Our teenage boys loved staying in proximity to the beach and boardwalk, and they had as much fun or more fun at night as they did during the day. There were concerts in the bandstand right below our windows on both weekend nights, so we really felt like we were at the center of the action. The only thing missing: closets.

Spacious unit in the heart of Rehoboth with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and trolley to get around towns. Chris was an accessible host and made the entire process seamless. Be sure to bring noise plugs as the central location can lead to noise late at night and early morning.

We have been going to Rehobeth as our main beach trip each year and we typically stay in hotels on the boardwalk. We decided to rent this location with friends and we were really impressed with the location (right on the boardwalk and on the corner of the main strip) and with the place itself. Everything was extremely clean and organized and as described. The space is large and nicely decorated. We had a little issue with the WiFi and our host was extremely responsive and came over to fix it quickly. It was a tremendous experience and one we hope to do again at this location. Will be hard to go back to the hotel at Rehobeth after this stay.

We absolutely loved staying right on the boardwalk… Beyond expectations. Very quiet day and night and very beautiful location and very safe.
The only difficulty encountered was trying to pay my bill. It took VRBO over one hour to accept my credit card. She had to check with the manager about every single word. I had to repeat everything
about 75 times. It should be very simple to pay my bill… But it was exceedingly difficult. I understand that Expedia is involved. I was asked to spell my name several times. I was asked to repeat my address several times. It was insane. I have no idea what’s going on with the payment system… But it should be easy for the customer and not difficult other than that, it was a fabulous day, The Manager exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Chris.!

We had the most wonderful time! This apartment is absolutely beautiful and the location cannot be beat! The host, Chris, was very responsive and helpful! Will definitely be booking here again!

Everything was phenomenal at the Dolle’s apartment. For anyone wanting to be centrally located in Rehoboth Beach, there isn’t a better option. The space itself was very well taken care of, with everything we needed. And the host, Chris, was extremely responsive. The only caveat is that the location is in a busy area, so some noise comes with the phenomenal location, but that is to be expected.

Awesome location, convenient parking for 2 cars included, big space, very clean, great kitchen with everything you need, 180 panoramic views of the ocean and very responsive and helpful host/property manager. Overall awesome experience, will book again!

This beautiful and spacious apartment was a perfect place to celebrate my sister's 60th birthday. It is right on the boardwalk and just a few steps to the ocean. We loved that we were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants and then come back to relax and hang out all together. The host is kind to offer starter supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo etc. The only thing I wish we had was a bigger dresser or closet in the bedrooms to put our clothes but nothing beats this location and all the amenities! We would love to come back again!

This apartment was very spacious, well appointed, and clean. You couldn’t ask for a better location as it is right on the boardwalk, and the views are great.
The check in process was smooth, and all communication with the host was responded to promptly. If I had to nitpick, the main bedroom/suite could use some more hooks…that’s it. 😄

The property is an oasis among the hustle and bustle of Rehobeth Beach. We found the location to be very convenient to all the downtown attractions. We especially enjoyed being able to shop and return to drop off package and then go out again. The amenities were outstanding and we found nothing lacking. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and do their own activities. Each morning we had the most fantastic views of the sunrise right out of the front windows. Highly recommended for any occasion to stay.

My family stayed at this property for a long weekend in March, so that we could check out the area for a possible summer vacation. The property was just as advertised, and the owner, Chris, was very helpful, responsive, and attentive. The location can't be beat--you really can't get any closer to the beach. I imagine in the peak season it is particularly noisy, as you can hear people speaking on the boardwalk and the local businesses are receiving deliveries early in the mornings (delivery truck noise)...if you don't mind that, then this is the perfect spot (and there is a noise machine in the unit which I'm sure would help)

The most stunning views in Rehoboth. Nothing says the beach like waking up to 3 sides of ocean view. It was a perfect location and the family enjoyed it all.

The condo was very clean, very attractive and comfortable, and the location could not be better for enjoying downtown Rehoboth and the beach :) I especially appreciate the super comfortable bed in the main bedroom, and my friends said their beds were comfortable too! We will be back for sure!

The listing photos are 100% accurate. The furniture is modern, the ocean (and sunrise) view from the windows is amazing, and the boardwalk location adds to the fun. Rehoboth off-season (Jan) is peaceful and this rental was a beautiful place to relax after a busy fall. A surprise snowfall added to the beauty - and made us grateful for the garage parking!

What a special experience to stay at the iconic Dolle’s apartment! We were excited with the pictures and description online but we were blown away once we stepped into the condo. So spacious, such nice decor, pristine and comfy furniture. Amazing views and central location too!
And Chris, the property manager, was so attentive and kind. Upon check-in he left a goofy bag of treats and water. He truly went above and beyond.
Our family agreed that this is the best Rehoboth vacation we have had!

This place was great for a quick off-season getaway! It was very clean and the host could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The location was also perfect right in the heart of the boardwalk. We went offseason so not sure if that would actually be worse in the summer because of the crowds but bring a sound machine and you won't hear anything anyway. One of the best VRBOs I've ever stayed in would definitely go back.

We had an amazing stay at One Rehoboth! My husband and I, along with 3 friends, stayed the weekend so we could enjoy our friend's 40th birthday. We absolutely loved the space - such a light, bright decor, so clean, and all the windows allowed you to take in all the beauty of such a rare and unique living space. We loved seeing the sunrise and also the people watching :) . The proximity and walkability to all that Rehoboth has to offer cannot be matched.
There was no noise either- none from the adjacent businesses, nor from the passersby on the boardwalk.
Chris was fanatastic! So welcoming and responsive.
We had the best time and hope to be back soon.

We all needed a break from home/school/work and I found the old Dollies building listing. It was just what we needed. The apartment was inviting with calm colors and bright light and the best view of the ocean. The kids loved the quirky alley entrance and the incredible proximity to the beach. It was a quiet weekend in town and we found a few new favorite spots with the time we had to wander.
Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, and over all very clean. It was a wonderful stress free experience.

This was our second visit to this property and will not be our last. We were here to celebrate a special family birthday. The host, Chris, went out of his way to ensure we all had a great time. In addition to the welcome goodies that are included when you pick up your keys, Chris added a beautiful and fun birthday surprise that we saw as soon as we opened the door. The birthday girl loved it!
The location is perfect - right on the boardwalk in the center of everything. We had more family members staying in another location (there were a lot of us!), and we were comfortable walking distance from them and from all of the shopping and restaurants. Your car can have a vacation too, because you don’t need it while staying here!

Amazing location - and fantastic host.
We stayed for the weekend and were lucky to have amazing weather in November.
I was not that familiar with the area so I was hoping I selected the right place. It is in the heart of town and about 10 feet from the boardwalk which is right next to the beach.
Great time and we will definitely look to book again.
Chris could not have been more accommodating and helpful leading up to and during our stay - just checking in to see what we needed and overall being very welcoming.

We spent 5 days at the apartment and we had wonderful time. Very spacious kitchen and well equipped. 2 living areas and dining room have fantastic view of the beach and ocean. One morning during breakfast, we enjoyed watching dolphins in the ocean. Cannot imagine more relaxing vacation. Plenty of rooms to sleep, comfortable beds, and 2 bathrooms. Chris was ver flexible with our check in and check out which worked so well for us. We would come back here any time.

First things first, Chris was a terrific host; very responsive and accommodating to help make our bachelorette weekend a success. The girls and I all enjoyed ourselves. The unit was meticulously clean, well-decorated and comfortable. It was the perfect location directly on the beach with a great view of the boardwalk and the beach. All in all, it was a great experience & we can’t wait to return.
