We had a great family stay! The location and cleanliness were great for us, along with amenities, size and everyone was friendly.

The unit was wonderful. Clean and updated, we had everything we needed to make meals. Our group had multi families staying in several condos throughout the complex and it was very easy to meet up, swim together and share meals by the grill. The grassy are between buildings was incredible for lots of young children to runaround. We will be back!

This property was absolutely perfect for my family of five. I have three teenagers and we were all extremely comfortable and we had plenty of space. The pool was beautiful. The grounds were so well kept. We cannot wait to come back and stay again.!

Unfortunately, the level of cleaning prior to our visit was not as we would expect. The living area was well maintained but although the floor looked clean it was quite dirty. In the bedroom the underside of the single beds was dusty and we found wooden beads under the chest. We could not move around with bare feet as the floor looked clean but was not.There was much dust on surfaces in the bathroom with the shower, on the mirror surround, the bulbs in the light and the glass ornament. Beautiful grounds, great location, friendly check-in. No complaints!

Arrived to check in and went inside to get the keys. The lady working behind the plastic shield seemed put out that we showed up. It literally felt like she was annoyed. She made a statement, "you checking in?" vs. a nice welcome greeting. I get it's not a hotel, but seriously, this is still hospitality and the lack of it she showed, she should not be the first impression any guest interacts with upon their arrival. After going through everything, I saw that there were only three bath towels and there were four of us. I emailed as it stated and when I arrived back home four days later I got the email I sent and still don't have an answer on how to get more and or why it wasn't equipped with enough to accommodate our needs. The pictures while nice, definitely did a better showing that what we actually experienced. The A/C unit in the master was very old and the knob was missing. It didn't cool off very quickly. The bedding was very dated and thin. Wi-Fi was terrible. It would drop connections constantly so if you are trying to do any work, good luck. Overall location was easy access to Wailea and 35-40 to Lahaina. This was my first VRBO and not sure I will do again. Over $1800 for 3 nights. Keep looking.

Love the condo & the resort

Great condo, amazing resort and location. We couldn't have been happier with everything.

The view from the balcony is spectacular. We can see sunrise on one side and sunset on the other side. The washrooms are quite small. The ac units are loud and doesn’t have a thermostat. You manually turn it in when the room is warm and turn it off when it’s cold. The building itself is quite old. Despite that, the location is very convenient and the grounds are very beautiful and well maintained. Overall, we’re happy with our stay.

Very nice property but a little older and the beach was nice but there are nicer spots on Maui.

This was our first stay at a VRBO property. We were very impressed. The unit was very clean and very well-appointed. We felt very welcomed. The view from the lanai is exactly what I saw online. That was the highlight of our stay. We would love to come back. I've already given your information to a friend who will be visiting Maui.

The condo was exactly what it looks like in pictures and the views were tremendous. Quiet and with beautiful views. We had a great time!

My husband and I shared the unit with my sister and brother in law. The four of us had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked and we used it daily during our trip. I loved eating breakfast on the lanai and watching the grounds crew meticulously clean the pool and the grounds every morning. We did not swim at the resort beach, but we did see turtles on the beach every morning. If you plan to snorkel, there is plenty of reef to explore within walking distance of the property. Although Kihei has everything you need, we did spend a lot of our beach time in Lahaina and Kapalua. Makena Beach is absolutely breathtaking and is very close to the property. My husband and brother in law ate Poke from Food Land every night. The store is just up the road. Akamai coffee is also nearby (close enough to walk to) and I miss it already. The Paia Fish Market is wonderful. It was probably our least expensive meal on the island and there’s one in Kihei. You’re about 45 min from Whaler’s Village in Lahaina and it has plenty of upscale shopping and restaurants. Wailea is closer and also has upscale shopping and restaurants. You’re about 1.5 hours from Haleakalā National Park. It’s 45° cooler at the top than it is at sea level. It’s about the same distance to Hana as well. Both are great options if you’re sunburned. We found the property to be very well located to every place we wanted to visit. We loved having beach chairs and towels as well as a cooler. We “rented” an umbrella from the resort (there’s a concierge located in the pool area). If you’re wanting to go on an excursion talk to them. They have so much knowledge and they will make reservations for you. The unit was bug free and I’m so thankful for that. We were careful to keep our food in the fridge to keep bugs away (including cereal).

We bounced around the island and started our visit at this location. Perfect for our family! The unit was exactly what we needed. The grounds and staff were great and check in and out were easy. Highly recommend!!!

Great value, very good location, convenient to everything. Clean property in good shape with good grounds. Wish we could have stayed longer and will probably stay here if we go back to Maui.

Most part all was good. We had to address the cleaning of the floor it needed washing. Also dirty dishes in cupboard and very dirty air conditioner filters. The unit was nice rest of cleaning good. Rental company addressed our concerns immediately. Feel the next people won’t have the same issues as they will be addressed

We absolutely loved our stay here!!! The view was incredible, they clean the resort frequently, and the pool was amazing. We watched them scrub the pool area every day, and have never seen this at any resort!! We even got to see whales from the balcony, and turtles right down on the beach! It was everything we could have imagined, and more!!

Very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place is tastefully appointed, has a beautiful view and a great pool on the property. The beach is very nice to walk on but not so much for swimming due to the abundance of coral. A/C and fans worked perfectly. The building experienced some maintenance issues during our stay (elevator and hot tub out of order), but the overall grounds are meticulously well kept.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay with our family of five! Beautiful grounds, very spacious, clean and well stocked unit and family friendly amenities. The kids loved the pool, grass and games and we enjoyed having our morning coffee or watching the sunset from the beautiful lanai. Thank you for a great holiday, we loved our time here in Maui.

The place was in a spectacular location, especially for sunset! I couldn’t believe all of the different activities at the condo itself… not to mention having a cooler, towels, beach chairs, etc. everything was fabulous!

Absolutely lovely condo in a perfectly maintained building. The rental had everything we need for a great beach vacation, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, spacious balcony, and more. They also have chairs, towels, coolers, boogie boards, noodles, and more for taking to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again 😊
