This place was wonderful! Very close parking, unloading carts easily accessible, very friendly staff especially the security staff!! Everything was very clean and stocked! So close to the beach and the pools were great!! We will definitely make this an annual family destination. Thank you!

Staying at Phoenix Gulf Shores was a wonderful experience for our family. Great location, great unit #304, not overcrowded, plenty of parking. We will be returning. Two years ago we stayed at Phoenix West II on the 27th floor. What a nightmare: elevators, crowded, parking nightmare. Take your family to Phoenix Gulf Shores. You won't regret it.

The condo’s location is perfect- just three floors up gave us the option to just use the steps most of the time. The pool and water slide are directly below the balcony, which obviously came with lots of daytime noise with kids in the pool (which doesn’t bother us at all), but once inside with the balcony door shut, you couldn’t hear any of the pool noise. The water slide was a big hit! We were able to park in the garage on the same floor which was a huge plus and never had trouble finding a spot. There was plenty of space for our group of 14. The master has its own bathroom, there is a bathroom that is shared with a bedroom and opens to the hallway, and a Jack & Jill bathroom between the other two rooms. Plenty of kitchen cookware and dishes to get us through the week, including a coffee maker and Crockpot. Also, plenty of towels, though we obviously had to rewash as needed through the week. A few cons (did not affect our overall experience):When we first arrived, we went to the lobby to get our parking passes- there was only one attendant and it took us a full 30 mins to get through the line (obviously no fault of the condo owner themselves). With every guest, the attendant asked if they pre-registered their vehicles online and every single person said they didn’t know that was an option...definitely would’ve saved a lot of frustration.Mattress pad on the king bed is as annoying and awkward as other reviews say. Floors in the condo could probably use a good scrubbing- again, as other reviews say, our feet were all black after just a short time of walking on it.Saw someone mention that the light in the laundry room doesn’t work. The light switch is on the left wall...the switch directly above the washer/dryer doesn’t seem to do anything (may be helpful to label them). Also, some kind of hooks or a stand alone towel rack would be very helpful on the balcony for wet towels and

Our family had an excellent time!!! The condo exceed our expectations! The location on the 3rd floor was perfect for a family with lots of kids going back and forth to the pools! Everything was perfect we plan to stay again!!

The condo was a nice rental for our vacation.The pros...The beach is beautiful. The condo has a spacious layout. The indoor and outdoor pool options were nice. Parking was always available. Within walking distance to restaurants and beach stores. Cons...An earlier post about the beds being uncomfortable was an understatement! The mattresses and pillows need replaced.The floors need a good cleaning...everyone wore shoes all week because the bottom of our feet were so dirty if we didn’t. The kitchen could use some new pots and pans, but it was doable.

The unit was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Parking on the same level was a plus. The view was beautiful. I would definitely choose this unit again, but only if mattress in master bedroom is replaced! It was a piece of 4 inch foam on top of a boxspring. Very uncomfortable and not what you would expect from an otherwise perfect unit.

This was our first vacation in Gulf Shores. We were joined by our children and grandchildren. We were very impressed with this property. The unit was more spacious than other beach condos we have rented in other locales. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed everyone comfort and privacy. The unit was clean, the kitchen well appointed and there were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. The balcony was expansive and provided comfortable/quality deck furniture and amazing views. Of course, the beach is stunning and just a few steps from the pool. The grandchildren used the large, heated, indoor pool on a few of the cooler days but didn't hesitate to enjoy the outdoor water slide, despite the chilly water. There were carts on every floor, of the parking garage, to help transport luggage and groceries to the unit and we enjoyed playing on the recently added pickle ball court. The location was ideal, as there were beach shops and several restaurants within a mile walk as well as a convenience store/coffee shop across the street. The consensus of all is to return in the future.

The view! Right on the beach, with the sound of the waves when you step out on the large deck. The beds weren’t great but the rest of the condo was great for our family of 11. We stocked the kitchen but what items we ran out of, there is a small grocery right across the street. And when we decided to eat out we Ubered our way around or walked to The Hangout.

The location of this condo is second to none. Our family enjoyed a fabulous Thanksgiving week and will definitely be back.

We had 5 couples and a newborn and there was plenty of room in this condo. The property was clean and had all the amenities you would need (great balcony views, indoor and outdoor pool, easy access to beach, etc.)

