At first I was not sure how our stay was going to go When we arrived the apartment was 88 degrees and a lock box was over the thermostat.
So we called and spoke with Elizabeth She got us the key for the thermostat and told us where the fan was located.
The apartment is set up so cute from the reading nook to the kitchen.
We enjoyed our stay and would like to thank Elizabeth for sharing her lovely home with us

I had an excellent 5-night stay. The property is very easy to access and there is plenty of street parking available. The rental was very clean and comfortable. I’ll be back next time I’m in Covington.

We had a great time at Elizabeth’s apartment. Easy check in and very secure apartment (locked gate and two key pads to separate entrance). No issues finding street parking. Comfy bed, stocked kitchen and bathroom. We were in town for a concert in Cincinnati but we also explored Covington. We felt safe in the neighbourhood and had no issues getting Ubers. We also did a lot of walking. Lots of stairs to get to the third floor but no issues at all for us, just make sure you are aware of this. We were very thankful for A/C as it was very hot when we were there. We would recommend!

The apartment was very cute and felt very relaxing. Just like home. The location was excellent for access to Riverbend and Newport on the Levee. We also went to Molly Malones for dinner and live music (it was also excellent!) I would highly recommend this location and host!

Elizibeth's third floor hideaway is perfect. Delightful, nicely appointed, and spotlessly clean.
We arrived in the dark, so it was a bit tricky to see the entrance but we found our way just fine.
Guests should take account of the stairs--a bit of a challenge schlepping our bags up, but we were well aware because Elizabeth made it very clear in the listing.
I strongly recommend this spot. It was perfect for our stay in Covington/Cincinnati! Thank you, Elizabeth.

The pictures online show the back of the house vs the front, which made it a little hard to find ..especially in the dark when we couldn’t see the house number. Otherwise, we enjoyed the quaint attic apartment. It had everything we needed for our weekend in Covington.

My girlfriend and i both fell in love with the property, and the owner is so kind!! We made sure to text her morning we left with any laundry we had and she responded stating she hoped we had a blast at our concert and wished us a safe drive home. 10/10 would stay again!

We were on the 3rd floor. Temperature was very comfortable. The place was nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed sitting out back in a beautifully landscaped yard.

Unique area, amazingly central to both the areas in Covington and in Cincinatti that we wanted to visit. We were able to do all we wanted: Reds game, multiple museums including the Freedom Center, lots of dining, all within walking distance or short drives.

We came over for a concert and a Reds games,
The place was clean, well stocked with things we needed such as towels, dishes and a coffee pot.
The shower had good pressure, hot water and was clean. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space. We did meet the host who was pleasant and gave recommendations on brunch. Location is convenient to Cincy without the downtown busyness. Getting to/from the concert and game was quick and easy.

The apartment was exactly as described .
& pictured. It was on the 3rd foor of a 120 year old house and had well renovated. We loved sleeing under the eaves. The neighborhood was quiet but wasn't walkable, but nothing is too far away if you have a car. My rec commendation would be to arrive when it is still light, it was tough to see house numbers in the dark!

I spent 4 nights at this lovely place! I absolutely adored the cute third floor apartment. It was clean, cute, and perfect for my stay. I had the chance to chat with the host, Elizabeth, who was absolutely the best. She has done such an incredibly job updating and reviving her 100+ year old home. Her second floor apartment is STUNNING!! If you need more room, it is impeccably renovated.
If my travels bring me back, I will absolutely stay here again!

We stayed in the 3rd floor former maids quarters space, so beautiful! From the charming backyard koi pond to tge bedding and decor, owner Elizabeth has thought of everything in this gorgeous space. We were so fortunate to meet her, and were given a tour of the stunning 3 bedroom apt on the middle floor, even nicer! Both spaces are top notch, high end, a true gem in the city of Cincinnati! We won't stay ANYWHERE ELSE, it is that nice.

