We were there for Bike Week. Location and neighborhood was awesome! The owner was great. She was very prompt with answers to my many inquiries. Good experience.!

The property owner was amazing to work with during the entire process. She was very responsive and gave me a peace of mind when renting. The house is exactly as pictured. It is actually more spacious than you think. Having multiple decks on each floor was another plus to this house. We spent more time outside then inside. The house came with a fully stocked kitchen and also had a wine fridge, kurig, and many other amenities. The owner also provided towels, linens, & beach accessions (chairs & wagon). This was an awesome benefit and allowed us to travel lighter. The community this property is located in is also amazing. We enjoyed our time at the pool and late night music down at the restaurant. The only downside to the community is guest parking. We had a few family members staying local, parking is none exinsistant. The only option is purchasing a $70 parking pass or parking outside of the community. The community is within walking distance to many of ocean cities night life and dinner options. I would recommend this house to any families looking for a space.

Nice, well stocked house with many perks provided. We loved the screened porch in addition to several balconies to enjoy the breeze. The beds were comfy with lots of white linen, blankets and pillows provided. Maree was also very responsive to our requests. Will definitely stay again!

Super friendly owner, great property. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch off the kitchen all lit up at night. So relaxing.

We very much enjoyed staying at Marees property. Kitchen was fully stocked with nice quality items, beds were comfy, plenty of places to sit and hangout inside and outside of this property. Sunset Island is a very nice community with tons of things to do. We will book with Maree next time we stay at Sunset Island!
