We just had an amazing stay at Villa Moana on Maui! We were welcomed with a beautiful flower arrangement and two baskets of Hawaiian goodies. We arrived to an absolutely beautiful, very clean home with the most amazing view. House comes with its own beach! I have never seen a VRBO so complete with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had every appliance you could want and more including a wonderful array of spices. There were 16 of us, and we fit perfectly and comfortably. We loved having everything from beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, life jackets and even lots of sand toys. There was a big yard that my 8 grandkids played kick ball, croquet and baseball. Even the adults got involved! We all especially loved the Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles who came up each night to rest on the beach only to leave at 5:15 am the next morning. We all enjoyed this daily. What a thrill! Wyatt has paid every attention and detail into making this an exceptional VRBO. He was prompt in answering any questions we had before our trip, and made sure we knew he was there for us for anything that came up. We definitely recommend this home on your visit to Maui. This was the most incredible house to stay in for our big family vacation. Not one detail was missed in what was provided for our comfort and convenience. The quality of the layout, furnishings and what was provided was just excellent. The property manager and team made sure of our comfort. The welcome package was a big plus. This place is amazing. There were ten of us and I rented the entire unit. I loved being in an actual neighborhood vs a resort area. We watched whales breaching and turtles from the backyard. The house was very well stocked. Anything we could think of was already there. Wyatt was helpful answering any questions we had. When I come back to Maui I will definitely try and stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Moana. Every need has been taken into consideration, LOTS of towels (a must in Hawaii), spa robes, high quality bath products, cleaning supplies, beach equipment, etc. etc. etc. It is by far the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. We visited as a large family group for my father's 80th birthday, and it was wonderful. We did early morning paddle boarding, family yoga on the lawn, snorkeling, enjoyed lawn games in the beautiful yard, took long walks on the beach, even got a little tennis in at the nearby park. It is in a very convenient location - close to stores and restaurants. Wyatt was amazing and incredibly responsive to anything we needed and we so appreciated the attention to detail in the house. It was a perfect place - everyone had space to relax and have quiet time (reading, remote work etc) but there were perfect gathering places for our large group to play games, share meals, play music together and make memories. We hope to be back when mom turns 80 in a couple of years! Our 20 something kids are already talking about it! Mahalo and much aloha to Wyatt for making it dad's "most memorable birthday yet!"!

The location was perfect for us ... on the beach and yet quiet. The house was supplied with everything that we needed; and ev everyone had their own separate space. We could not have asked for a more beautiful place for the family to gather.

The property and location were perfect for our gathering, as we had grandparents and two families with one young adult and 4 teenagers between them. The grandparents stayed in the studio suite while one family occupied the upper unit and the other the lower one. Everyone had their own room. This allowed each person to have his or her own space, but also allowed the family to spend great quality time together. We enjoyed the games, access to the beach and turtle watching, and being close to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Wyatt is the perfect host. We can’t say enough about him. He was most gracious, provided virtually everything needed to make for a great stay, and was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The property itself is very clean and the ambience most certainly will put you in a relaxed state of mind. Overall, our family was able to create fantastic memories and forever will cherish our time at Villa Moana. Thank you Wyatt for your unparalleled hospitality. Our family is most grateful.

Wyatt was incredible during the whole process from booking to check-in. He was extremely open on communication and ensured our stay was incredible - he was extremely helpful and flexible when it came to our check-in and check-out since we had our infant son with us that couldn't miss his nap times. The villa itself is beautiful, the views are stunning to wake up to every morning. The access to the beach to see sea turtles every night was so much fun, the kids absolutely loved it. The villa has everything you need and with separate areas it really helped with insulating sound for when our baby had to sleep. Overall it was a very memorable experience and we'd definitely stay here again next time we're in Maui. Thank you Wyatt!

Villa Moana was the perfect house for our family vacation! We loved the house setup & the house was very clean. It’s on a quiet street but we loved the location. Easy access to beaches, restaurants, coffee shops & other parts of Maui. Wyatt & his team were very accommodating!

This home was beautiful and ideal for our family of 17 (11 adults and 6 children, ages 1 to 7). We had plenty of space to be together and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for privacy. Our stay was perfect! The house is as described. Plenty of room and clean. Sunsets from the upstairs lanai were spectacular. Wyatt was quick to respond to any request. Everything we wanted was there – extensive kitchen equipment, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling stuff, beach towels, etc. We will definitely stay here again!!!

