Susan is great to work with as a host and the condo is great. Newly painted and nicely decorated. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. Will for sure keep Susan's place in mind for future trips to Maui.

We love staying in the Kihei Resort condos! We loved this one in particular, super clean, new fridge, cute little patio, snorkel gear, etc. I’m booking this same unit on my next trip. Thank you Susan for providing us with a beautiful property. We will be back!

The place is convienently located close to town and to beaches. Place is well maintained and clean. Host prepared almost everything you may need. A new fridge was moved in during our stay and was a little bit dusty while cutting the tile and counter top to fit it in. But we were lucky to be the first ones using a new fridge and getting the opportunity to meet the host in person. So all good! Many many thanks for a great place to stay!

Sheltered but right in middle of things. Close walk to beach. Private safe with good pool and hot tub, and quiet.

We had a very nice stay in this condo and the grounds were very well maintained. The condo was very clean and the room had very good quality higher end furnishings. We used the pool and hot tub every night and very much enjoyed the resort. We would stay there again in a heart beat. Susan who was our contact for the property was absolutely amazing! She was so fast and responsive. Thank you Susan! The check in and payment process was very easy too. The bed and pillows were very nice quality especially after a long travel day getting to Maui. We got up each morning before sunrise and walked across the street to watch the sunrise with coffee in hand. There is a turtle sanctuary right there and you will often see a number of them on the beach. What a great addition to our stay. We also would walk across the street or drive down a little farther to a park and watch the amaizing sun sets! Kihei has the best sunsets. We enjoyed our stay and we hope you do too. Highly recommend this condo.

The condo was confortable and better priced than most other current properties in the islands.

Susan is wonderful! She called me and also happened to be at the property when we checked in. She made sure we had everything we needed. After staying in Lahaina where the property manager wouldn’t call back it was refreshing to have Susan take care of us and have everything working in the unit. Thank you so much Susan! Only bad thing I can say is that the trees outside the bedroom window scratched against the window when it was windy. Would definitely stay in another of Susan’s properties!

Just what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Close to marketplace, food trucks and just a stroll to ocean. I would come back again. Great stay!

My husband, grandson and I stayed here for two days before staying at a larger place for our whole family reunion for our 50th anniversary. It was a perfect location - not far from airport. It was very clean and was nestled in a beautiful garden-like area. It was close to restaurants,stores and shave ice! We were picked up in front of the location for a tour of the Road to Hana! Parking space and pool- very unique Hawaiian decorations. We loved it!

Susan was our host and she helped make the check in easy The room was small but big enough for a king size bed. Very clean and comfortable It was perfect for our needs.

Nicely decorated condo with everything you need. Is very convenient to beaches and restaurants. In a fairly busy area, this facility keeps fairly quiet. If you have noisy kids, may not be for you.

We had a couple issues with the parking, as our spot was taken by others for the first few days. Susan was very responsive and we had no further issues for the rest of our stay. Place was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Chairs and umbrellas provided. Even beach towels and snorkel eqt (though we had our own). Great patio to sit out and enjoys the morning/evenings. No views, but nice and private! Would definitely come here again.

Everything about the stay was just absolutely beautiful!!! Ive enjoyed my stay and the beach is literally feet away from the resort! Thank Susan for this wonderful experience.

Overall had a great visit. This property was clean and located perfectly for us. Check in was easy and everyone around the property was very friendly and welcoming.

