Beautiful house with everything you need. It was my husband 3 kids and I. Check in and out process was very easy. Really enjoyed the hot tub. Nice quiet clean neighborhood. Only thing id mention is the shower in master bath has poor water pressure, but overall a great place. We will be back!

We decided to take a 4 day Family trip to St. Louis just to check it out. We ended up really enjoying our trip. This property is located fairly central to a lot of things in the area. It is easy access from the highway and a quieter neighborhood. We were gone from the property much of our time but it was nice to come back and unwind in the backyard/hot tub. Great communication with the hosts as well.

We visited St Louis for our granddaughters third birthday. We had a group of family. 6 adults one toddler. The house was amazing. Clean, big enough for everyone to have their space. A great park right across the street where we played before dinner and met other kiddos. The owners answered all questions so quickly.

Cons: a few minor upkeep issues such as broken drawers and stained carpet, but nothing that heavily impacted our stay.

This house is centrally located and convenient to both our intended destinations. We were visiting St Louis Museum of Art and The Arch. Our family enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room to be together and time alone.

The 3-bedroom, 2+ bath was perfect for our family with adult children. We enjoyed several evenings in the hot tub and played a few yard games (that we brought) in the fenced-in backyard.
When i mentioned that a few extra dishes would be advantageous to the manager, he offered to bring an extra set over right away. The manager also mentioned that they planned to clean the carpets soon (which was my only complaint about cleanliness).
The house is located close to the downtown area, easy proximity to the Arch, Union Station, the Zoo, and the Botanical Gardens (all of which we heartily recommend visiting).
I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Fantastic home! Our family enjoyed this home so much! Great location within minutes to many tourist locations. With 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms we had plenty of room to spread out. The backyard hot tub was a nice relaxing feature! There is also a park across the street if you have small children. One stall garage was nice to use as well. The hosts were very prompt with any questions we had and were wonderful to work with. 10/10 hope to stay here again!!

Everything was great and.as advertised. We would have appreciated a shovel being available because of course we came in during the recent bad weather when it was snow and some ice.

Everything was nice. Kids enjoyed it as well. Only issue was the furnace fan squealed and woukd not shut off, and furnace wouldnt work. Communication with property managers was timely as well. If it wasnt for the furnace/fan, it would be 4.5/5 stars.

I booked this house for a ladies trip with my mom and aunt. The house fulfilled all of our needs from number of bedrooms, cooking needs and location. We were able to drive to most sights ( The Arch, St Louis Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Union Station) within 15 mins. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a park across the street and two small restaurants within walking distance. Eddie responded to all of our questions quickly. Would defiantly stay again if I am in St Louis again.

House was great, my party stayed for a weekend and was able to explore St. Louis easily and then come back to a very clean, very well put together place that comfortably hosted 6 adults. Would stay again and/or recommend to others.

We chose this place for the hot tub and it did not disappoint!! The house was nice, as described and the hosts were accommodating! We did not notice in the listing about the Ring Security Cameras outside the property-but they didn’t seem to be an issue. Also be aware-the owners ask you to not be in the hot tub after 11PM. Other than those minor details-we appreciated our stay.

Super happy with our stay. House was really nice. Location was great. About 7 minutes from Busch stadium. And about 10 minutes from the mall.

This house was Beautiful inside and out! It comes with everything you need just lacking a few wash cloths but we made it work! All bedrooms was upstairs and beds are comfy. There’s no sleeping in because the house gets the morning sun and the rooms gets warm. Lol . Also Every bedroom has a tv only thing was one tv wouldn’t work so when the kids would want to watch tv they watch in the other room. The garage was nice too we pulled in it everyday with our full size truck very spacious. The neighborhood was quite and there’s a park across the street too. We talked to some people who live in St.Louis they were so nice said the neighborhood the house is located is a nice area. I would definitely come stay here again. My husband not so much because the city roads was bad lol.

We definitely picked the right place for our stay. We came for medical purposes but we also had time to do some other things and this location was perfect. The home had everything we needed and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Very pleased with property inside and out. Loved the oversized 2 car garage as we have large truck. We needed a place to visit with 5 grandkids and this house did not disappoint. Hot tub was great perk! Kitchen was super nice and allowed us to stay cook for much less than having to eat out. In home washer and dryer was necessary with all our little visitors! Home overall had plenty of space to meet our specific needs. Was easy to communicate to property owner and quick replies when addressing our questions prior to arrival. Very much recommend for your “home away from home” experience. Great location and we plan to use next time we visit this area!

This property was just what we needed for our weekend in town. It’s conveniently located to downtown, the zoo, SLU, and so many other places. The property manager was very prompt with responses and very helpful. The house was exactly as described in the listing and was very spacious for our family of 5. The only thing we found to be an inconvenience was that the hot tub was stuck in Econ mode and was not able to be used. I am sure had I reached out to the property manager it would have been remedied for us but we just decided to skip that as it was still on the cooler side of things. We look forward to returning to this property when we return to STL.

We enjoyed our stay! Great location close to all the fun things to do in the city (which has so much more going on than when I went to college there in early 2000s). The park across the street was a nice bonus surprise. Also appreciated the small things like the kitchen knives being sharp and all the extra appliances for cooking. And another bonus was the set of weights in the basement so I could get in my workout while the rest of the family slept in! The hot tub and the off street/garage parking were wonderful. And owners were great about communication.

The house was exactly as advertised and very convenient to downtown St. Louis. Our only complaint is the amount of towels available. Each bedroom only had 2 towels and we were there for 4 nights.

Very responsive owner, helpful and we were able to check in a bit early. The house itself is in good condition but some of the furniture is old, torn fabrics and missing knobs. The carpet is stained. Window coverings are dirty. Draperies are falling off the rod. Beds are comfortable. Nice linens. Kitchen is well stocked. I wanted to give Edward a much higher rating bc he was an awesome host but the home itself is in dire need of attention.

We had a great stay. The home was large and very comfortable. Check in was very easy and it was prefect for our family. The location was very central to all the areas we had to go for the wedding as well as site seeing while we were there. If we go back to St Louis we would definitely stay there again. Be sure to get breakfast around the corner at 'Have a Cow Cattle Co Cafe and Urban Farm Store'
