The house is large and comfortable. Location is perfect, 25 minutes to Pigeon Forge where we spent most of our time. I would highly recommend this house. The price is right and the host is wonderful.

We were here for our daughters wedding so lots of family with us. The house was perfect for everyone. Kids enjoyed staying down stairs and most of the adults were on the main floor. If we ever need a large rental again this is the place we would choose.

My 4 adult siblings and spouses get together each year, so we need a large (5 bedrooms or more) home, plus some of us have dogs. We have relatives in Knoxville and we wanted to explore Pigeon Forge. Everything we wanted to do was a short drive away. The house is spacious enough for a large party. The owner was very responsive to questions. We will stay here again if we do a sibling repeat in Tennessee.

We enjoyed a fun spring break with our daughter's family. This was a perfect location and plenty of room for the kids to play!

The House was awesome! Brenda was amazing and replied to all inquiry's. The house is so comfortable and warm. We had several family dinners and the openness of the dining room kitchen living room area is spectacular. We will be staying @ Brenda’s home on our next trip for sure. Also thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace. being pet friendly, very important to us as we always travel with our pups. If you did not have pups, you would never know that the house is pet friendly cleanliness was 110% if I could have given six stars for the home I would.

This place was so roomy a seperate place for the teens was great they loved it , didnt have to teavel far for anything, it was just comfortable to be their.I would do it all over again

Convenient, nice property, comfortable beds, great communication with property owner. We were in town for a funeral, and we only stayed one night. We didn't use the grill or have time for cooking, so I can't say anything about the kitchen amenities. We did make coffee, so we were glad there was coffee and filters available. We would stay again.

My family stayed at this amazing property when my daughter graduated from the University of Tennessee. The layout of this house was great for our gathering. The couches were super comfortable! The table was a great place to gather around and play games. The beds and pillows were so much more comfortable than many hotels I've stayed at! We loved it all! The location was amazing! My daughter lives near Knoxville and going back and forth was no problem at all. We also spent some time in Pigeon Forge and drove through the Newfound Gap, ending up straddling two states and "hiking" the Appalachian trail! We all had an amazing time and when I come back to this area again, I will 100% stay here again! There are so many good things to say that I know I didn't list them all. 100% recommend - from the property, to the host, to the location - everything made our trip amazing. Thanks so much!!

Brenda the host was very attentive to questions and provided necessary information that we needed. We did a boys weekend to the Tennessee Volunteer game. The house was great. Very spacious and clean. Felt very comfortable and at home. The commute to campus was easy and quick. I would recommend this house for anyone that is visiting the Seymour and Knoxville area. Thanks for everything Brenda.

I planned a surprise birthday trip for my husband and friends. This place was great! It can be a little hard to get an Uber, so plan ahead. We had plenty of room for friends and we got to bring our pup, she was so happy to not be left with the sitter.

Haven House was very well located for our activities (visiting family, Dollywood, and Pigeon Forge). The house was spacious and comfortable, with all of the amenities we could need. Our kids (13 & 16) enjoyed having their own space on the lower level. We all enjoyed being able to spread out but also have the space to eat and socialize all together. Brenda was a great host and made everything run smoothly.

If you're looking for high-end modern finishes, this isn't the property for you. But if you're looking for cleanliness and tons of space and enjoy the 70s vibe, this property will be perfect for you. We only had two adults, but we could have easily housed at least 10-12. If you're traveling with kids, the basement would be perfect for them to have their own space separate from the adults. The property allows dogs, but we would never have guessed there had been animals in the house. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed for our weekend. One word of caution: the driveway has a big dip where it meets the road, so go very slow when you enter, especially if your vehicle sits low to the ground.

What a great find in the Knoxville area! We arrived late in the driving rain, and what a wonderful surprise to find a two-car garage waiting for us where we could unload in the dry. We had seven in our party, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well-provisioned with coffee/tea and everything else we needed. We will definitely stay here the next time we return to the Knoxville area.

The house was beautiful and was in a convenient location. We had a great time. The only negative I would say was the owner did not give check out instructions until two hours before check out time and we had already left the property by then and were driving home. We left the place clean, however since we didn’t receive any instructions prior to leaving we did not know the owner wanted us to do so much (like AC set at a certain temp, washing towels and Linen, ect…) and of course these instructions were given too late and with a warning that an extra cleaning fee could be applied. This was not appreciated as we left the property clean and even made sure all the trash was bagged up and taken out prior to leaving. I’ve never had to pay a cleaning fee, and still had to clean yet then still received a threat of an additional fee because I didn’t follow a ridiculous amount of check out requests because they weren’t sent until I had already left the property. Overall the place was nice and we enjoyed our stay, but check out and/or cleaning process needs to be clearly started in the rules and sent well before the stay in my opinion.

We love the house and the location to Pigeon Forge. Have a great time visiting, just wish could of had some outside lights at the house for night sitting of the porch. Loved the size of the house and the number of rooms.

The house was large, plenty of room for everyone- had everything we needed for a wonderful week! It was so nice to stay in a house and not a hotel- made so many memories with our family! This location is close to everything and far away enough to enjoy the quiet!

House was perfect! We needed a place to sleep and a kitchen to cook meals after a hard days work. This place checks all the boxes. Wish we would have been on vacation because it wouod have been even better. Zero complaints and comfortable as it gets. Lots of room for a large group. Close to Gatlinburg and Knoxville. Groceries, restaurants and other needs nearby. Overall great experience.

This place has all kinds of room, always a place to get away for some quiet if needed. Attached garage was a bonus for unpacking and then re packing after our stay. Can’t say enough about it. It’s like 2 houses in 1. And the owner is quick to respond and a delite to work with.

We had 9 total people, 8 adults, and had plenty of room for everyone. Anything we could have needed or forgot to bring was at the house. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at the Haven House. Plenty of room for the three couples. The location was great-easy to get to Knoxville and also close to the Smokies. Brenda was eaay to communicate with. Loved the place! Very roomy inside and out. Very clean and well supplied to fit our needs. We had 5 people and there was plenty of space for all of us. Loved sitting on the back porch with the view of the mountains. I would highly recommend to stay there. Brenda was very available for anything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Haven house. The host was very responsive and helpful with everything. We definitely will be back again. We really enjoyed this place. We do VRBO for vacation stays. It was really nice having a home big enough for our group. It was very spacious and the amenities were great.