We will treasure our family memories of gathering around the expansive dining table on the lanai with 180 degree ocean and sunset views. The pictures on the listing are beautiful and accurate, but somehow also don’t capture the magic and majesty of the property! Too many benefits to mention, but included: beach and snorkel gear, a well appointed kitchen (and glassware for a serious party!), flexible living spaces for mixed travel groups (we had the kids and grandparents downstairs, as they all requested), secure parking, lawn games and lounge chairs, a game cupboard that made this board-game fanatic proud, close proximity to grocery stores and yummy restaurants. Let me be clear-we adored this house and tried not to ever leave it because it was so incredible, but the beach in front is best for viewing, due to rocky bottom and sea urchins (hey, they were here first!) we’d recommend a little walk up or down the beach for swimming . This beautiful oceanfront location is not immune to the current challenges of unsheltered people on nearby public beaches (as is the case all over Hawaii). It wasn’t a problem for us, but the more discerning high-end traveler (which we were certainly not) should know this is a residential neighborhood with mixed housing and not a bright and shiny resort area. I’ll take the privacy and location over a resort every time, personally. But in summary, Villa Moana is the stuff of dreams, and if it were in the budget I would be here every. Single. Year. We had a pretty big family group that flew into Maui for my Dad's surprise 70th birthday. From the moment we booked online this beautiful home everything was smooth sailing. When we arrived to the house Scott was there ready to welcome us. He gave me a tour of the whole property and I kid you not they thought of everything!! We loved the home, we loved the property. We couldn't have picked a better place for our family to stay. Scott and Wyatt went above and beyond our expectations. The only thing that kind of put a damper on our stay was their neighbor. They have a 9pm quiet time and when they say quiet time they mean NO NOISE outside. They have this beautiful deck upstairs that we all loved and the breeze from the ocean was amazing...it was the best setting for our family to visited and catch up. But as soon as 8:45pm came around we were ushering people in the house so that we can close the sliding doors before the neighbor called the cops (which he did on us our first night). Our family doesn't party (alcohol, drugs, etc) we just love to talk, laugh, and sing. We had toddler's/babies and of course they were running around screaming and crying. We did that after 9pm on the deck our first night and the neighbor called the cops and we were asked to check out the next day. Luckily after begging Wyatt and promising him that it won't happen again...he let us continue our stay. After that first night and all that happened we really felt like we had to walk on egg shells so that we wouldn't get kicked out. So quiet time after 9am really means....NO NOISE NO NOTHING outside after 9pm. Other then the neighbor and the no noise after 9pm....Villa Moana Maui is definitely a piece of heaven on earth.

This property was perfect for our two families with teens. The location could not be better and they thought of, and provided, EVERYTHING we might possibly need. We had an amazing time at Villa Moana and would definitely come back!

The Villa Moana exceeded our expectations. The home is absolutely gorgeous and has everything and more we needed or wanted. All 16 of us LOVED it!!! We would love to come back again!!

We brought our 5 kids, their spouses and 4 grandchildren...all asked to stay another week and a return trip. House had anything you could possibly need and more. The view could not have been better and the walk to the beach to see the sea turtles each morning and evening was phenomenal. The owners and concierge handled any and all questions immediately and could not have been more accommodating if they tried. Definitely would recommend and if we return to Maui it will be to this house! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Absolutely perfect

Within minutes of arriving, from the lanai we could see whales breaching! The house was ideal in every way! Absolutely the best stocked house we've ever stayed in! Even outdoor activity items are provided--fins, snorkels, masks, boogie boards, beach chairs, many beach toys. My grandchildren were thrilled seeing the very large turtles come up to the shore every night! We stayed in Kaanapali last time. The weather is sunnier and warmer here in Kihei in the winter months which we really appreciated.

WOW - THE VIEWS, THE LOCATION, THE HOUSE! From the moment we arrived every detail was taken care of, form the welcome baskets, to the guided house tour with Scott, to the breathtaking views..... what a fantastic way for our group to celebrate my 50th Birthday! The location on the beach, with all the equipment to use on the beach, to the turtles that visited each night, it was all AMAZING! The house layout, kitchen and bathrooms had everything you could ever need! Renting the whole house was just perfect for our group, we were together but had space and privacy! This will be a place we will certainly return too! Wyatt was so easy to work with from booking to checkout, the Concierge to help with all our plans and Scott to help while we were there - this was a VIP experience - this is a must stay destination on anyone's Bucket List!!

I am not even sure where to begin. Everything was perfect. I mean everything. Scott and Wyatt were amazing hosts. The villa is beautiful, amazingly equipped, and perfectly located. The sunsets from the deck are to die for. We had 18 guests. 12 adults and 6 kids. It was perfect for all of us. Scott was very helpful with finding activities, shopping, hikes, beaches, etc. He was very responsive. I wish we could stay for another week. We will be back with no question. Thanks for the amazing memories.

This place was incredible. Everything was perfect. The location right next to the beach, the beautifully finished house and amenities and the conceirge service from the staff. It was more like staying at a friend's place (and one with excellent taste) than your typical VRBO rental. Wyatt and Scott were also incredible hosts who thought of every last detail. They 100% delivered on everything we asked for and went well beyond the ordinary. For example, we had some board game fans in our group. I mentioned this to Wyatt and the next day there were 10 board games that arrived, which were perfect for the late evenings. I hope we are all so lucky as to stay here again. This was the best HomeAway property I've experienced in more than a decade of using the service.

We rented the whole villa for an adult party of 13 for my 40th birthday. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the property itself... the amenities, the location, the views from every room — simply spectacular. The game changer, though, is the service. The owners are very communicative & will go WAY out of their way to make sure your stay is the best rental experience of your life. As a vacation rental veteran, I can assure you that you won’t find better in Maui (or probably anywhere). Thanks, guys!!
