My wife and I shared our stay with my sister and brother in law and had a great time on the beach. The home is fully furnished with everything you would need, with plenty of seating both inside and outside on the deck. Location cannot be beat as is directly on the beach with ideal views and easy beach access. Unlike many other beach houses, this home has 2 bedrooms directly facing the ocean with access to the deck, so is an ideal choice for two couples or families. We did not use the 3rd bedroom as there were only 4 of us, but this room was set up with bunkbeds so would easily fit multiple children. Check in was a breeze with great communication and wifi / tv instructions provided, and home was extremely clean.

We stayed here for a week and found the home to be all we hoped for! It had all the essentials we needed, was plenty spacious for our family of 6, and was very comfortable for our stay. Couldnt have asked for more!

As others have stated, I was skeptical while reading reviews with the perfect 5 stars, but I have to say this home deserves more. The home is beautiful and is in an amazing location on a private section of the beach so no cars can drive on the beach. The outside seating is ideal with some chairs in the sun and some in the shade. The inside decor is perfect for a beach house and the beds are very comfortable. We grilled out and had champagne on the deck for an overall amazing vacation. We will definitely be back again!

We chose this home to remember and honor my brother and enjoy a weekend with family in his memory. It was perfect! Right off the beach for the kids to enjoy. Amazing view from deck for the adults to enjoy and watch the sunrise and set daily. Perfect destination for a weekend getaway!

We found the house as described. The location is convenient to both directions on the island and there's nothing between you and the water except beach. Definitely recommend you consider this rental.

Great, responsive host. This home is as advertised. I must have looked at 30 homes on Galveston Island looking for the "perfect" home to spend a few days. I was a bit suspect at first about all 5 Star reviews, but after spending 3 days here, they are real. I would start with saying that if you had a vacation home, this is how you would stage it. Nicely decorated, comfortable furnishings and everything you need in the kitchen no matter what you plan to cook. We loved the layout where the kitchen and family room, along with two of the 3 bedrooms and full view of the beach and gulf, close enough to hear the waves with the french doors open. The deck is well thought out, while we were here in January, when the sun was out it got warm, it was great to have a covered area outside to sit and enjoy the surf. I imagine in the summer, this would be VERY important. Also, a portion of the deck was lowered enough so that when you were either on the upper deck, or laying in bed in the master bedroom, your view was not interrupted by the deck railing, nice touch. While we visited Galveston and the surrounding areas, the location and proximity to the beach was enough to keep us at the house during most of our stay. This is the perfect choice if you want beach front. Lastly I want to again compliment the owners who were quick to respond and while we never had an issue while we were there, we have no doubt that they would be been on any issue that arose during our time.

We arrived at the house, the day after Christmas for a quick getaway from KC. When you walk in the door your eyes immediately go to the huge windows that overlook the beach and the gulf which are absolutely incredible! Exactly what we needed after a busy holiday season. The house was very clean and the floor plan is wide open which is just wonderful. You can see the beach/gulf from every part of the main room of the house. The 2 primary bedrooms also have access to the spacious deck which is where we spent most of our time. The deck is the best spot at this house! We sat out there for hours, watching and listening to waves, laying in the endless sunshine and loving the relaxation. Sunrises and sunsets were to die for and we didn't miss 1, including our last morning. We ate out at several local restaurants but stayed within 5 miles of Sea Isle the whole time. Communication with Bryan was super easy although we had no issues with anything whatsoever. Such a quick and easy getaway for us that we are coming back again in December 2024!

We had a wonderful stay over the thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was so well-equipped for preparing an entire thanksgiving dinner! The house has plenty of space and the open concept kitchen/living room was perfect for group cooking and conversation. The view is excellent, and we loved sitting on the covered part of the spacious deck with plenty of seating. The home is well-stocked with supplies. The owners were communicative from the start with helpful information to make our trip as easy as possible. When I had questions, they were very quick to respond. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Blue Heron and hope to return in the future!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful beachfront home! You’re only steps away from the beach, so the views are great no matter where you are in the house. The two main bedrooms have french doors that open to the large wooden deck, and it’s a real treat to wake up with a beach and ocean view. The home has a well-stocked kitchen, extra beach towels and good sized TVs. There are several nearby restaurants and grocery stores, so very convenient location. We will definitely book this home again!

The location was wonderful! The views were beautiful and since it is on a single row of houses we had plenty of beach space to ourselves. The house was clean, well decorated, and laid out for several people to stay comfortably with plenty of space. Our entire experience was easy and stress free and we highly recommend this rental!

My family came up for our summer vacation to Galveston. This house is amazing! Beautiful views from the porch, the lounge chairs are perfect. Front row beach house makes for quick access to the beach. Beds are super comfy and house comes with many amenities that make staying there stress free.

We took a week to get out of town and enjoy the beach. House was great, right on the water. We got to cook out, eat out and had a blast in the sand.

We had a wonderful family trip here. The house was everything we expected it to be and more! It was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. We loved the layout. The hallway door helped keep things quiet while the kids were sleeping. The deck was amazing, we spent most of our time here if we weren’t at the beach. There was a direct path to the beach that was a little overgrown but no creepy crawlers bothered us. The beach is very quiet and far from all the activity, which is what we were looking for. We can’t wait to come back!

Easy, quick, effective communication with property owner. We stayed the month of March. We practically had the beach to ourselves until mid March! Long, wide, expansive, beautiful beach. 15 miles from all the excitement but a couple of places to eat/drink within walking distance.
