It was two couples and there was plenty of room. The condo was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our private patio and hot tube. Yes, it is relatively close to a busy road, but the traffic noise didn't bother us at all. The beds a very comfortable and we slept very well. My only thing was, I would rather solid walls between the patio sections rather than glass for more privacy, but everyone was respectful while in their patio space, so it was never an issue. Would recommend and stay again in the future. :)

it was okay but a lot of steps up to apartment. Really was set up for adults with one or two children. Would have liked more privacy on deck between units

This property was super convenient to all areas we needed. Short walk to the beach, downtown and ice cream. The private patio was a great addition for us to have some extra space. The noise outside wasn’t bad but the walls inside the condo were super thin so it was hard sometimes to watch tv and be quiet for other guests. Parking spots were tight if you had someone who didn’t park properly but those are uncontrollable things. We’d stay there again for sure!

We’ve stayed at several City Side Lofts units. This one is our new favorite. Probably spent more time on the deck than inside. Dog friendly is a plus.

Me, my wife and two toddlers really enjoyed our stay. The property seemed pretty new, the parking spot was clutch, the private rooftop was relaxing and the hot tub was an added bonus. I was also happy that we had a fully furnished kitchen (with tableware included). It’s not located in the middle of the action but the main Front Street strip was about a 15 minute walk even with a double stroller (you can walk straight down Front Street or cut through a residential area). Overall, very happy with this family friendly stay and would highly recommend!

The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. We loved our attached patio. The location was close to downtown Traverse City. One thing to know is that there is not an elevator in the condo complex.

Great condo with rooftop sitting space, clean, do friendly. Walking distance to Front street if summer (about a mile)! Would highly recommend

July visit
Last year I stayed in another apartment in the same complex. I felt like that apartment was set up a little nicer than this one. The addition of the connected balcony wasn't used as much as I thought it would be. If you want more privacy, I would book an apartment without the balcony.

Great location, easy booking/check in process, property manager checked in a couple of times just to make sure everything was ok which was very nice, clean, cute, there was nothing that I needed that was not already there cooking/appliance wise, perfect for a getaway!

My stay at CitySide Lofts was wonderful! The location was great! The loft was incredibly clean and very well stocked. Riley, our host, was helpful, patient and professional. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice place, close to Downtown
The place we rented was nice and had a rooftop patio. It is located on a very busy street so it can be noisy at night in the front bedroom. Ear plugs were provided. We didn't mind the two flights of stairs but some might find them difficult. We enjoyed our weekend at the City Loft and would recommend them to others.
