We had a great week. the weather was cool for June so it made all outdoor activities really nice. The hot tub amd fireplace was a nice way to end the days and the game room ended the evenings. Even had a bear come up the street while cooking on grill. When everyone ran inside he turned and went behind a neighboring cabin, scary but really awesome.

Jets to hot tub never got looked at while we stayed 4 days. Disappointed owner never responded to the jets not working

This property was great. The location was perfect. It is very close to the free trolley, grocery store and downtown Gatlinburg. The online description is very accurate. The property was clean, spacious and the kitchen was equipped with all the tools, pots and pans you needed. The laundry on-site was a big plus. I would definitely return.

This property was just as described. It’s very close to the downtown strip in Gatlinburg and just made for a very easy, relaxing trip. The house is well taken care of, was very clean, and was everything we wanted. You can’t go wrong staying at this place! We are so thankful!

We stayed as a group of 4 adults from April 19 until April 23. The cabin itself is beautiful, large and accommodating. There were several options for entertainment at the property (arcade game, pool, giant connect 4, Foosball, board games, fire pit). The beds were very comfortable, the jacuzzi tub in the top floor bedroom worked well with strong jets, however the main floor bedroom jacuzzi and the patio hot tub had very weak or non working jets. The location while close to downtown, if you don't want to drive (for those who like to do the tastings) transportation is not cheap. There is no UBER or Lyft in.the area despite what you read other places. A taxi ride from the cabin to downtown or back was $36 plus tip regardless of number of passengers. The hosts were easy to communicate with, answered all questions and even accommodated us checking in an hour early. Overall this was a wonderful stay and I would recommend.

My family and I stayed here for a quick get away! The cabin was more than we could have asked for. Beautiful cabin with so many games and activities for the family to enjoy on days that we stayed in. Will definitely stay here anytime we get the opportunity! The owner Sumie was amazing to deal with and always answered my questions quickly. I look forward to staying here again!

Great location for access to town but no view of the mountains. Hot tub had zero chlorine making it unuseable. Upstairs toilet leaked around the wax ring when flushed. Lampshades were covered in dust. Kitchen trash can was filthy. Kitchen table was greasy. However, I would rebook this property.

Cabin was huge. We each had our own floor and bathroom. So close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Cabin was just as pictured! We loved it. The location is absolutely perfect. I believe it was less than 2 miles to the strip in Gatlinburg. The game room was really fun and we enjoyed all the games including the pool table. The only thing we were upset with is under the couch in the game room looks disgusting and that it hasn’t been cleaned in a while and some pop bottles under one of the bedroom beds. Besides that we really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were great! I would definitely stay here again because of the location being so great and not having any other issues. The drive up to the cabin is not bad either, our vehicles did just fine. Thanks for the memorable stay!

Location is perfect! House is very well equipped and the owner is super prompt with replying to any concerns. We have rented this property for two years in a row for our office girls’ trip and enjoyed our stays.

We had an amazing trip and the cabin was beautiful! Location is excellent. Plenty to do for the kids at the cabin. Only thing was we cooked at home a lot and the pots and pans weren’t great and the baking sheets were greasy. Also could not get the keys to work on 3rd floor bathtub. Other than that everything was perfect! I would highly recommend

Cabin was beautiful & Sumie was wonderful to work with. Just a word for anyone traveling soon, there is a lot of construction near the cabin so be prepared for early morning wakings as the dump trucks & dozers begin at sunrise!

This was a great place to stay.. Cabin was easy to find and the location was perfect. Close to downtown Gatlinburg and just a short drive to Pigeon Forge. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. We would stay here again. The host was great to have.. They made everything go smoothly..

This property was perfect!! Although the winding road up to the house had us a little nervous. The house was everyone expected and more! The rooms were very spacious and we weren’t that far from Pigeon Forge or downtown Gatlinburg. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely get this house again!’

