Gathering Home with Game Room

Overall the house and neighborhood were nice. However a couple things that you may or not see from pictures and the write-up. One of the upstairs beds isn’t a bed but an air mattress. There’s not air conditioning in the house which most don’t in the area but there was just two fans and one of them was a cheap box fan that was super noisy. There was no toilet paper in the house but the owner ordered some and it was delivered a few hours later. There’s a power strip hanging from the wall, duct tape over an electrical outlet. One of the toilets would leak water when you flush it, the master shower doesn’t drain fast enough to keep from pooling up, just a lot of small things that add up to where it was fine but wouldn’t stay there again.

Our family is from all over the country so we decided to stay in a place where we could all be together rather than in individual hotel rooms. This place was perfect and had something for everyone. Plenty of rooms, activities, a good sized yard, a very nice neighborhood, accommodated young children and was close to a lot of activities. Would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best homes we have rented. Immaculately clean, inviting, fun things for the kids to do and close to everything you need when visiting the Provo/Orem area. The home accommodated our extended family while we were in town for a wedding. Couldn't recommend it more!

4 dads & 5 basketball players thought it was a great place, overall. Great location, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights before booking was the game room. Unfortunately, none of the games worked.

This beautiful, comfortable home was the perfect home base for us and other out of town family members attending our son's wedding in the Orem temple. We stay in quite a few vacation rentals. This one was top notch!! The back yard and game room were a big hit with the kids. The kitchen/dining/family room was perfect for adults to hang out and eat while the kids were otherwise entertained. All the beds were quality and very comfortable. The home is tastefully updated and the location very handy to anything in the Provo/Orem area. We would totally stay here again! Notes: There was not an overabundance of TP or pots and pans, put we made due just fine:)

The home had enough room for all five of our children and their partners and a grandkid. Lots of fun inside and out to keep everyone busy and a great location. Owner was responsive and resolved any questions or issues right away. We would absolutely stay here again!

We were in town for a family reunion and we were going to have two families in the house. The basement has 3 bed and bathroom and upstairs had 3 bed and 2 bathrooms. It worked out perfectly to have it split up this way for our group. Highly recommend it - especially with teenage kids.

We loved staying in this home. The house is decorated beautifully and lives comfortably. It is a very quiet house with plenty of comfortable beds. The game room was a huge hit with our kids and the backyard was a great place to play as well.
Home owner was helpful and responsive.

This property met our needs perfectly. At first we thought it would be too far from BYU, but with where we were we were able to access BYU campus in minutes.

We had a great experience and Tyler was quick to respond to my questions. We loved the ping pong table and backyard for a family dinner. We would definitely come back!
