We were looking for a spot to replace our beach spot we usually go to (red tide🙁). This place was great. The layout is spacious and was more than enough for my husband and I. The balcony was lovely, though it is close to the pool and can be noisy, it was still awesome to sit on at night when the pool was closed. Sunsets over the water can't be beat. The beach was very low traffic. We saw stingrays, manatees and dolphins swim by. The bedroom door seemed to be stuck, so we just didn't use it. Some of the beach chairs fell apart when we opened them, but they had a great assortment of beach toys, floaties, and 2 chairs that were perfect for us. We even found a foam cooler in the room to keep our lunch cold at the beach. Our onky complaint is that the upstairs neighbors were renovating. At one point they jackhammered for a good 20min and it was so loud we could not hear ourselves talk. We would have left, but it was raining. Probably should of headed to the nearest bar, but we were exhausted from the beach and wanted a nap. We ended up knocking on the door and they informed us they were almost done. Every morning after that we would hear some sort of banging at 7am. I'm sure the condo above will look lovely after, but we sure wish they'd have waited to renovate. Overall it was a lovely property.

Condo was great. Very spacious, great views of beach from balcony and master. Quiet location. Was a bit dated, but otherwise, great.

Kitchen was outdated furniture outdated but worked with the unit very well plenty of room for family to spread out and not be on top of each other large lanai was sitting for six dining room table with plenty a room sitting for sixTnAt 6620 Gold wing resort room 405. Perfect beach condo, clean with all amenities one would want

Great layout for families. Lots of space. Clean, nice. Beautiful beach. Location is away from the chaos of Times Square, but if you want to get to Times Square allow plenty of time for the 4 mile drive. The trolley was as slow as traffic. Walking or biking was faster most of the time. Would definitely rent again.

Location and view could not be better. Overall property very nice and well kept.

Had a blast

We loved staying here.We stayed thru the week and it was so quiet and relaxing. Just a short walk to the beach, with a water spout to clean your feet before a fun time in the pool and hot tub! Our room 405 was right around the corner from elevator, so we really had a short walk to and from the garage. Wonder room! The only thing we would change would be a safety grab bar in the shower. My elderly mother had a hard time getting out of wet tile.

The views are amazing! Convenient beach access. Very clean. Will be booking again.