The host was gracious to let us check in a little early after traveling 8hours our 9 month old grandson need a nap. We were close to the grocery store to grab food for dinner. While prepping dinner we look out to see a beautiful black bear. Such a perfect experience and time in a great cabin 💕

Beautiful time, children loved the game room and fire pit. Close proximity to Gatlinburg city center and easy drive to Dollywood.

Six friends from High School hung out and had a 5 star time. This property is close to lots of things to do. It is comfortable, full of space and all around great. Beds are comfy, gathering areas spacious and decorated nicely. Thanks for a great weekend.

We took a family trip to the mountains. This cabin has three king sized beds w private bathrooms which was perfect for us. The basement is freezing and the upstairs is hot. The main floor was just right. There’s a hot tub, which we didn’t really use. A fire pit which we did (it is out front, and the bears are also out front and sneak up on you.. be forewarned!!) we did see bears! So cool! The house could use a deep clean. I have a toddler and while retrieving toys under the couch etc, there was food and dead bugs galore. Not places people check, but it was gross. The shower stalls are small. There are jetted tubs in two of the three rooms. And three balconies which are nice to hang out on. The gas fireplaces are really pretty. The pool table and foosball table kept us entertained. The wifi doesn’t reach the basement well, in case that matters for someone, and my Verizon 4g was worthless here. Also worth knowing. Great location to downtown Gatlinburg, only a couple of miles, but plan to drive in and park, or figure out the trolley! Great place to see bears.

We were happy with our stay here and felt like we got good value for the price. Sumie was pleasant to deal with and it made the whole process easy. The property is close to town, so groceries, restaurants, etc. are all nearby.

My husband is retired and we stay at a lot of places. This was one of my favorite houses. If you are traveling with other couples, the setup is perfect for you. The beds are all three extremely comfortable. Kitchen is nicely stocked. There are lots of games and things to do. The location is so close to everything, yet it is a super quiet area. The owners have taken great pride in the small details. Nightly recomned this place!

Close to town and amenities, we didn't want to be too isolated. Still a bit off the main strip (even had a bear walk by the house, awesome experience). The place was more than enough space for our family of four and had all the amenities. The firepit is in right by the street, so not quite as secluded as pictured, but it was too hot for us to use anyways.

This was our first experience of using Vrbo to book a trip. This large chalet experience was most rewarding. Our family had planned a vacation 2020, 2021, both years CANCELLED. We were so excited to be able to head to the Smokey Mountains in 2022 and it was our 50th Anniversary.❤ 7 adults and 2 children had plenty of comfortable room to enjoy company or or gather in a small group. We enjoyed the beautiful Gatlinburg Smokey Mt. scenery, porches, rocking chairs, and all other perks the chalet offered. The large dining room table was shared for fast meals and a wonderful 50th Anniversary dinner prepared by our kids. I started communicating early on with questions about the chalet and area food supplies. The information binder held true information. Top ratings from all of us The air conditioning struggled a few days with the extreme heat but, maintaince was alerted and addressed promptly. Go to the Smoky Mountains and make special memories. We loved the cabin! Check-in and check out was super easy. Communication with the owners was awesome! We loved the area! There were a couple things that stood out. There was someone’s fingernail left in the game room. My one son picked it up. There was a soda bottle under the main floor’s bed. It would have been nice if there was a sponge for the dishes and more kitchen towels. Those little things did not ruin our vacation! Just something’s that we noticed! Thank you for a wonderful vacation with many memories!

We have stayed in many Gatlinburg Vacation Rentals throughout the years, But I can truly say this cabin ranks as one of the top ones! It was beautiful inside and out, it had everything that we needed…the best stocked kitchen! And the owners were wonderful, we had one issue with our AC Unit I let them know and it was fixed within a couple of hours…I would recommend this cabin to anyone and have never worked with better rental owners! Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful cabin!

Wow about summarizes it well. Either thing from the check in process to the cabin to the checkout process. Everything was so simple. Cabin was beautiful just like the pictures. Every thing was laid out perfect and had everything you possibly needed. Cabin was very clean and well maintained( except for hot water in the kitchen). Location was perfect far enough away but still close enough to be anywhere you wanted. Can’t wait to book again.
