Our family absolutely fell in love with the house. On arrival we were warmly greeted by the owners. Inside there is a book that gives you an abundance of local information as well as information needed for you arrival and departure. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We found everything we needed within 20 min drive from the home, making it super easy. We ventured out to the aquarium which was fun, Everyday beach time and they provided all the necessary items to have a good time and keep the kids busy. At night we returned to the beach with flashlights to find crab and other life. We enjoyed the july 4th celebration. The beach was never over crowded and we felt welcomed by the warmth of the sun and the sand. The breeze on the porch was to die for as we watched storms form around us. Nina was a breath of fresh air ensuring me that even the baby would be comfortable. The furshings and linens where comfortable. Over all from our family to yours if you are thinking about a comfortable stay without missing out on your vacation this is the place for you, enjoy it as much as we did, make sure to leave only your foot prints in the sand. We absolutely loved this rental. The home is impeccably decorated and everything was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook basic meals. They also had a number of spices, oil, coffee/tea, and some condiments in the fridge. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful with friendly neighbors. In fact the owners of the rental live in the house directly behind! They are wonderful, kind people! The beaches in the area are gorgeous. We visited the one within walking distance and we also drove in both directions to visit other beaches - all clean and lovely. We didn't go in the water beyond a little wading though. It was rather murky so it was hard to see what was around and there was a LOT of jellyfish when we were there. But just relaxing on the beach was amazing. The only disappointment was the lack of hammocks that were shown in the photos. They have beach chairs, toys, a wagon, and shade structures though - that was great! There are plenty of restaurants nearby (we loved Shaggy's) and grocery stores. Biloxi is about 20 minutes to drive with lots of other restaurants and things to do. We booked a sailing charter which was fun! I wholeheartedly recommend this rental, great for families or just friends hanging out!

We stayed here because our daughter lives in Gulfport and when visiting we love being close to the beach. This is a newer property and the decor inside was lovely. The house was perfect for our family, with plenty of seating in the evenings, a large open kitchen/living room/dining area and plenty of beds for everyone. The location was great, as we were close to everything we wanted to do. We will be back!

The house was absolutely beautiful and in a great location. The owner was amazing at getting right back to us. We enjoyed our trip.

We loved this beach house. It was amazing furnished and extremely clean. Beach was down the street. Nina was extremely helpful during our stay and was quick to resolve our issues. She responds within minutes! We ca t wait to go back

This house was amazing! So clean and cozy! The cupcakes that were left for us were amazing and so thoughtful!! We will be staying here again for our future vacations!! Close walk to the beach and had so many items to use for the beach!! Thanks for an awesome experience

The house was beautiful! The house had a front porch and a back porch with chairs on each and a table and chairs on the back porch. It was great to sit on the porches before and after beach time. Each bedroom had an extra twin bed which is very handy to have. Many times VRBO pictures are deceiving but not here. There were supplies available in kitchen, bathroom and laundry. I'm sure that varies each visit but it was plentiful. The neighborhood was quiet. You'd see an occasional jogger or someone mowing the lawn. The houses surrounding are a mix of owners and rentals. The giant garage under the house was enough room for our cars and all the beach stuff spread out. There was an extra frig/freezer in the garage too. The owners left a binder with a lot of information including instructions, menus, and activities. The beach was practically empty during our stay in mid-June which perplexed me but I'm not complaining. We had a wagon from the garage to carry down some stuff but we could also drive and park if we wanted to. The actual water is my only complaint-of course not the fault of the owners. The water was so shallow that it was hard to enjoy. The high temps warmed the water so bad that it was too warm for us and my kids wanted bigger waves plus the jellies were crazy. But back to the house-I really can't say enough about it. I would definitely recommend this rental. I plan to come back sometime when beach time and catching waves are not my primary goals maybe spring/fall. And for those looking for restaurant recs Shaggys in Biloxi was our favorite-great food, great location, and amazing service. Our family only eats at waterfront restaurants so we had to do the Shaggy's in Biloxi instead of Gulfport. We also ate at The Reef in Biloxi and Steve's Marina in Long Beach. Both were average.

We had a great time on our family vacation. The house was beautiful. We really liked the twin beds in each bedroom for the kids. Nina and Terry were wonderful. They made sure our stay was great. Great value, super comfy beds, very clean. We loved all of the thoughtful touches. They have definitely invested in the property to make sure that your stay is comfortable. For some reason the beach was practically empty. We felt like we had our own private beach. We have 4 kids 6 and under so the long stretch of shallow water felt like a giant kid's pool. Also had a fun daytrip to New Orleans. This house is everything advertised and more. Highly recommended and would stay here again and again.

The house was wonderful. It was only about 1 block from the beach. The cinnamon rolls left were a great touch. Very tasty!

This property by far exceeded my expectations. The house was beautiful and enough room for the 7 of us. Owner Nina was readily available, literally, she lives next door. A very short walk to the beach. Rooms were spacious and decorated beautifully. Would highly recommend this home for friends and family!! Can’t wait to return!

This is probably the nicest property we’ve ever stayed. Everything was beautiful and we loved the cupcakes that were waiting for us when we got there. Location was great in a really quiet neighborhood and close to anything you would need. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the best equipped house we have ever rented! They supplied all paper products and other supplies and even left us a welcoming dessert. And the house is new and beautiful and immaculate.