Couldn’t have been happier with the property. The bed was incredible, bumped my shins a couple of times on the railings but I have never stayed at a property with a more comfortable mattress. The AC was a little tricky at first (hit the button down by the outlet) but it was very nice once running. If you’re companions on this trip like their beauty products as much as mine does, I’d advise using the kitchen. The bathroom sink area is tiny. Also, be very cognizant of the amount of hot water you use, you’ve got 5-10 minutes before it runs out. Small tank. No juicer/squeezer. Not a big deal at all just putting that in if anyone likes lemons as much as I do. Complex is just a little far for a walk to coffee, Longs, abc etc. if you have somewhere to be, hop in the car it’s a quick drive. Also the sidewalk ends so you’re kind of walking in traffic or in peoples yards. I really liked this location and unit, I’d gladly stay here again

We had a nice time in Kihei. Overall this condo was basic and the property older but nice, especially if you plan to be out and about most of the time. It was a little difficult to find upon check in, the washing machine was not working, and the beach supplies provided were a bit worn out. Some pantry essentials (cooking oil, coffee) would have been nice. The bed was extremely soft. The property manager responded promptly when we had an issue with the parking which was great. The location was very central, although there is not much within walking distance. We would stay again when in town visiting family if the price was right.

The condo is well decorated, clean, and very comfortable. It is situated in a nice location that is equidistant from many of the best beaches if you are cool with driving 20 minutes or more. The walkable beach is swimmable, but if are looking for the cool, turquoise waters of Maui, you’re going to have to either drive or pay a bit more for lodging. I would definitely stay again for its central location and coziness!

This property was the perfect place for us to explore many different areas of the island. We had everything we needed and appreciated the availability of beach towels, chairs, mat, snorkel equipment cooler and ice packs

We booked this through VRBO and it was everything as advertised. 5/5. The host, Susan, is responsive and very accommodating. 5/5. The unit was very clean. It has good ceiling fans and good AC if needed. Lots of towels and a good washer/dryer. Beach chairs a cooler and a boogie board were a bonus. The pool is not heated, but both the pool and hot tub were clean. We arrived after a major storm had flooded the area, there was mud and standing water everywhere. The street the complex is on was temporarily closed, but the complex grounds were quickly cleaned up as best they could and the cleaning staff had the unit cleaned up perfectly. I imagine the locals were under extreme stress over the situation. I would say 5/5 for the effort of Susan and everyone involved, it was much appreciated!

We had such a great time at Susan's condo. It was clean and just as described and not too mention close to everything.

I’ll give it a 8/10. All was good but the bed spread seemed like it wasn’t as clean as could be so we washed it. The washing machine leaked water. We reported it…not their fault as everything eventually goes out, it just happened to be while we were there. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved staying at this property and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Close to beaches and east drive to airport and getting to the road to Hana.

Everything was great!

The property was a very short stroll from the beach or park area in Kihei. Condo was comfy and felt like home. There is enough room for 4 people. A Queen size bed for two and a couch pull out bed. The beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach & bath towels, even snorkelling gear were a high light for us as we went swimming a lot during our stay. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The little things really made a difference. Our host was very responsive if we had any questions and concerns. Would recommend staying here. Will most definitely book again with the same host in the future.

The condo was as described and in a beautiful little condo community. It was spacious and clean for my husband and I. It's on a pretty busy street and isn't really walkable to much (due to sidewalks ending/missing) and we opted to try to avoid driving because of the traffic. It is right across the street from a small beach which is nice! There's also a pool on the premises, but we didn't end up using it.

Convenient location to beach, stores and restaurants. Easy parking. Everything as described. Would stay again next visit to Maui.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, lots of extra pillows, blankets, towels. Easy check in. Pool was always clean and is right in front of the room. Snorkel gear, kids beach toys are available for use, there was even a scale which we needed to weigh ourselves for a helicopter tour. Host is very friendly and responsive as others have stated. Beach is right across the street, shopping centers are a few minutes drive away.

The condo was exactly as they said it would be. Super clean, air conditioning and chairs for the beach. Close to the pool, beach is across the street, shops, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance or a bike ride. Parking space is very close to the condo! A must stay if visiting Kihei!!

Perfect little oasis away from everything and tucked into a little paradise jungle. Easy access to the beach (a little walk, but there’s plenty of beaches to go visit anyway)! Spacious for two people (and maybe a tot). Wonderful host!
