No coffee maker. People want coffee in the morning.

Too noise doors slam bed toooo small pillows too small

My daughter and I spent the night, or was going to spend the night, because I had to have surgery on July 21st. We paid for the motel and when I stepped in the door before entering my room there was a cockroach. Then if that wasn't enough, the TV wasn't working, so they put us in another room which was a smoking room. And it was really bad and again, the TV did not work. We went down there to get a refund, we were there approximately 3 hours. We had went and got some to eat and came back, so we didn't realize all of the problems we were going to have. They were rude they said the manager was on site and then told us that the manager wasn't available. So I would like to get my money back or at least stay at another motel 6, because I know that they're not all like that. When I go to Roseburg Oregon, there are really nice Motel 6 there, so I'm not downing all Motel 6 is just this one has really went downhill. Thank you very much and I will always choose booking.com

The staff weren’t attentive. Took us three days to get pillow cases. Entire building smelled like weed, cigarettes, and molded meat.

Easy access from the freeway

People were smoking in the non smoking room and I myself have asthma so I was having a hard time!!

Tv didn't work, smelled musty, bed frames are really bad, key stopped working, ac barely worked at all, FAR too expensive for what is offered. Unless you're coming here just to sleep and leave then it's fine, watch your shins due to the bed frame

Room was clean, w/ very little adjacent room/hallway noise after approx. 10 PM. Accomodations were entirely adequate for our needs.

Booking.com booking confirmation stated that "Bathtub - Shower -Air Conditioning- TV - Internet facilities - Refrigerator - Microwave - Cable channels were included in the room rate quoted. HOWEVER, UPON ARRIVAL, THE HOST (AVA) SAID WE WOULD BE REQUIRED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $9 PER NIGHT FOR A ROOM THAT HAD A REFRIGERATOR AND A MICROWAVE. Since we had planned to have a refrigerator and microwave included in our accomodations, we elected to pay the additional $36, plus taxes. We would very much like to be reimbursed by either Booking.com or Motel 6 for these "extra" charges beyond the quoted price of $304.69.

Night staff was really friendly. He offered suggestions about the area, things to do and places to see. This hotel is fine for a night or 2, wouldn’t recommend staying longer.

The shower didn’t make much sense, shower head points directly at the shower curtain which just causes water to get everywhere. Not a big deal since I only stayed for 7 hours but if you need to shower more than once it’s probably annoying.

Misleading. Advertised shuttle does not exist

I booked this hotel because it advertised "hotel shuttle from airport" online. We called several times from the airport and stayed on hold for 30 minutes - nobody every answered. We ended up paying for an Uber and then found out they no longer offer a shuttle. The person at the desk wouldn't even throw in a $5 upgrade for the inconvenience.

Advertised free airport shuttle, when I called from the airport was told the shuttle was being repaired and there was no shuttle available. False advertising, I checked the website and it still said free airport shuttle the day I checked in. No hot water when I checked in and wasn't told until I tried to take a shower, then tried to call the front desk, the room phone didn't work. Went to the front desk and was told they were repairing/replacing the hot water and it should be done soon. I had hot water about 30-40 minutes later and they did notify me. There was no extra blanket in the room. I've stayed at Motel 6 hotels before but it has never been this bad. The only positive thing I can say is that the room was clean.

No coffee anywhere on the premise that I could find. Didn’t like dealing with front desk through a window.

No coffee at 730 am. No breakfast. Very rude staff. Room was sketchy stunk horrible.
