They scammed me. The keys were in the door OUTSIDE open to the public. We checked in, but the heating was not working. The thermostat shows a WARNING. it was freezing. I called the manager, he told me they cannot fix it because the maintenance guy is not there. We agreed that we leave and request a refund. He said "Okay, request it through booking.com" We left immediately. Now the hotel manager refuses to refund. Booking.com support says they cannot refund as the property owner refuses to answer.

It was difficult to locate the elevator. The entrance door blind and curtain were damaged leaving us with zero privacy in the room. The hosts literally refused to do anything about it.

Very quiet neighbourhood and good facilities. It is a 15min walk from the apartment to the free ferry to get into central Amsterdam

You CAN'T take the lift from 0 floor!!! I don't know why, if there's a lift there, and it works perfectly fine - why make your guests going those narrow stairs up and down? The sink in the bathroom was clogged. The bed was made of 2 separate mattresses, without the top one. They drifted apart all the time. When it rains, the water comes inside through the door's corner Floors were dirty, they didn't washed them between me and the previous guest (white socks don't lie) Window blinds and curtains were very dusty and in the stains which origine I tried not to think of. No drying rack and detergent, despite there was a washing machine Only one dishwasher brick

The property was recently built (in 2022) with modern amenities & fixtures. Apartment was well cleaned & spacious for a small family. Bus stop was pretty near & you may easily get a bus for the central station after every 15 minutes which is the main area for all activities like dinning, excursions etc.

Bedroom had mosquitos & property needs fumigation, we had discomfort at night. Apartment is located in a relatively new area which is under development & no grocery stores were around. We couldn't even find a place where we could buy drinking water bottles.

The. Daiken central heating system played up and was going full blast throughout the entire place which was extremely loud and disruptive. It automatically turned on during the night and would stay on for hours. When I notified the manager I got a slow response and by the time they’d got someone to come look at it we were checking out. The check-in instructions also stated a lift would be available but it wasn’t working from ground floor so we had to carry our bags up 2 sets of very steep stairs. It only worked if you were going down. We did not enjoy our stay!

The location was good and only 10 minutes away from Amsterdam Central.

The door was a little stiff to open at times so we did get locked out for like 30 minutes but when messaging the property for help they got back really fast.

I liked the courtyard. The beds were comfortable. I found that there was excellent showering facilities and that we were in a great location to easily either walk/ferry to centrall or bus :)

I would like a little a welcome pack /personal touch with recommendations. Extra key would be good!

New building, quite and clean.

Not prepared for 4 persons: the sofa was not adequated for 2 people; 4 big towells but only one face towel; No spare garbage bags; Not a single kitchen towel;if you want to cook- Limited kitchen accesories.

It is very close to the central station

There is no air conditioner in the room, it is very hot in the summer. Besides, there is some construction noise in the morning around 8 am.

Cozy, very comfortable position. Many appliances and curly friendly (there was a diffuser to dry your hair)

The curtains didn't cover the whole window and the bathroom didn't have a door (only the toilet did) so free show for our neighbors. Big NO

The apartment itself was really nice well looked after and good value for money the bed was so comfortable I slept really well the whole time I was there.

Had a problem with the draining of the shower but was fixed the next day for some reason there was no batteries in the appliances e.g. remote which I found odd but not sure if that's normal and found left over clothes in the washing machine and cooker/microwave hadn't been cleaned but it did not effect my stay at the property these are just things I noticed.

sadly the area is one huge building site and there was a lot of dust and it was very difficult to get to. i think this should have been made clear on the booking at this time so we could have decided if we still wanted to book in that area.

The cleanliness

When people travel they have heavy luggage, in your appointment there is no lift at the same time the steps are very steep.

Nice apartment

Too crowded for 4 people. Only 2 chairs at table. There were several minor repairs needed: drapes were coming off one corner, sink barely drained, faucet and toilet seat loose. But the most frustrating was the property not answering my emails. And when we got there the code so I called and the manager was very rude, telling me the code was sent. I told him my name and I had filled out the form with my passport number, etc. He finally gave us the code to get in.

Modern appartment for a short stay

Sheets for sleeping sofa were missing for 2 nights out of 3! (appartement was booked for 2 adults and 2 teenagers)

the location is not too far from Amsterdam Centraal, but far enough to not be noisy or busy

there was no bathroom door separating. A little inconvenient for more than 2 guests staying

Everything was really clean and stylish. You can find in the apartment everything you would need. Also, the location is in quite new area with an interesting architecture.

In out apartment there was no door in the bathroom, so take a look while booking it.

Ground floor lift door locked on arrival. Extremely steep stairs to gain access to the second floor, particularly carrying heavy bags. Crockery chipped, no dishwashing powder. No door to the bathroom for those who like a bit of privacy. A good 25 minute walk to the free ferry to central station
