Great weekend getaway!
This place was great! The master is half the house, it’s huge!! My friends stayed in the other smaller rooms and all had a good experience too. The pool was super relaxing and nice and the grill has propane for us to make our burgers.

Beautiful home but needs better communication improvements.
Great location on a culdasac in Indio. House was clean. The pool and spa are big and beautiful. Pool was really dirty, there were winds and construction going on in the neighborhood but not sure what day the pool guy comes but we were there Fri-Mon. I would hope it would be cleaned before guests come. The owner has 4 cameras in the backyard watching every corner and one facing directly down to the Spa. The owner is very nice but appears that she likes to be contacted during your stay. No directions left in the house on now to use electronics or spa, tv ect. We were only at the house for 3 hours one day and 4 hours the next and only wanted to use the spa and couldn't get it hot the first night, even with the owners help couldn't get it hot. Second night it had been 2.5 hours and it was warm but not hot. Contacted the owner and she said she has it set at 85 degrees. She said she could turn it up to 97-100 but it resets it self every 5 hours so she has to adjust this everytime for the guests. Communication is needed. It would had been nice to know that before we waited the night before and 2.5 hours the next night before being able to use the spa. Also, One of the bedrooms is a bedroom through a bedroom which is a little awkward but has it's own bathroom which makes it more acceptable. I think with a few adjustments made to the property it would be a great VRBO.

Lovely house and host
Well appointed house with lovely decorations. King bed mattress and bedding was luxurious and super comfortable. Large hot tub with ambient lighting. Our group had a great stay.

The home was able to accommodate our large family and the landscaping was really nice.
Overall review was good but could have been better.
Unfortunately, the fireplace was inoperable, the BBQ grill was not useable had no propane, no washcloths were available and the locks to the sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom need repairing. The home was spacious, clean and enjoyable and the communication with the owner was very timely and appreciated. We would not hesitate to rent again once the issues have been corrected.

Wonderful Home
What a fantastic home in the desert! This house is modern, upscale and super comfortable. Beds were fantastic, Josephine was incredibly responsive and friendly. I will definitely be back to this home!
