Outstanding property! We had a wonderful stay!

Loves staying at this plce. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, just what you need when traveling with friends. Location was pretty nice and host was responsive and considerate related to early check in and late check out

A lovely quiet area and a very relaxing well kept property to return to, will book again when we return to Venice.

Perfect location & flat

Excellent property for 6 adults and 1 child. 5-10min walk to 2 different vaporetto stations. Property was as described. 3 floors. very clean and had all amenities that we needed. many cafes and restaurants in the area. would definitely recommend it

This location was exactly what we needed. Close to water transportation and plenty of local places to visit and see. We had 4 adults all in the same family. Our stay and the accommodations were beautiful. You should mention for older folks there are stairs. However we had no problems negotiating them. Our host was the BEST!!!! She was helpful everyday in everyway. We highly recommend this acommodation.

Property was as promised. Good location close to most everything and still in a little less touristy part of the city.

We travel to Venice almost every year and have do so for many many years. We usually rent an apartment. We missed '20 and '21 because of covid. When we looked to go this year the places we stayed at in the past were not available so we tried VRBO with Irene Graziano. We had six people and the house was very comfortable for all of us and we all had our private space but we're able to gather for breakfast in the kitchen each morning and relax together in the living room each evening after taking in all the wonders of this unique and magnificent city. The house is close to the S.Basilio vaporetto stop which is easily reached from the parking garage or the train station. There are many good restaurants nearby and there is a nice new Conad supermarket just by the vaporetto stop. We arrived somewhat early but Irene was able to let us drop our luggage while they cleaned for our stay. We took a walk and went for lunch. By the time we returned the house was all set for us. I hope Irene keeps this property on the rental market as we would like to return next year!
