Had a great stay. Modern clean updated spacious place with cute touches (popcorn& candy for guests) very clear checkin instructions. Close to slot downtown. Stayed for a work trip and will stay again! Highly recommend

We needed a place for four of us to stay as we moved our daughter to UTK for graduate school. The host was quick to respond to all of our questions and the check in and check out was quick and simple. The location was great! The space is cute and comfortable. We highly recommend!

Overall, we had a good experience. We have a family of 5, and the property states it sleeps 6. However, this was a very tight squeeze. There are only two beds and an air mattress. The space does not fit an air mattress comfortably without moving furniture around. I think 4 is a more realistic number but crowded beyond that. There is minimal seating for hanging out in the living space. Both nights there were train whistles blowing multiple times, and although noise machines were in both rooms, the sounds were loud and woke us all up throughout the night. Our linens had some stains on them, but otherwise the space was clean. I love the aesthetics of this condo, the exposed brick, the high ceilings and the decor is very well done. The location is nice and walkable to downtown and a cute food hall and coffee shop.

Nice place. Only surprise was the very loud train whistle at 3am. I felt like I was in the movie My Cousin Vinny. Otherwise everything was great.

We were there for the AAU girl’s basketball championship. The property was perfect, several coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend this place!!

Visiting our friends in Knoxville & this was a great location, we walked to great restaurants, breweries & shops! The management company (Halo) were great to book with & had wonderful communication thru out!!! The only reason I gave 3 stars under location & neighborhood & 4 stars for over all rating is the close proximity to the railroad. The trains running were no problem…it’s their horns!!! Sooooo I wouldn’t let that detour you from booking or staying here, but maybe a pair of earbuds to listen to music or podcast, etc or ear plugs would’ve helped.

We loved the apartment and the host. They were very professional, informative and helpful. The apartment however is VERY close to a major interstate elevated highway AND and active railroad. Sleep was almost impossible.

I prefer this message just go directly to owner, being right next to the highway and the train tracks, we heard a lot of noise continuously. Hard place to relax after 10 hours of driving. Also, now couch to comfortably unwind.

Wonderful place which allowed the four of us to visit, relax and enjoy the area. So nice to be able to walk to restaurants and see areas around Market Square. Would definitely return!

The property was very nice and modern; the property was very clean and the beds comfortable. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Knoxville. It is walking distance to many restaurants, bars and Market Square. The only thing I would recommend is a long mirror, but other than that the property was great!

Pros: Secure building, new property, pictures represent the place well. Cute, contemporary and bright. Comfortable beds. Nice size property. Great value. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Friendly management.
Cons: like other reviewers, the master bedroom could use a blackout shade. The bright lights and loud city / train noise will definitely wake a light sleeper. Would prefer sofa seating in the living room for more comfortable guest seating.
Also-
The prior renter took one of the parking passes, so we could not use the surface lot parking. Usually found street parking.

Beautiful Loft
As a first time VRBO user, the whole process could not have been better! The whole check in process was extremely clear and the loft was beautiful, brand new and extremely clean. Pretty easy walk to downtown and not terribly far from a trolley stop.
Communication was exceptional. Felt very safe the whole time. If there was a way to swap out the 2 chairs for a comfy couch it would be perfection (and it’s pretty close as it is now).
Highly recommend!

This a great spot and convenient location. The rules are very strict. There is a train that comes very close so earplugs are recommended.

Wonderful Knoxville Stay
This property was fantastic! It was immaculately clean and decorated beautifully. The location was perfect and near great restaurants and breweries. It was within walking distance to everything downtown we wanted to do. The only thing I can think of to improve would be the addition of a loveseat or small couch. It’s a 2 bedroom and we had 4 adults. In the tv area there are 2 very comfortable chairs to sit in and 2 kitchen chairs. At the end of a long day of walking, it’s hard to relax and watch tv sitting in a kitchen chair. Again, this is a minor thing compared to how great the property is - comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and even a small balcony. We will definitely stay here again. Great VRBO experience!

UT Family Weekend
Our daughter attends UT, and we were in town with my son and his girlfriend for a family weekend. Great accomodations, great location, and easy access to downtown and the UT campus. Highly recommended.

Nice, clean. Great neighborhood!
Last minute booking due to wild fires. Newly built, clean, comfy. The beds were great! Pillows were flat. Comfy living room chairs but couch would be better. Sleeps four very comfortably. Would not recommend 6. There is an air mattress but no where to put it if you need it. Well stocked kitchen except for salt and pepper and other basics. No colander. Washer and dryer was very convenient. Not sure who the host is. Never got a name. Be sure to lock up the place using the code when you go out. That was not clear. Knoxville is nice.
