We've stayed at this house before and were excited to stay again. The house is in a great location, is big enough for our whole group of friends, and is always clean and comfortable.

Great eastside location in quiet neighborhood, very central to bend attractions. Lots of ways to relax here with pool table, hot tub, fire pit and more. Second time staying at this property and would definitely return.

We had eight adults and two infants and this house was spacious and comfortable for our group. We enjoyed the hot tub and back yard as well as plenty of seating in the living room and dining room. This house is outside of the downtown area so requires driving most places but everything is about 10 minutes away. Very close (walkable) to Pilot Butte!

What a wonderful, spacious home with beautiful decor. They have thought of everything. Little packages of soaps, shampoo, and don't miss the kitchen sponge in the small package at the sink. My husband did, lol : ) Plenty of room for your furry friends in the lovely secure, backyard. We will happily stay here again! Thank you so much for being a lovely host.

Just book it! No need to keep reviewing places to stay, this is the one! Spacious, clean, feels like home. Super close to markets, liquor stores, and downtown. 4 beds, 2.5 bathrooms and lots of comfy couches. Basketball hoop, pool table, huge lawn and of course the jacuzzi. Coffee pot, laundry and bathroom all had complimentary uses. 10/10 recommend!

Loved the pool table, lovely home. Hot tub was a bit over chlorinated but it was a fabulous place.

Loved that the yard was fenced so we could let our pups outside, knowing they’d be safe. It was nice to have a pool table to play on, and the dining table was also big enough for our group to sit at together. We had hoped to request a late checkout, but because the house is managed by a third party, we couldn’t find a way to contact them through the vrbo app. Downstairs was a little cold and we only found two extra blankets, but we made it work. Overall, it was a great stay.

This house was exactly as described. It was perfect, plenty of room for all my guys and comfortable. The location was close to the job site and had everything we needed to make it feel like we weren’t away from our own home.

We were really impressed with the house, amenities and location. The house was better than the pictures showed. The family enjoyed how roomy the house was and can't go wrong with the separate room with the pool table and TV. We loved the location since we could just walk from the house to hike pilot butte. We almost did it daily. Oh and the house was very well stocked!

Nice stay in a quiet neighborhood in Bend. Great home for groups. Could have provided some extra toiletries like toothpaste for guests that forgot them, but there is multiple stores nearby. Great location

This house has a good layout for multiple families. The yard is big and is in good shape. Expect to climb some stairs..

Great property for our friend group (of 8) summer get away. Bedrooms all equipped with comfortable beds for 4 couples and ample bathrooms. A.C. was appreciated for our July trip. Kitchen well equipped with all appliances, dinnerware and utensils. (ONLY thing missing was some kitchen tongs. BBQ tongs provided). Also well stocked with towels. Quiet neighborhood close to grocery, liquor store and dining. (Walking distance). Was a short drive to the Tumalo Creek river float. Would definately book again!

This was a pretty good location to get to everywhere we wanted to go. It’s right next to Costco and a few other stores/restaurants. The overall appearance of the house was clean and the hot tub actually worked well. The only thing that was really off putting was the master bed. When it was time to go to bed the first night, I was inspecting the sheets and there was dog fur and other people’s hair on the pillows and sheets. So that was pretty gross. For the amount of money they’re charging for the cleaning fees, I’d expect a clean bed. We were only there for two nights so I didn’t bother to try and tell the property manager. That’s the only thing I’d like people to be aware of.

We spent 5 nights at this VRBO house with 7 guests and two dogs. The house is wonderful. Everything works and is relatively updated and clean. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking equipment. All the beds are decently comfy and spacious rooms. The location is fine, not in the heart of bend but for what you get at the house it’s hard to beat. The house is about 10 minutes to downtown bend and 30 minutes to Mt. Bachelor. This house is in a residential neighborhood not out of town just know you are booking a house that isn’t secluded in the woods. There is a wonderful tap house with amazing food trucks right down the street a 5 minute leisurely walk. The grocery store and liquor store is also right down the street making shopping very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, behind the house is an assisted living facility so there was almost no noise from the neighbors. The back yard was completely fenced in making it easy to let the dogs outside. Property management was quick to respond and notified us of yard maintenance / hot tub cleaning being done during our stay. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely book this house again if visiting Bend again.
