The location was perfect, close to our meeting location. The apartment was spacious with good accessories such as 3 bedrooms, large refrigerator, washer/dryer. Everything was great except the beds and frying pans could use some updating.

The property is exactly as described, with three separate bedrooms and a full kitchen. The location was easy to find and the host was clear and responsive in communication. It's a nice, quiet location with a good view out the back windows.

The unit was as advertised. Communication with owner was prompt. It is a cute place with everything one needs. It is a downstairs unit that had very little venting. When arrived it was musty smelling. We aired the place out, burned scented candles, and cleaned with lysol wipes. It became ok after a few days. A couple of the days there were very noisy renters above. Up late at night carrying on without respect for others. We did not complain, just tolerated it, for concern of retaliation. So, no sleep for two days for us.

It was a pleasant stay. The broken blinds in two rooms were unexpected and disappointing. There was only one washcloth in the entire unit, but plenty of other towels thankfully. The hand towel holder in bathroom fell off the wall when we were there. My husband repaired it but it needs more help.

This property was clean, close to major highways such as 169, 405 and 90. The neighborhood was an older late 70s early 80s type group of homes and was quiet. The communication with the property owner/manager was great. We were on the lower level and when the upper level was occupied we could hear the occupants above but it wasn't any different than an apartment building. There were observed quiet hours from 9pm to 9am so there was no issue with noise. A grocery and plaza with restaurants was minutes away and the kitchen was pleasantly stocked with essentials and coffee. The kitchen could certainly enable you to cook a meal.

Nice spacious place to stay
I stayed here for a week in June with some friends. We were looking for something roomier but affordable and this fit the bill. It was as advertised and met all our needs. The beds were comfy enough, the kitchen had most things we needed, and despite not having a car we were able to get all over the Seattle Tacoma area with busses and uber. The only main downside is the noise from the upstairs unit that is also rented out. During our stay there were two different families that stayed upstairs from us. We could sometimes hear their conversations (muffled) and movements and were woken up a few times in the middle of the night or early morning as a result. We're not particularly light sleepers so this is noteworthy. If you are a light sleeper you'll want earplugs. Otherwise the place was great!

Upstairs Unit/Not the one listed
First of all, know that we ended up being put in the unit that is upstairs in the property. So, I cannot speak about the downstairs unit that is listed here.
However, the overall property is very nice and our stay in the upstairs unit was great. Very clean with nice furnishings and thoughtful touches. The beds/pillows were wonderful, the towels perfect and thoughtful touches like tableside lamps with usb ports for device charging were provided.
The owner was very responsive and helpful.
Would definitely stay again.
