Too much of dust Parking have to paid Towel very dust

Bed is comfortable.

Have to pay for parking. No concession or complimentary.. Should have a night light as room has no windows. Almost total darkness when lights are switched off.

Counter only open at certain hour, meaning some of the time, the counter is empty

the staff is friendly and remember me from last visit. She even follow up with me on my issue in last stay.

Location convenient

Rooms not soundproof, could hear neighbouring room conversation. No door latch TV channels were not working, was asked to watch movies on usb but also did not work Room too small

No staff at the counter. Not attentive. Unable to get refund for the deposit.

Newly furbish cosy hotel room with cool aircond . Great hospitality bg counter service receptionist. Very friendly and helpful person even when we are having difficulties and need to late check in. Also, basement parking was spacious.

The room quite spacious and comfy.

no clean as my expectation. got cockroach in my room.