The rental is very spacious and the view is amazing. Nice location to restaurants. We had a total of 10 people and did not feel crowded. The condo was clean, however the tile floors looked clean but were not. Some of the beds were really firm, and some were softer so you have a mix. The only downside is the parking. Most places will at least give you one pass in with rental, but this one didn't and the passes were $55 a car. Overall a great place to stay.

The view from this condo #304 is nothing but spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the balcony as the weather wasn’t the greatest while we were here, but that didn’t matter. The condo was clean and very roomy. Kitchen was stocked with what you need. Beds were comfy. Being on the third floor was great for parking and convenient to go right to the condo.

The condo was perfect for us. Lots of seating in the living room. Lenty of dishes and appliances. The only thing I was not happy with was the mattress in the master bedroom. It needs to be replaced.

Our family of 15 fit in this condo perfectly. It was clean and met all of our expectations. The indoor pool and slide were a big plus for our grandchildren. Our age range was 69 to 2 years old. Everyone had a terrific time. Highly recommend.

The building; condo and pool features were excellent. A few suggestions…clean floors and counters better, maintenance employees showed up unannounced on 12/2. We sent them away. Shelf cracked in frig on door. Kleenex boxes would be a nice add. Possibly add beach chairs and umbrella for winter months given Ike’s closed. Possibly replace scratched up toilet seats. 1 Adirondack plastic chair is cracked. Overall; we loved the condo, views, pools, beach and location. Loved it!!!

Great location, easy access to a lot of things. The property itself needs a good cleaning and a coat of paint. The walls and cabinets were very dirty. Stains and holes in the furniture. For the amount of money is costs to rent this property I would at least expect that the counters and walls were wiped off.

I would have given a 5 star overall review but the unit we stayed in was definitely lacking kitchen utensils, pans, dishes, etc compared to others I’ve stayed in. We were able to make everything work just fine but could have used more of that kind of stuff.

Great location, beautiful rental for family, poorly maintained. The floors and bathrooms had not been cleaned just made to look clean. The kitchen was disgusting. Almost every drawer and some cabinets had clips of human hair in them. I’m not sure why one would own such a beautiful condo and represent it in that way.

The condo was great in terms of floor plan and beach view but the cleanliness was pretty bad. Floors dirty, sand in beds, showers dirty, 2 towels were dirty. Kitchen was not fully stocked and refrigerator was not cooling well. The Prop Mgr never returned my email with these concerns. I messaged him and emailed him with no response.

Family Vacation
The condo was absolutely beautiful There were 8 adults and 3 babies under the age of 18 months that stayed for the week. There was plenty of space for all of us. We loved our balcony view of the ocean and being steps away from the beach. The inside and outside pool were also perfect for young children. The condo is located within walking distances to many eating and shopping spots. We enjoyed the close location to Pier 33 and loves a delicious coffee from West Beach Coffee House, most mornings located upstairs.
There was also lots of room on the balcony to keep beach wagons, toys, and floats. The balcony was a great place to play cards, as well as sip your coffee and watch family members on the beach and on the pool’s slide!
We also had family members that worked out in the condo’s gym area and said it was nice.
The air conditioning worked well, but the couples in the first two rooms thought it was warm in there at night.
Thanks for the recommended place to rent the beach chairs for the week and also for parasailing.
We would definitely vacation here again! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo.

First of all, the location was great, very roomy, set up perfectly for a bigger family. We brought our 3 kids and 2 friends for my daughters birthday. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy! The kitchen was nice and the living room had plenty of seating with a very comfy couch! Nice balcony, nice view, and parking close to the condo. Elevators were always quick, and nice pool area and close walk to the beach. Very nice place. Now for the cons. Walked in and was in awe, however when unpacking we found drawers and floors not very clean in bedrooms. (There was an alcoholic beverage can under the bed in one of the rooms) not a major deal as everything else was pretty clean. The worse part for me was the beds are so uncomfortable. Like sleeping on the floor. Also every time it thundered or clouded up they shut the pools down which made for bored kids because it took forever to open it back up.

A ruined vacation
The unit was not clean. The AC did not work for more Han about 4 hours from Thursday through Sunday. Fridge and freezer did not work adequately. Only 2 of 3 toilets worked the entire time. Lukewarm water in 2 of the 3 showers. Ceiling fan in one bedroom didn’t work. Many electrical outlets did not work. Internet wouldn’t connect until someone came to fix it. We had workers in our unit the entire weekend. The condition of this condo is inexcusable , yet to our astonishment, the owners did not believe this warranted any level of compensation.
