Excellent location, within 2-3 mins to all good trucks and restaurants. Within 3-4 mins drive to all the beaches. You won’t find a studio anywhere which is affordable and is at the right location. Cloy is definitely an amazing host.

Cloy's spot is perfectly situated at the center of Kihei, well within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches, and more. The room is minimal but perfect for a couple who is going to spend most of their time enjoying the island (as you should!). The AC was a huge bonus that helped us sleep comfortably in the evenings. Parking was plentiful and secure at night. Overall, we would love to stay at Cloy's place every time we come to Maui!

My girlfriend and I loved this studio. We stayed for 6 nights and used it as a base to explore the island, before spending a few days on a resort. It is definitely small, but it comes very well equipped (beach chairs, umbrella and towels were super useful, we used them everyday!) and you can't beat the location (walking distance to many food options, including this huge food truck park). Parking was super easy and property felt very safe. Cloy is also really nice and communication with him was very easy. Highly recommend this place, would definitely stay again. It was also one of the cheapest options for staying in Kihei.

This Vrbo was exceptional and conveniently situated a short distance from the beach. The surrounding area had an array of interesting activities and sites. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place was appreciated. Overall, it’s a wonderful choice for a stay in Maui.

Great location. Next to the beach, shops, restaurants and all the foodtrucks. Pool was a nice bonus. The apartement was nice, clean and quiet. It was also verry nice to meet our host. To bad i can only give 5 stars because a 9 or 10 would be better :)

We loved our stay in Kihei. The room was very clean upon arrival. Checkin was as described and there were no problems. The room is a great size for a short stay. We used the pool and beach gear too and loved that it was available. It was very quiet at night which made sleeping easy. The bed was quite comfortable. The air conditioner was a bit noisy so we used the fan instead and that kept the room just right. Thank you for our wonderful stay in Maui!

Perfect location, walkable to beach park across the street, open-air market plus grocery store; just right for single traveler, everything I could want for a 5-day stay was in the unit. Met Cloy a number of times in the parking lot, we share a few passions. Thanks for everything, including discount offered for construction noise.

We found this studio to be well stocked with many things that guests might need but would not be able to pack along with them. The location is in walking distance of many restaurants and the ocean front. It was comfortable and clean!

I’m not one to write reviews, but I have to give a shout out to Cloy for his studio. I was extra happy upon arrival that there was water stocked in the fridge and ice in the freezer. The bed was clean and came with a soft blanket. Plus there’s extra beach equipment in the closet (chairs, towels, umbrellas, cooler, etc), which I didn’t end up using but it’s nice to have available if needed. I appreciate Cloy for reaching out during my stay, making sure everything went well. Personally, this little studio was more than enough for a solo trip. After a full day of exploring, all I needed was a place to shower and sleep. The location of this building is central to everything. Downstairs there’s a convenience store which I often went to for drinks and snacks. Plus there’s other small shops on the ground floor. Next to the building there’s an alleyway of food trucks, highly recommended checking out the wide selection of eats and treats. Walk across the street to the beach/park at sunrise and catch the sea turtles up on the rocks. Coming from a person who loves walking, everything is in walking distance. Great night life as well. Overall my first trip to Maui was amazing, and I can’t wait to come back and stay here again in the future. Mahalo Cloy

Comfortable, Convenient and Cost Effective. Good place to stay.

Small studio, no balcony. But great big upgraded shower! Great location, close to nice beaches! Good restaurants near by. Went to Ulua Beach, where was nice big waves to jump on. The host was very good to us, let us check in at 12, and check out at 12! We stayed here for 4 nights only, to finish off our vacation, because we stayed 7 nights in Lahaina, before this. The AC unit was very loud, couldn't sleep, so i opened window and turned on fan on slow, then was better. The pillows were great and soft! And the bed was comfortable, but little bit small for our liking. Overall was good. Across the street there is ocean where people learning to ride on waves, but there is no beach to swim. You have to drive 3-5 minutes to the beach. We enjoyed watching sunsets and swimming at Keawakapu Beach and Kamaole Beach I, II, III!

