Beautiful home nestled on the gulf, close to restaurants and stores, gift shops. It was hard to leave. We had family ranging from 13 to 83 (which the elevator was helpful for my mom). We all enjoyed every moment of the place. The private hot tub was a nice touch. We caught a few fish on the docks, was visited by a pod of manatees everyday. The house was very equipped with extra blankets, paper towels and toilet paper which was nice. Can't wait to go back.

We loved this place - exactly as described online! It was spotless upon arrival and was very well appointed. The location was great and there were numerous restaurants in the area. Hosts were very quick to reply to questions and the views were great- we spent every evening on the rooftop deck enjoying the beautiful sunsets!

Wonderful stay. House was great clean spacious and well appointed everything we needed. By far the nicest rental we have ever had in the Keys. Would highly recommend and plan to book again.

Our family of 4 enjoyed the water views from every level of this beautiful home and the sunset views from the rooftop deck. The house is well-maintained and well-stocked. The indoor jacuzzi tub and outdoor hot tub were great amenities for relaxing after our excursions. The location is central to snorkeling, dolphin encounters and other FL Keys. We also enjoyed walking to get coffee, bagels, etc.

Loved the view and layout with all the places to hang out. We spent time on the rooftop, balconies, pool, hot tub, and the dock.

Wonderful homes with amazing views and accommodations. Property owner was quick to reapond and good to work with. Great location near restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend.

Very nice place! Grab your snorkel gear and jump in right in front! We saw sting rays, a turtle, lobsters, parrot fish, and more just by standing at the dock! Hardly anyone was in the pool but us. The only thing I would say is that they ask you to wash the towels and dry them and to do the dishes and put them away before you go. I’ve stayed at several places and was never told to do that before I left. We found ourselves using paper towels in the morning to dry our faces and the wash and dry the coffee cups at 6 am so we can get to the airport. Rather inconvenient but we figured it out. Beautiful views from the roof and close to everything you need ( and super quiet)!

Wonderful home in a beautiful location! Home was spacious, comfortable, furnished very nicely. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you would need. Pool area is small but nice and we had it to ourselves all week except for one time. Host was super helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend this home!

Great central location to visit the keys. Right on the water, awesome views from living room, one of the bedrooms, and all 3 of the decks. Could see various marine life from dock out back and from decks. Maybe an hour and 10 mins to key west, went there twice. Under 10 mins to the Turtle Hospital, Dolphin Research Center, and Crane Point Hammock, enjoyed all of them. Enjoyed eating at the Key Fisheries(10 min drive), Island Fish Co.(10 minute walk). Owner needed to have new fridge delivered during our stay, it took two attempts by Home Depot so he said he would buy us dinner. I didn’t pursue that because it wasn’t a huge deal. He ended up sending us a check for $200 about a week after we got home, really appreciate that! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we come back to Marathon.

Kathy and Joe are very friendly host!! Property has everything that you can ask for.. our family loved it! Views are breathtaking!! We will definitely come back.

We had a great time at this house! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The owner was great and very accessible. Very good location with amazing views. We would rent this property again.

The master bed could use an upgrade.

Great property with a very helpful and communicative owner. Quick example; the previous renters had broken the coffee maker carafe and not notified him. We found it broken in the lower sink cabinet and advised him of the situation. He promptly sent me credits for coffee at a local place for the next morning, and had a new coffee maker delivered by Home Depot the next day. Great guy that wants to provide the best possible guest experience. You can't beat the view off the rooftop deck and far enough off the main highway that you don't hear anything.

Would definitely rent again! The house was nice and well stocked with everything we needed! The view was amazing and the kids loved having a pool right beside them! Thank you!

Great place, centrally located on Marathon made travel in any direction easy. The roof deck has spectacular views. Very clean and comfortable, will stay there again.

Best vacation ever! Property was well appointed and very clean. The owner drove down to meet us and was very helpful showing us around. There was a beautiful breeze off the ocean at night and I couldn’t believe it but there were no bugs! Will definitely try to go back.

The house is amazing and situated to afford amazing views of the water from every floor.The house was immaculate. You can tell that Larry pays attention to every detail. He met us on check in and walked us through the house. You literally only need to bring clothing, food and drinks as everything else is provided.The area has many nearby attractions which we took advantage of but one of the best activities was fishing right off the dock. Caught many Yellowtail Snapper (best spot to drop your line is between the first and second set of pilings). Was visited by some very lazy pelicans who sat next to me on the dock waiting for me to feed them what I caught. When it was time to leave we seriously considered staying for a few more days. My wife expressed that this will be on her list of one of her ‘happy places’.Thank you Larry - hopefully we will be back again soon.

Everything is as advertised! Would stay again. Larry provides most everything you can think of which makes things nice and convenient. The view from the 3 decks is amazing and worth the stay in itself. The only negative I would say is that we were unable to use the dock due to wind. We had an abnormal strong north wind and were uncomfortable leaving our boat there against a concrete dock (seaweed pretty thick too). All other winds and it would have been very protected. There was a lot to keep our boat on trailer luckily.

We planned a fishing trip for 6 adults and the place is perfect if you need a dock for your boat. Fishing from the dock was also very fun. The house was great with lots of room and supplied with everything that you would need. The owner was very nice.

Great time and great place to stay. Dockage was visible to watch boat while in the water and in a well protected cove. Clean pool and hot tub. Anything you might need was provided and operable. Larry was very helpful and attentive to details to make sure a good time was had by all. We would stay here again ....absolutely.

House was clean and had everything we needed. I do recommend to bring you own fishing poles. Pool was clean and heated. Roof deck was nice for seeing the sunsets. I would definitely stay there again.