We found the apartment to be comfortable, clean, conveniently located, easy parking, safe, quiet for a city location and well stocked. The bath was nice, the bed comfortable and the host easy to reach when we had questions! Will definitely stay there again!

We stayed here for the weekend from out of town. It was a very cute little loft that was close to the city and the locations we needed to get to. Elizabeth was very helpful and kind and we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our three-night stay in Covington! We had some great meals at restaurants in town, soaked in the German culture while staying in the historic district, and tried the "Goetta" this town is famous for! Thank you, Elizabeth for your warm hospitality and for providing us with such lovely and cozy rooms at the top of your house (...and for giving us our first taste of Goetta)!

Love this place. Quiet neighborhood. FREE street parking right in front of the unit. The stairs are a bit much if you're out of shape like me but can't beat the privacy. Private entrance from the beautiful back garden. The decor inside is simple but adorable. Great tub, comfy bed, plenty of lighting. Fully stocked kitchen appliances with mini fridge - plenty for a few days for 1 person. Great host with an adorable cat and friendly chunky pup. Would definitely return.

We stayed here while visiting family and friends (originally from the area) and the location was perfect for us. We could walk the 1 mile to the river for food and beverage, continue to Cincinnati if desired. We also spent time in Mainstrausse in Covington, Newport and Bellevue and they were only a $10-15 Uber ride.
The house was decorated nicely, but I will note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor so bear that in mind if you don't like stairs 😆. It did not bother us at all and the host was friendly and responded to communication promptly. We didn't have any problems while staying and this will definitely be our first choice for the next visit! 💛💛💛

Fantastic loft and super clean!!!
Elizabeth was so nice and helpful, very quick to respond too! The loft was decorated wonderfully and so SO clean!! The location was very convenient so Cinci and Covington was a great lil town. We will def stay here again when visiting the area!!!

Perfect Cincinnati/Covington Getaway
My wife and I made a weekend trip to the Cincinnati area and stayed in this lovely little apartment. It was well set up, clean, easy to find, and exactly what we needed. I highly recommend this property!

Covington Ky...who knew?
What a lovely, well kept property. A little jealous really. A wonderfully refinished, very clean corner home with all the amenities we could ask for. Koi pond and sitting garden in the back. The detail that Lizzie puts into the apartment is amazing. Full kitchen with a bright, lovely sitting area. Plenty of room to move about. The bathroom is A+. Again, everything has been updated to reflect a very clean, modern appeal. Plenty of parking and convenient to Cincinnati, wonderful parks, great pubs and vistas. Check out Rabbit Hash. Covington,Ky...who knew?!

Beautiful loft at a great value
This property is about a mile from the convention center at a fraction of the price...great for independent business travelers on a tight budget like myself.
Elizabeth is a kind and gracious host...very easygoing to work with. Highly recommend staying at her properties.

Our stay
We have always used hotels.. this was our first time using Vrbo. We didn’t know what to expect, so we were presently surprised . The apartment was clean and the amenities were very nice. The property was close to Cincinnati as well. We would definitely stay at this property again

Cozy and Inviting
Beautiful property with all the needed room/kitchen/bathroom amenities! Very clean. Only downside was it was a bit hot since it was on the top floor and the a/c didn’t seem to work very well. Modern and kitchen and bathroom was well stocked. Would stay there again!!

Disappointed
We had very high hopes for our weekend getaway but even though the interior space was comfortable cute and cozy the neighborhood was terrifying and didn’t seem safe at all. We opted to not stay here due to our concerns over safety. The weekend in Cincinnati started off so bad we ended up going home a day early and wasting $400. The VRBO host was understanding and gracious but again the neighborhood was very sketchy to us.

Beautiful and vintage upper loft of home!
This was our first time ever using a VRBO. We loved it so much! The only thing I had trouble with was GPS. The home number is listed differently than she tells you! Wonderful hostess. We loved her travel book!
