We really enjoyed our stay, property was spacious and in a fantastic location with incredible waterfront views. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to ensure we had a seamless experience. Only slight disappointment was the hot tub was closed.

The location was convenient. Place was spacious for 3 people, and clean. Nice views. Equipped with all of the essentials you may need during your stay. On site secure parking. Beds were comfortable.

Perfect location. Can walk to everything. Restaurants and grocery store right outside the door. Beautiful decor and comfy beds. Air conditioning units in each living space made it very pleasant on the hot days. Parking garage was a real plus! And the pool was great. Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment works well for two couples or a family of 3 or 4. Great location in the heart of downtown, easy walk to ferries, Space Needle and lots of restaurants. And there is convenient parking in the secure garage. The only negative concerns the stand alone AC units in the living room and bedrooms: the units are vented through the sliding glass doors in a way that prevents the doors from making a tight seal when closed. A better arrangement would improve sound insulation.

This is a great spot in the pictures are very accurate! The owner/manager was super responsive and very helpful and check in. A great stay!

This rental provided plenty of space for my family. The proximity of the condo to Pike’s Place, the Space Needle, and other attractions was great. My children enjoyed playing Uno and other games that were available in the rental. It was very hot during our stay so the AC units were appreciated. That being said, it was definitely not a great area. We felt safe during the day but would not walk the streets near the condo at night. There were several nightclubs nearby and a large homeless population. Many people seemed to congregate across the street from the condo every night. It was very loud and difficult to sleep. Although there were many amenities in the condo, many basics were missing. For example, there was no laundry detergent or pool towels. We had to use our individual bath towels at the pool and go out to buy laundry detergent to wash them so we could use again for our showers. Although the condo was definitely surface cleaned, there was a lot of dust on moldings, spice rack, and other areas other than countertops. I have a severe dust allergy so this may have bothered me more than others. Refrigerator shelves also were not clean. I had to spend time cleaning upon our arrival. Check in process was very easy. Owner and employee were very nice. If you have a car to drive at night and are a heavy sleeper, the condo may be fine for you.
