out the way but also have warm boots to put on. The stand up fans were a needed addition to each room as it was warm a couple nights. Could be perfect with the hot water resolved.

Great stay! The place was perfect for our group. Beautifully decorated, clean, and in a great location. We did have some trouble with the hot water but overall it was a great place to stay.

We so enjoyed our stay at this Greenbriar condo! Finding a hotel-like rental in the Avon area is rare, but this one definitely hits all the marks. From the updated interior filled with matte black and neutral accents to the two master suite (plus bunk room) floor plan, this felt more like resort staying than condo renting. The living areas are open and accessible to families or couples with everything you would need to enjoy yourself or entertain for the week. For ski or hiking season, being able to store gear in the large and open gear closet near near the front door is such a benefit. The condo has a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer that is large enough to fit a pack and play for an infant, located right near one of the master suites. We were able to easily walk to the lake and park with a great playground around the corner, access multiple restaurants nearby on foot, and easily reach the gondola to Beaver Creek (about a 9 minute walk). The condo is also on the bus route that would be nice if your are trekking with some gear. We took a short 10 minute drive to downtown Eagle which is so underrated--easy to park with upscale restaurants and bistro lights throughout. Much less touristy than something like downtown Breckenridge if you're looking for something to do, but didn't happen to make a reservation. This one is definitely on our list of go-to condos in the Vail/Avon area!
