Beautiful house with everything you would need to be comfortable! Amazing location and Views!! Did I mention perfect! We were in Boothbay for a family wedding and it was truly an amazing time in a beautiful home! Can’t wait to be able to stay there again❤️❤️

This lovely yellow home is perched above the harbor with a birds eye view. It is furnished with comfortable and interesting antiques that are relective of earlier times. There is excellent water pressure and generous bathrooms with plenty of good towels. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of eauipment and its spice drawer reflects an accomplished cook.The location is easy access to plennty of restaurants a, coffee shops and shopping. The outside space has adirondack chairs and a large deck with comfortable patio furniture.there is a large dining room table, a perfect puzzle table and a living room and den laid out for separate friends to have their own area for reading or gathering. I think you would be very happy to call it your home away from home for a seaside stay.

Charming and well appointed for all our comforts. Just far enough from the hustle and bustle for peace and quiet, yet within walking distance of everything. We will return.

Home is perfectly located on Commercial Street, the Main Street in Boothbay Harbor, w lovely views of the Harbor from the spacious deck and lawn.. Ample space indoors and out, well furnished, kitchen well equipped. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, which is great. Two things to know — the washer and dryer are in the basement, and the bathroom mirrors over the sink are actually on the inside of the medicine cabinet door. Who knew! The house is not air conditioned — not a problem if the nights are cool, but I imagine it would be less comfortable during a hot spell. All rooms do have fans.

Beautiful historical home and wonderful location to downtown. The location was walking distance to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this home! Our family had a great time exploring Boothbay and surrounding areas.

We stayed at this house last year with no problems, this year different story. Couldn't get in the house, the lock code wouldn't work. Made a few phone calls, after 20 mins. we finally got in. The cook top didn't work, it wouldn't light. The gas tank was off and I turned it on and it still wouldn't light. The second floor toilet in the smaller bedroom leaked twice on the bed on the first floor. The plastic nut on the bottom of the ballcock was loose, I tightened twice to stop the leaking. Last year there was a caretaker to call for any problems, this year no. We will not be going back ever again.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Boothbay Harbor. It is a very comfortable house in a great location! Very attentive VACASA staff on arrival and departure.

This property was in the perfect location in Boothbay Harbor. The house provided everything you would need for a vacation and the deck was outstanding! We would love to come back and stay again.

The view was fantastic of the harbor. We had a problem with the front door, the door was sticking and couldn’t close it tight.

Rosegate is a lovely home! The place was spotless and well equipped. The location is outstanding and very convenient to everything in the area. Probably the best thing is that”Rosegate” felt like home instead of a rental. We will definitely stay at this home again!

This was a beautiful and well appointed home inside and out. Great location for walking in town and watching the harbor from the deck or living room. We will be back in the future. Great time was had by the five of us.

No a/c was ok most of the time, but missed it on a couple hot nights. Great place for families, so much room to spread out and play; but home is full of antiques and white/light sofas so very small and active kids might have a hard time. Strongly recommend this house and can’t wait to go back!!!

The location couldn't have been any better and the outdoor amenities of the fire pit and lounge furniture were an added bonus.
