Ken and Kaye were so nice throughout our whole stay, any questions or concerns they were quick to answer and with such kindness. The space was very clean and just what we needed. We loved that it was outside of the city, so it was quieter, but so easy to get to downtown quickly. The surrounding neighborhood is definitely being revitalized and all of the little shops are perfect!

There was an issue where the internet went out, to no fault of the owner (it was a Spectrum issue), but the owner and property manager were in constant communication with me about the issue and got a tech out the same day to fix it. I was very happy with the place and their attention to details. I’ll definitely be back.

We LOVED our stay here! Cool ac units in both bedrooms and in living room. Comfy beds. I don't even remember turning on the TV because it was so peaceful there, but I assume it works. I thought the neighborhood was fine. Neighbors were nice. The larger area is definitely going through a period of rejuvenation. But the street we were on was just lovely and I love all those big older houses. It looks like the neighborhood is really taking pride in having them look nice. And there was a cafe in walking distance! My favorite part was the best porch ever, which was a second floor balcony and comfy furniture. We would definitely be back!

This property was in a perfect location, just around the corner and walking distance from several great shops and restaurants the larchmere district. The Dwelling was as described. Please note for others considering this location, it was a second floor walk up narrow stairs. We had no problems navigating this, but someone with limited mobility should take heed.

We had a great stay at this property. The location seemed close to everything we needed, the neighborhood was peaceful and sitting on the porch was very relaxing. The apartment was VERY clean and communication with the host couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend!

I stayed here over a long weekend with a buddy. The host, Ken, is a pleasure deal with. The house itself is... fine. The neighborhood is fine. The tables, couch, chairs, beds, everything is functional but not fantastic. The internet speed is extremely fast, which was great. For the price, I'd be okay staying here again.

We absolutely loved the location of this place. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There was a bunch of awesome shops and great food all within walking distance. The place itself was adorable and we especially loved the cute balcony. Very clean and perfect for our little weekend getaway. Will definitely stay here again when we are back next year!

I will definitely return! It's an adorable place. Its a home with 2 dwellings. I had the upstairs. If you have issues with steps, def ask for 1st floor. Its a small community with a few diners, antique shops, restaraunts etc. I read some really dumb reviews about the neighborhood and safety. I walked in town at night , no problem. Like the world anywhere today, you need to be aware of your surrounding. Thanks Ken for offering such a comfy little weekend home... Ill be back!!

We came into town overnight for a football game, the house was clean beyond expectations, extra steps were taken to provide coffee and linens, the owner is wonderful and very responsive with messages! We will absolutely be staying here again if we come back for another trip!

WONDERFUL place! Lots of space and cozy at the same time! Coffee set up easy, kitchen equipped but with all the great restaurants a block away, did not use. Nice bathroom and AWESOME porches upstairs and down to hang. SUPER helpful host. VRBO was glitching, locked me out of - and then deleted from the host - my reservation. I could not get access to entry information. My friend who was also listed as a guest texted the host through the app. We had dinner reservations and needed to use the restroom after a long drive, so time was of the essence. When the door code did not work, Kenya responded over the doorbell camera and addressed the issue immediately.

We came for infusions and my dad and my self felt very welcomed. Everything was perfect. Our host was friendly, funny, and very accommodating. Highly recommend the place and location. Everyone we talked to was super friendly. Thank you again!!

Tidy place, smooth check-in and check-out, and the owner quickly resolved an issue with the door lock. The only bummer was the loud noise from construction on the house next door. I'd stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the area has lots to do with multiple choices for dining, and the Cleveland art museum and botanical gardens were wonderful!
The room was clean and cute. The building is older and has a nice character. The only thing we wished for were more electrical outlets in the bedrooms to plug chargers into.

We did not stay on the dates that we paid for. Once we arrived and saw the neighborhood that the house is located in, we immediately left. Safety was a big concern for us!

My son and I enjoyed a guys weekend away. The house is in a neighborhood of older homes. The neighbors were all very friendly. With in walking distance their are some restaurants with great food. The house was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Kenya was right on top of things. Before check in time I received all the information needed through email. Also included was links with things to do and places to see in the area. I suggest eating breakfast at Big Al’s dinner. Just a short 5 min walk down the street. In other reviews I read others talk about the neighborhood. Please do yourself a favor and do not judge a book by its cover. Price is reasonable and neighborhood is quite and welcoming.

Clean, beautiful, perfectly restored apartment in a cool part of Cleveland. Minutes to University Circle, Case Western, Cleveland Clinic, St Luke’s Foundation, Shaker Lakes and walking trails. Easy parking, convenient to shopping and mass transit. Quiet street and close to tons of delicious restaurants.

This 2 bedroom apartment with historic features and craftsman styling has been perfect for me. The kitchen is functional, the bedrooms cozy, and multiple TVs! Nice bathroom and fabulous front porch deck for the warm weather.
Larchmere is a fabulous neighborhood. I was within walking distance of a whole range of great restaurants, from a diner to upscale dinner. Very convenient to Case Western.
Only street parking but I never had trouble finding a spot.

We enjoyed our visit to Cleveland and our stay here. The apartment was clean, and Kenya was very responsive and friendly as well. I would recommend this property to a friend if/when they come to Cleveland. Thanks very much.

My family & I have been traveling back & forth the Cleveland clinic for the past few months and this is our first time staying at this house but it will be the only one we stay at in the future.
It is clear how much Ken cares about guest experiences at this house by all the little touches of home like a stocked Keurig, work station & other goodies. The neighborhood is very quiet and we were able to take a short walk to get food.
My only regret is that we didn’t find this place sooner. The convenience of being close to the hospital, just a few minutes away, but the feel of a quiet neighborhood was perfect. Will definitely book again & thank you for the hospitality!
