This is the second time I have returned to Nha Trang for my business trip. As someone who comes here to work, I prioritize choosing hotels that are quiet and have good service and, above all, an affordable price. Boutik Cham caught my eye among hundreds of other hotels in Nha Trang. The rating of this hotel is 9.3, which is a very high score and also has many very positive reviews. When I came to experience the service, I was very satisfied because I did not choose the wrong place. The hotel is newly built and operating from 2022, everything is very new, located near VinPearl area, Hon Tam Port in an urban area called An Vien. The surrounding space is very quiet, maybe this is an urban area isolated from the city center. For me, Boutik Cham is more suitable for families on vacation who don't like the hustle and bustle of the city center. However, the street has a minus point, perhaps because after the epidemic, there are still quite a few unfinished projects in the area. The hotel is quite small and pretty, with a unique design and bold Champa culture, including a restaurant serving 3 meals, a very chill swimming pool and Koi fish pond, and the staff are all enthusiastic and hospitable young people. . The room space has a classic Indochine style, the interior is quite high-class. The price I booked was 550,000 for 1 night and included breakfast. The food served has a strong Vietnamese flavor, and the Head Chef is very cheerful and sociable. Menu is written in 3 languages: English, Vietnamese, Russian. The food is meticulously prepared and rich in traditional flavors that I find few hotels can do. After all, I spent 3 hours resting and working here, the atmosphere was wonderful, I was served and experienced like I was in my own home.

Khách sạn derco rất có gu, và tinh tế, từ hộp giấy ăn cho tới chỗ để đồ cá nhân, khu vực ăn sáng hồ bơi nhìn rất sang trọng so với tầm giá. Mình thích chơi tranh nên nhìn các bức tranh đc bài trí ở hành lang nhìn rất cuốn hút, khăn tắm, khăn giấy đồ vệ sinh đều để trong khay mây. Giường rất rộng chắc phải 2m2, nằm rất êm.

Mình thuê 2 phòng, liên thông nhau, 1 toilet bị hư.

Cozy, modern and clean

Staff doesn't know english well. Safety box was not working, took 20 mins to solve and I was in a hurry. Room was not clean when I took it, had to go downstairs and tell them to clean it again. Sheets were not changed, they were from the previous client, they just made the bed. Dirty floor in the room, some weird cocoons of some insect on the wall, the window was not closing properly, I had wind come in my room and making annoying sounds the whole stay. Location is not so good, a lot of buildings in front of the hotel, you can barely see the sea. Very dissappointed, not a 4 star hotel for sure, I would give it a 2.5 max. I don't understand how you can exist as a hotel when you give the room to the clients dirty and with unchanged sheets. Also, my other friends had trash from the previous client(some rotten food) in their room and it was sinking. Almost all of our group had to go to the reception and demand for cleaning. Absolutely horrible. Also, the pool does not look at all like in the pictures, it's very small and old. It does not look like someone takes care of it.

The room smelt musty and damp, the bed was not made up, the bedding was worn through in places, sheets and towels were old and stained, and the heating did not work.

I liked the location and the whole neighborhood which was really quiet and clean area. I think it will be developed much after some years. The hotel is small and fancy, i do liked the interior concept .

The pool was located on the back of the hotel which had very low sun light. The water was cold and sunbathing was impossible. Morning breakfast was okay. But options are limited. We stayed in the family room but there was only one chair to sit. Additional chair is recommended to the hotel. Please pay attention to your free bikes. The tires are easily flatten and they have only two bikes.

Loved this place, fantastic hotel and room, fantastic stay, fantastic food, it was quiet and relaxing which is what I needed. There are two excellent mini supermarkets about 100m walk, one is also a deli. Excellent choice of goods. The staff are very helpful, one wrote me an itinerary of places of interest in the order to do them in. Koi fish pond was lovely. Best hotel I've stayed in, in 3 weeks of travelling around Vietnam. Would definitely come back .

Could do with a choice of day trips so could attend group tours so I would be picked up and dropped off from the hotel.

The hotel has very beautiful and trendy architecture. Although the breakfast has little food, I feel that the food is carefully invested and cared for. Staff enthusiastically assist guests. The hotel is located at Vipearl port and the boat port for swimming. Quiet and safe space

I love this home

Everything perfect and good. Quite and awsome friendly hotel steps. near side have a beautiful swimming pool at sea side and in hotel . Also awsome hotel steps, very much pretty interior and cleaning hotel. Amazing cost around $20 only. If someone want to stay in this hotel. It's your best choice!

Location so far from main city and no have many options for choosed restaurant and market. But available two supermarkets and local restaurants and hotel restaurants. That's not Important to us relaxed times.

Nice room and friendly staff

The room has a so big bed, so clean, new and nice decoration. The hotel in a quiet An Vien urban with many mini marts and restaurants. Easy to go to Trần Phú center by car/ motorcycle about 5 minutes. Breakfast is yummy.

Need a gym room.

The facilitities are good and clean. They provide you with clean towels each time go swimming so you dont need to bring anything. I love the swimming pool, not too big but not too small. You can still swim around with breast stroke or free style. I went swimming in the early afternoon at around 2-3pm so It wasn't crowded but wasn't too sunny. The breakfast was awesome. I stayed for 2 days. On the sunday morning, I got the buffet. There wasn't much diversity but good selection and each dish hits the spots. The next morning on monday, they gave us a menu to choose. All delicious. The room was decorated beautifully with brownish and green hues, a few flower pictures, and wooden furniture. this made the room feel cozy.

The water from the bidet shower was too strong. I was too scared to use it duirng my stay. But it's only a trivial thing. I believe the hotel can fix it, and it didn't affect my experience with the hotel. The view from my balcony wasn't up to my expectation because there was a construction site. In the afternoon it could be noisy because of the children playing in the pool downstairs. The location is a bit far from the center, like 15-20minutes' ride by bike. But for me it's okay.
