Hotel staff Sophia & Bot were amazingly helpful & lovely to communicate with, the hotel is in the centre of many shops, restaurants, bars & right next to "The Royal Palace Of Cambodia" & "The Riverside/Sisowath Quay", it was adequate & I highly recommend other travellers to book this Hotel, the talking parrot is adorable/grumpy but cute, the 2 dogs are funny characters, overall the hotel meet all my needs.

Sometimes towels were unavailable.

Idea location in side street off the main road and value for the money per night .clean towels every day and bottled water

Music getting played late at night from bar at the top of the street but that's not the fault of the hotel. Difficult having a shower as the shower head wasn't able to be tilted which was the same in the other hotels we stayed in up to then. It's a simple job to remedy to allow water to be in a downward position . Also noticed that the shelf in bathroom is not screwed to the wall but is done by using glue which is similar to a product called no nails . This will eventually come away which may cause injury to the occupants

The location was excellent. Close to the Riverside, the National museum, and the palace.

Many of the rooms smelled strongly of sewer. When we complained and asked for another, it was like the manager had never heard of the issue. I told her I overheard clients complaining the night before (and the lady next to us complained about her room) suddenly the manager told us that they had workers working on the issue. At least we were able to get another room that was better.

Breakfast included. Very close to the main atractions of the city.

Place needs general renovation of the rooms a specialy bathrooms.

Sehr zentral und hilfsbereiten Personal. Direkt an der Promenade.

Das Bett war eine Katastrophe. Keine wirkliche Toilettentür (eher Salontür, unten und oben komplett auf) Keinen Schrank, und die Tür zum Balkon nach unten komplett offen.
