Derreck est tres sympathique, attentionné et pleins de bon conseils pour Galway. La chambre était spacieuse, le lit très confortable et bien isolée niveau bruit. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et copieux!

Bathrooms are a bit small. My husband is offensive tackle size, so just for perspective. Traffic in Galway is difficult!

The host was outstandingly kind and helpful - and his dad is a sweetheart! The breakfast was very generous and delicious, with a charming view of the seaside. This bed and breakfast is family-run and you can tell by the warmth and laid back, hospitable atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend this place!!!

Nous avons eu une chambre avec salle de bains de l'autre côté du couloir, ce n'est pas très pratique. Ce n'est pas le cas de toutes les chambres.

Great host. Great recommendations for places to dine at and for sightseeing. The ‘his and her’ teddy bears on the beds added a cute touch to our welcome.

Derek is a wonderful and friendly host. We enjoyed talking with him and glad we got to meet his father, too! The BnB is beautiful inside and out! Our room and bathroom were very clean. We sat at a table in the breakfast area where we could view the beauty outside. Breakfast was fantastic! Chose from a menu the night before and it was cooked to order. Also, a nice selection on the continental bar. Some delicious yogurt! I loved seeing the name Connolly on the plaque outside the door. That's my maiden name. A relative who has done genealogy for our family said Galway county was our area. Wonder if we are related 😊

Our room was very lovely but the bathroom was kind of tight. It is a great use of space to fit in the toilet, sink, and shower stall in a kind of closet type area. Not sure we would have been comfortable with it for multiple days but for our one night stay, it was doable.

Really nice owners who went out of their way to make your stay as good as possible.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Seacrest and Derek (the host)! This was my first experience with a B&B in Ireland, and Derek set the bar extremely high. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel like you’re visiting a friend. Derek and his father are so warm and inviting and eager to accommodate your needs. The Seacrest has beautiful views of the beach, comfortable rooms, and an incredible breakfast menu. Derek has great suggestions for things to do around Galway and restaurants to try during your stay. Derek’s a great conversationalist and wants to make you feel like you’re at home. My mom and I were only at Seacrest for a couple of days, but we were sad to say our good-byes for the next leg of our journey. When you think about a B&B in Ireland, the Seacrest is exactly what you imagine - a beautiful landscape, wonderful breakfast, and an amazing host!

Finding the location.

Superb. This was the best property of our holiday. The host is extremely welcoming. . A very warm welcome. A truly beautiful home. The rooms are lovely and are spotlessly clean.

Every room states ensuite, but in fact the room we booked had a large bathroom (private for our use only) but it was across the hallway so not technically an ensuite. This was not clear when we booked. Host provided bathrobes but just be aware.

I chose Seacrest as I needed a room for the night. The location is rural and stunning views. There was great choice for the breakfast and if anything there was too much food for me! As a solo traveller I would stay here again.

I found the ensuite tight in space but it was perfect otherwise.

The host was extremely helpful and went over and beyond to make you feel at home. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained and we were able to sit on the patio in the afternoon and enjoy the view.

Great place to stay and you can sit outside with views to Galway Bay. Only a short drive to the city centre. The host is excellent. He assists you in where to park in the city centre and places to visit and eat. Enjoyed our stay.

Derek and his father Noel made us feel exceptionally welcome and provided us with useful local information. The attention to detail in the room and the breakfast was exceptional with so many choices. Their garden was beautiful.

Great location, only 10 mins drive from Galway, owner was super nice who gave us a lot of local knowledge & recommendations, we will def come back again! Tasty breakfast too!
