Shaun’s place was great for our group of friends to visit Chattanooga. As other reviews note, the location on the north side is great for walking to a variety of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as a ~20 min walk over the bridge into downtown for the aquarium, baseball stadium, etc. The 2 car garage makes it easy to drive around town as well, we were able to quickly get to a few hikes and tourist attractions around town without much trouble. The house itself has all the basic amenities you would expect from a newly built house.

A group of friends was in town for a weekend event and we could not have been more pleased with the property and location. The property was like new with modern finishes and amenities. We loved the location - conveniently located between two bridges across the river and surrounded by local restaurants and shops. There is also a grocery store within easy walking distance. Parking was great with an included garage that easily fit two cars.

I’m not sure whether I missed it, but I was not aware that there were 4 different levels from the ground to the top. No worries on my end, but someone booking that may not be able to do stairs. Would need to take this in consideration. Everything else was fantastic!

Great time staying here for the second time. The locations was great, close to restaurants, grocery store and shopping. There's a park near by for the kids to play.

Had a nice stay in a fun location for daughter's 20th birthday. Accommodations were great for hosting girls on one floor and guys on another. Loved: The decor - very stylish and well appointed (hooks on bathroom doors would be an extra nice touch). The kitchen was nicely appointed nicely with just about anything you could need. The pool table & huge comfy sectional was lots of fun for the kids! We had brunch just down the street at First Watch - wonderful!! Lacking: There were a couple of overlooked housekeeping issues that were a bit unsettling; we brought those to the owner's attention and felt like they would be addressed with the appropriate persons. Caution: The unit has three flights of stairs - garage to living area; living area to main sleeping area; sleeping area to gameroom. Great exercise, but not so fun hauling luggage! Overall, we had a nice and fun stay and would definitely visit again! We booked primarily for the location - unfortunately, the weather was terrible and we couldn't walk around as hoped. The owner was nice enough to allow an early check-in though!

We stayed in Chattanooga for a long weekend while our daughter competed in a cheerleading competition at the convention center. This property was in a great location, super convenient to get to everything. Several great food options within steps of the home. The only negative is there’s no bin for garbage and we didn’t have access to the dumpster. Will definitely look to stay here again any time we’re in town.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was everything that we were looking for. The restaurants & people we came in contact with were very friendly. We will be returning.

Location, location, location, it was so easy to walk to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. The location of the park and bridge made this stay well worth it! Will stay again!

My family of 5 visited for the week after Christmas. We were so pleased with the location and the condo itself we will definitely rent here again. The property owner is very responsive and respectful. We had an issue with the shower not draining and he had it fixed within hours of reporting the issue. The location is absolutely PERFECT. We could walk to Starbucks, shops, Coolidge Park, the Aquarium, the walking bridge and Publix to name a few. The property itself was very clean and had two separate "hang out rooms" which was really nice. It was really amazing to have a private garage for our car as well and it had a great "mud room" for coats, hats and shoes at the entry level so tracking in dirt was a non-issue. The only cons I would say are the stairs! LOL. So many stairs that we got a good work out in. We look forward to renting here again!

Our family loved our stay! Great condo and location and very clean. My kids (2&5) loved the space and game room.

Overall this property was great and we had no real complaints. It is very new and clean and quite comfortable. The listing mentioned a hot tub but we couldn't find it. Not a huge deal, but it might be a good idea to take that off of the listing. We also couldn't figure out how to access the dumpster. The padlock code was not included in the instructions. Overall, this was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

We would def stay here again. The property is great for many reasons. Other than being four floors (and I’m old), I couldn’t as for anything more out the the home itself. The location is a short walk to many restaurants and a Publix- all just a block or three away. Just steps out of the door is the bridge to downtown Chat! I’d love to go back in the spring and spend a king weekend there as things are warming up! So much to do in the perfect vicinity!

The property is beautiful. In walking distance to many great shops and restaurants and parks. The condo was great, enough room for us to enjoy together and have some time to wind down at the end of day with the kids upstairs and us relaxing downstairs. Would definitely stay here again!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Beautiful apartment. The property owner was very good as well. We needed to extend our stay and the next day was available. He quickly helped us get that booked. We will definitely book again on our trip to Chattanooga.

The condo is roomy, clean and in a good location, walkable to restaurants, shops and parks. Loved the garage parking! Perfect for our ladies weekender to Chattanooga. The only negative is road noise. If you’re a light sleeper, you’ll hear cars racing by all night on one side and deliveries throughout the night on the other.

Enjoyed our stay here in Chattanooga. The townhouse was a great location to get to everything. Plenty of room and space. Decorated nicely. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Chattanooga.

This rental is in a fantastic location within easy walking and driving distance to everything we needed or wanted in Chattanooga. It was clean, spacious, and easy to access. I agree with others who have noted that sound carries throughout the unit, but this did not bother us at all since it was just our family and our kids are older. We hope to stay again!

The property was just as we imagined from the description and pictures. North Chattanooga is really cool and we walked to different restaurants every night.

We had a great getaway and loved the location! We enjoyed walking places and very much enjoyed the parking garage, not having to look for places to park. Shaun was very clear and responsive in communicating. Check in and check out we’re very easy!

Me and my Wife stayed here while we were in town for a concert and we were extremely pleased. The beds were very comfortable, whole house was very clean, and it is in a prime location. We would definitely stay here again!

We brought friends to Chattanooga to show them around. We had a great time! This property was great. Very clean, nicely decorated and a great location. The only drawback is the 57 stairs. Ok for younger people a little harder for 60 somethings.
