*The RV will be clean with a full tank of gas, propane, and fresh water upon pick up. *Black and gray tanks will be emptied by you (if tanks need to be emptied while on trip, supplies are included). *We will empty both black and grey tank for an additional charge. *Return RV with a full tank of gas topped off and no extra charges will be added. * If not completely full you will be charged the amount to top of and $100 fee. *You must provide kitchen ware. *Bedding is NOT INCLUDED. *Cleaning bring the RV back the way it left to avoid a extra cleaning fee of $200 *Tow hitch is locked if towing please advise for additional fee *Pick up time is at 11:00 AM sharp. Please consider traffic, late pickup fee is $50.00 after 11:20 AM. *Flexible with pick up and drop off time, if discussed at time of booking. *If RV is not dropped off before 11:00 a.m. you will be charged $25.00 and hour up to 4 hours after the 4th hour you WILL be charged an extra day. Please plan your return trip accordingly. *Hablamos español. *Driveway parking or street parking are available for your vehicle free of charge. *Absolutely no pets allowed. *RV slides are in perfect working condition, however if broken you WILL loose your deposit.