I really enjoyed my stay at Cloy’s place. I traveled solo and found the unit to be a great size and everything I needed to get my vacation started was supplied. He left a starter pack of local Maui coffee and two bottles of water in the fridge. The fridge was a great size to hold different drinks and left overs. Then there was a microwave to reheat food. The bathroom was spacious and well supplied also. There is a small hall way going into the bathroom, I was able to store my large suitcase there while on vacation. The A/C worked well and this is just a great location to get to everything by just walking! Thank you, Cloy. I would definitely come stay again.

Cloy has a great setup in Kihei. It was very convient that he had beach chairs, beach mats and sun umbrella for us to use at the beach. The cooler and freezer pack were also great to use. The shower was large and the bed was comfy. This condo is in a great location to walk to a park across street for sunset. Also, many good restaurants in walking distance. The room had an AC unit, which was great to have at night. AC was really noisy the first night. But, I used his vacuum to clean out the dust from the air intake slots on the sides. This cut the noise by about half. I told Cloy he should provide earplugs for guests to sleep. He was very responsive to all messages. Overall, I'd definitely recommend his place on Maui. Great value for the price, compared to other options

I will begin by saying that this studio is in the perfect location, within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, parks, and food trucks. Cloy, the host, has been amazing since we booked this place until we checked out. He did surprise us with free vouchers for a hula show that took place in the South Maui Gardens which is a 2-minute walk from the property. The fact that the studio provided a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella, was a huge plus for us. We never had to think about renting anything for a beach day, or a picnic, Cloy provided everything. We had an amazing stay!

We took advantage inexpensive flights to head to the beach! Everyone was thankful we came to help support economy.

This was such a nice little spot for me and my wife on our honeymoon! It was a GREAT location, right next to the beach and by a lot of great food options! We enjoyed our stay greatly and Cloy was a huge part in that. He is great with communication and even asked around to help us find a spot for the night after the airline switched up our travel plans! Fantastic place overall and wonderful guy to work with!

My husband and I enjoyed our time in Kihei because of Cloy. The beach chairs and umbrella he provided were used daily. In the unit, the renovated bathroom led to refreshing showers and the best start to our days of adventure!

The studio rented for the week was ideally located, by the sea, close to small shops and restaurants. very pleasant to go out to eat or have a drink after a day spent visiting the island. Very clean and functional. Cloy sent us all the necessary information before our arrival and answered our questions very quickly during the week.

About The Host: Cloy was a wonderful host who always messaged me right away. When we had issues with checking in, Cloy met us in person and provided us with a different check in number. He asked when we were leaving to give us a heads up about the airport and how busy it would be during a specific time frame. He asked how we were doing and was very polite. About The Place: Small place perfect for two people. If you’re looking for a place that is reasonable in price, location (walking distance to food truck, beach, park, etc.), and clean, this is the place for you. Additionally, the stores and food places close at 9PM vs in other locations, restaurants close at 8PM. You have access to a TV with cable/ on demand, mini fridge with freezer, microwave and utensils/ plates/ cups as well as AC. My husband and I would absolutely come back to the exact place again. Highly recommend!

Cloy's studio was excellent and had so many little amenities that made our stay so wonderful. Highlights include beach chairs, beach umbrella, tupperwares (!), plates, knives, etc. This is a great place to stay if you're looking to explore most of the day and come back to a nice studio to shower, sleep, relax. In addition, this area around Kihei is super great for that small-town feeling; lots of food everywhere with a little night-life without being overwhelming and has a really cool park right across the street! Although do be warned - there are a few homeless folks there. Overall Cloy was an excellent host and super responsive! Hope to have a chance to return! Thanks Cloy!

Cloy was an awesome host. Easy to communicate with and everything was exactly as described. This was a perfect place to stay if you plan to be out and about most of the day. Located in a great location within walking distance of anything you could want. We traveled all over Maui and found most of the best food spots were right in this area! Will definitely be staying here again.

Studio was very comfortable for our stay. Studio was clean and well equipped. Property owner, Cloy is great and provided good communications. Having the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler to use were fantastic for time outside and we were grateful to have them for our use. Property is in a great location across from park/beach, walking distance to grocery and many restaurants, including Kihei food truck court. Property was perfect for our style of being out adventuring all day and having a comfortable place to return to in the evenings. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay for single individuals or couples. The unit is well stocked with items you might need and the bathroom looks like it was recently remodeled. Perfect location close to shops, some amazing restaurants, nightlife/bars, and right across the street from the beach!
