We had a wonderful stay. House is in a grate location. Very clean and spacious for a large family.

BUT, that beautiful pool was not able to be gone into. It was cold anyways. But we also could not figure out the televisions and how to work them, only the one in the living room. Otherwise it was a lovely home, very clean, and with everything you would need to have a lovely stay.

The place was really nicely done with everything you could need.

Originally from the area and needed a place to stay for a couple of days while attending to family business. Home was clean and centrally located with easy access in and out of town. Pool table served as a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Host was extremely friendly and responded immediately to any questions we had.

Clean Inside & Out ! Loved the Playing Pool in the Game Room, Watching Movies on the Large TV & Gathering around the Dining Room Table - Will definitely be back in warmer months to use the beautiful outdoor pool - Kitchen was well stocked & the ambiance was warm & inviting.

This was our first time renting a home, the bar has been set pretty high after this stay. The hospitality and the home exceeded our expectations. It is cozy, comfortable and well cared for. It’s centrally located to downtown, shopping and restaurants. Absolutely recommend staying here. 5+ stars.

This house is great. I love this home's decor and feel. There is plenty to do at the house itself. It's located in great place with good restaurants and stores close by. I always check to see if it's available when traveling to Ft. Smith. The property manager answered all my questions promptly. I strongly recommend it.

My family (w/ two teens 16 & 13) enjoyed a very relaxing stay at this property. When we needed a break from the sun, there was a game room for entertainment or good food down the road (we highly recommend Joe's Pizza and Pasta Italian Grill). The few times we reached out with questions, we received very prompt responses that were always polite and helpful.

This house was well-priced for a place with a pool. The house was a cool little bachelor’s pad close to everything in Ft. Smith. We swam a lot and had a good time.

The star of the show is the incredible pool, where we spent most of our stay, but everything else is perfectly homely too. 15 minutes drive from the airport, and with groceries and restaurants close by, the location only adds to the appeal.

This was a very beautiful house had everything you need. Was only about 10 mins away from everything you needed to do. The town had lots of places to shop,eat and was very close. The owner was very nice and replied very quick to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place for a get away. And the pool was a major plus the kids loved it. I will for sure plan a trip in the future.

There is room for parking three cars. The kitchen is small and doesn't have many serving / cooking dishes and had only four drinking glasses. The dishes in the dishwasher were not clean. Niether were the sheets in the main bedroom. There were no clean towels; we had to run the washing machine prior to showering. Overall we were pleased with the house, and feel there must have been a misunderstanding about our arrival time, or the previous guests left later than anticipated. We did get to see a fabulous lightening storm from the game room.

It was very clean, trendy in decoration and comfortable. The host was available and attentive. We will stay here again and recommend it. It will be even better in warm weather when the pool is open!

Had to call for access was different from any other rental experiences. Some of the usual items were missing: Kleenex, paper napkins but otherwise complete. Enjoyed pool & friz very much. Very clean and pleasant home. Beds were comfortable!

The check in and out was easy and the owner answered any questions promptly. This was a great stay and will be looking at staying again in the future.

Nice house in the middle of everything. Well stocked kitchen, some toys for the kids. The carport was an extra touch, especially since it rained one day we were there. Communication was great! We'll definitely stay here again!

Very nice place, comfortable living room, good neighborhood, great hosts.

I had a great time while in the area to see my grandkids. It was a special treat to have them visit with me at Dillon's place. There was room to spread out as needed. The swimming pool and pool table provided entertainment for them above and beyond our usual activities. There is an elementary school right across the street - so we had fun at the school playground too. The neighborhood is peaceful. The location is convenient to stores and expressways. I loved that the house has a top quality Bosch dishwasher...made me feel assured that the dishes are clean...which is often not the case at vacation rentals. I'll be visiting the grandkids regularly and hope / plan to stay here again.
