这次订的是九层的海景房，景色相当赞，比前两天订的二层的环境好很多，很赞

预定的时候要看清是哪一套海景房，因为有好几间不同的

Location, cleanliness and amenities

The shower is not really shower, but still livable.

Clear instructions on how to access the property, the security of the property, car park lots allocated for us, cleanliness of the apartment. As we were a group of 11 people, this property was perfect for us. Lots of bedrooms and beds! The beds were comforatable too! Access to Imago shopping mall was easy..at least we didn't have to worry about the traffic when going to Imago as we were literally in the same building! Internet wifi was great. Love that each room has a bathroom attached, so no queuing or fighting for the bathroom. Towels were provided and they were clean. Each bathroom was provided with body wash and hair shampoo (lovely smell too!). The kitchenette was provided with clean bowls, plates and cutlery. So good!

The traffic jam around the Imago shopping area especially during holiday or peak season is really jam-packed! The refrigerator had a lingering durian smell, though we were ok with it, but this may not be so for guests who do not like the smell of durian.

A proper cleaning in all rooms should be done including at the back of the headboard of the bed.

1. The 1st day we were about to pick up our keys from the locker, the security was not cooperative to open the locker room for us despite the instruction given by the owner told us to approach the security nearby to open the door for us. So we contacted the owner & had to wait for her to open for us. 2. Upon entering our accomodation, the first thing i noticed was the sliding door in one of the rooms was not fully shut. The door mechanism was clearly broken & the only effort they made was keeping it together using sellotape!!?? Took a photo & sent it to the owner & what a shame that they couldnt do anything about it. We could clearly hear the car noises from outside during bedtime because of the poor door condition. 3. The drainage system in the bathroom was almost fully blocked. Few minutes while taking shower, the bath floor was already filled with water and almost flood the whole bathroom. 4. The access from our accomodation to the carpark was tedious as there’s only one dedicated lift to go to. Everytime we pressed the button, the other lift (non-carpark lift) will always open instead of the carpark one. So had to play around with the buttons until the carpark lift open up.
