This was our first time in Boothbay Harbor and we loved it! The house is walkable to everything we wanted to do in town and a short drive to some great trails and hikes. The house was clean, well stocked, and decorated like a model home. We felt very comfortable and like it was a true home away from home. Jaymes was very quick to reply and very helpful with any questions that came up. We already have this place booked again for a month next summer and we absolutely cannot wait to go back!

Beautifully appointed bungalow in peaceful neighborhood. Short distance to town and many good restaurants. Dog friendly house and town. Easy communication with owner. Highly recommend. Plenty of activities nearby.

This house was perfectly clean, and very well updated, with easy checkin and checkout. We got to use both the heating and the AC, and they both performed very well!
The location is great, on a quiet street, but close to restaurants, the harbor, cruises, supermarket etc..We didn't cook, but the kitchen was very well supplied.
The beds are super comfortable, with nice linen, and there is a huge supply of fluffy white towels. The living room and the porch are also great comfy spots to relax in!
Jaymes couldn't have been nicer or more responsive as a host.
We had just a wonderful vacation staying here.

This was hands down the cleanest and best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Check in was really easy and check out was also really simple without much cleaning on our end. It was really walkable and perfect for us taking our little dog out and also walking to town. We did a Cap N Fishes puffin cruise and it was perfect for us to just stroll down and meet the tour in the morning. Also just minutes from the grocery store. Our host Jaymes was wonderful and extremely responsive. We cannot recommend this spot for your next stay in Boothbay Harbor more!!!

Beautiful, well appointed, well stocked home, super close to the quaint downtown area. Owners are responsive and accommodating. Easy walking distance to restaurants, tours and tourist shops. Highly, highly recommend. Memorial Day weekend was not too busy, weather was great. Thank you Jayme and Clint for a fantastic first time VRBO experience!

The property could not have been better described. It was absolutely perfect along with the location. Jaymes recommended plenty of amazing places to eat, get coffee and things to do. We have stayed at this rental and other rentals properties through this owner. We are NEVER disappointed. Jaymes is so helpful with recommendations and I can’t say enough t about the house. My girlfriends and I had a lovely weekend in Boothbay Harbor. This home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in very easy walking distance to downtown. We would definitely return!

We loved this cozy cottage! The cottage had everythjng we needed and the beds were magic! The kitchen was well stocked which is perfect for off season when many places are closed. We did get treats at Farm 23 and Woodsong Market. The location is perfect for walking downtown and across the footbridge. We took a day trip to Pemaquid lighthouse and Damiscotta. The best part was reading and knitting with a cup of tea while the wind roared outside on a stormy day. We can't wait to come back!

The property was wonderful. It was immaculate and outfitted with anything and everything one might need for a great vacation. Although it was only my husband and myself, the layout would be perfect for two couples with or without children. One bedroom with bathroom is located on the main floor, while the second and third bedrooms and bath are located on the lower level. It is almost like a separate apartment. The location of the home is within walking distance of the downtown, and very peaceful and quiet. Our host, Jaymes, was super; easy to touch base anytime we needed his help.
Even though it rained the entire time we were there, we really enjoyed our stay. The peace and quiet was just what we needed. We certainly hope to return again. Thank you Jaymes.

No detail was overlooked to help us feel comfortable in this beautiful house! Every detail was perfectly attended to and there was nothing more we could have asked for. If you appreciate clean, fresh and comfortable...this is the place for you! Being within walking distant to downtown was an added bonus and you are only minutes away to a wide variety of attractions. We couldn't recommend this rental more highly. It really is the BEST!

This was a very special place to have a cousins' getaway weekend! The accommodations were spotless and comfy all around. Being able to walk to town was perfect and the pedestrian bridge provided a spot for some great views! Just remember to bring some shower soap and shampoo, as none was provided.

We came to Boothbay Harbor to visit my husbands father. This was the perfect spot for our family!! We brought two of our daughters with us… They were missing a week of school, and they found it quiet and comfortable to study while they were there. We all enjoyed walking to town, we enjoyed using the foot bridge, and we loved having coffee at the Red Cup! we hope that we will be able to stay here again when we return to Boothbay Harbor. Everything about the house for perfect!' The beds were super comfortable and we had everything we could possibly need! Jaymes communicated quickly and kindly! We give this a five star rating for sure.

Immaculate was my first thought upon entering this home. The location couldn’t have been better . We could walk our two standard poodles around town and enjoy the area’s shopping and eateries . The home was cozy and very comfortable for three adults and two dogs.

We have never stayed in Boothbay Harbor before and we did not know what to expect. The property was immaculate, the clean-up was simple with so much provided. Our stay was beyond our expectations and we hope to make this an annual trip. The walk to town was easy and there is so much near the home you don't have to go far. Our kids liked the house and space so much, they couldn't wait to go back after a day around town to relax. Thank you!

The property was just right for our family of 4 with two adult children. The location was easy to reach and convenient, with a less than a mile walk to everywhere in town. The food store was a very short drive and we could have walked there. Everything was comfortable. Nice daylight and fresh air. Well stocked kitchen. Took a day trip to Acadia National Park, just less than 3 hours each way. Enjoyed dinner at Thistle Inn and Ports of Italy, take out from Ports pizzeria, breakfast at Mama D's (very close) and Blue Moon Cafe. Enjoyed a sail on the Schooner Eastwind. Town Library was helpful when I needed to print something.

Thank you for opening this cozy cottage to us for our stay in Boothbay Harbor. We were able to relax and enjoy the calm of Maine, while just a short walk to town for shopping and restaurants. You could certainly park your car for the week and walk anywhere you need to go. We enjoyed the back porch in late afternoon, and comfortable beds helped with a good nights sleep so we were ready for the day!
Great fishing in local lakes and Botanical Gardens is a Must See!

Our family stayed in the house for a week this summer. The house was exactly as it was in the pictures! Kitchen had everything you needed, a grill, laundry tons of towels and all the beds were comfortable! We would 100% recommend this house and hope to stay here again. It was also a quick walk into town!

This house is absolutely spotless, equipped with every modern convenience you could want (including a fully-stocked kitchen), and is a very short walk to everything. We loved this property from the minute we opened the door. The home is immaculate and beautifully furnished. We lacked nothing during our five night visit. The location is perfect and the street is in such a quiet, secluded neighborhood. The kitchen is beautiful and is fully equipped. The beds are so comfortable and the sheets are so high quality. We could not believe how many fluffy towels were provided in the linen closets. We would love to stay here again.

We had a delightful stay here in Boothbay Harbor. We were close to the footbridge to walk to the town center. The house was so well set up with everything we needed in the kitchen, very comfy beds, fluffy bright white towels in abundance. The place was immaculate, bathrooms very clean. We loved staying at Jaymes's cute little house, which is actually more roomy than it looks from outside. Good parking and privacy and we loved with two couples that we both had separate "quarters" and great privacy with the two bathrooms for each upstairs and down. Beds were very comfy and everything we needed was there. Great roomy deck and a nice grill and Tvs in all the rooms was so nice! Great walkable property to footbridge and more! Thank you for your hospitality, everything was wonderful!

The house is beautifully decorated and beds are very comfortable. You couldn’t ask for a better location in Boothbay Harbor. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the harbor and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful at night. I highly recommend.

My family and I were in Boothbay Harbor for a family wedding and this cottage was the perfect home away from home! It was walking distance to shops, grocery store, church and reception. It's in a quaint walkable neighborhood, safe and quiet. The house was immaculate, with all the conveniences of a fine hotel, but the cozy feeling that only comes with a home. We'd stay here again if we are in the area in the future!
